Questa fantastica casa-cottage ha una splendida vista sul lago Seneca! A 10 minuti a piedi lungo il lago dai ristoranti del centro Watkins Glen e negozi e destinazioni turistiche.
La casa ha un salotto, un soggiorno con una X-box e giochi, una cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi. Puoi dormire comodamente 10 persone! Al piano superiore due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali. Una camera da letto con due letti singoli al primo piano e una camera a castello con un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello fuori dalla sala da pranzo che include una TV e il proprio bagno e uscita! Questa casa è ideale per famiglie o gruppi che desiderano godersi il lago e le cantine della zona, esplorare il villaggio, il Watkins Glen State Park o il Watkins Glen International Race Track. Trascorri la giornata in città e poi rilassati sul ponte all'aperto con un bicchiere di vino che si affaccia sul bellissimo lago Seneca. Ampio parcheggio all'interno della proprietà e strada adiacente alla casa.

They are the best hosts and have thought of all the small details to make your stay special! Our group has stayed at their place six times and it is always one of our favorite weekends of the year. The area is beautiful with great hikes, wineries, breweries, and a short walk to town. Sitting out of the deck is our favorite pastime on a beautiful fall day. Book this place, now!

The house was perfect. Julie thought of everything including skewers for roasting marshmallows. Lots of labels everywhere made it easy to find things. The house made our stay in Watkins Glen even nicer. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed with my best friends to visit the state park. The house is beautiful-so well cared for. I love everything about it. Beautiful wood floors and trim-nice deck looking out to Seneca Lake. Great fire pit at night. Julie is an excellent host and has everything you can need.

Julie is so attentive and really puts a lot of care and thought into making her guests feel comfortable. The location was perfect for every activity we had planned (coffee, strolling by the lake, eating, hiking, wine tours). We walked easily to the coffee shops every morning. We are a group of two couples, no kids. The house is adorable, had all conveniences one could ask for (other than dishwasher but no big deal). Everything we needed was labeled and easy to locate. Gorgeous view, perfect location for a nice walk into town but far enough so you aren’t right in town. Short drive to the park. We loved it!

This may have been my favorite VRBO rental ever. The house was absolutely beautiful, with lovely and homey touches EVERYWHERE. So welcoming, and we found ourselves feeling pampered (not often the term “luxury” comes to mind in a rental). The view was spectacular, lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy but also comfortable inside spaces that felt like floating above the lake. Really comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms upstairs and down. So often I’d be thinking “I wonder if they have X”, and then I’d turn a bit and there it was! Everything was well-labelled in a very tasteful way. Incredibly well-equipped. A nice walk to the downtown area, and very easy access to the road. Julie was a terrific host, great communication, lots of helpful information about the area. Highly recommended!

The rental was very cozy and had decent views of the lake. It is very convenient to town, kayak launch, parks & trails, wineries and shopping. The kitchen was functional and it was very clean. The one and only drawback is the lower road along the lake has a stream of trucks from the salt plant most of the day. This ends in the evening thouigh and it was very peaceful when sleeping. I would stay there again.

This charming home is perfectly situated overlooking Seneca Lake and walking distance from the center of Watkins Glen. It had a very relaxing vibe and plenty of space for three adults. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, and the home was both well maintained and provisioned. This is the third VRBO we have stayed at in that area, and it is our favorite!

Green Point Getaway is a fabulous place to truly relax and unwind. The home is family built, owned, and lovingly cared for. The location is perfect- fabulous views can be enjoyed from ample and comfortable patio space, and the house is on a quiet road that is also conveniently close to the harbor and all the Main Street Watkins Glen action. Julie is a warm and responsive host, and she adds so many special little touches that really enhanced our stay. Everything is labeled for ease of use, bathrooms are well-stocked with towels, soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, and there is a binder full of detailed information about all there is to enjoy in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and are looking forward to our return next year!

Wonderful stay in Watkins Glen!We had a fantastic experience at this house during our Finger Lakes getaway. Julie was fabulous. She was quick to answer every question we had and generous with thorough, local information that helped us plan our itinerary around our interests (wine tastings, hiking, and exploring downtown). That kind of attentiveness made the whole trip easier to plan and enjoy.The house itself was exactly as described: spotless, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was incredibly convenient, putting us close to downtown Watkins Glen and many of the area’s attractions, wineries, and restaurants.We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Finger Lakes region!

Julie’s home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Everything that you would need was provided and labels made everything easy to find and use. It was so relaxing to sit on the patio and enjoy the lake view. Being able to walk to restaurants in town was an added bonus. The home was clean and charming. Communicating with Julie was so easy. We highly recommend this property.

My Grandfather bought this property in 1929 to woo my Grandmother to marry him! It worked! His name was Willis Green and he built my Grandma Sophie a house and painted it Green like their last name! I wonder if he knew that their daughter would end up coming back home to live with them and their granddaughters would end up living there as teenagers. My Mother always told me " the lake brings us back". She was right.
Fast forward and the fact is.... we just can't let this family treasure go.

My husband Joe and I both graduated from Watkins Glen and now live in Rochester and have two children that are young adults now. When we retire we plan to move here!
My sister Jodi graduated from Watkins Glen and now lives in Canandaigua with her husband and two children!
We all clean and maintain the property collectively and enjoy time at the house anytime we can!
