Everything was fantastic. My only nitpicks were that the bed in the front room was hella creaky and the fridge was cold enough to freeze our milk. Check in was easy and everything was very clean.

This is a great place in an amazing location if you are visiting Disney/Knotts Berry farm. Tons of restaurant/food options nearby and very close to the freeway which made it easy to navigate during our stay. This is also a great place to stay if you are out and about all day and just want a nice quiet place to sleep. The place has no living room or area to eat aside from outside area. I recommend that the host has a more comfortable bed as the bed in the first room was very loud and more on the uncomfortable side. The place is a great value especially for the location but is not the most comfortable place to lounge around.

2/10 Terribile

Mi è piaciuto: Comunicazione
Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia
While the host was kind and responsive, once arriving, we were completely underwhelmed. This was definitely a case of you get what you pay for. The host had to meet us (it was almost midnight) to personally hand us a door key on a ribbon. Then he walked us back to a separate entrance on the backside of his house. The two rooms provided are just two separate bedrooms blocked off from the other part of his house. You literally open the door (which has a window in it), and step into the bedroom. The rooms themselves appeared clean and smelled okay. The bathroom was clean. The space is tiny and showing its age. It was hot. The thermostat was reading 82. The TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t receive any channels. The beds felt hard. The air conditioner took forever to kick in. The host told us that he had left a couple of windows open to “air the place out”, and asked if we could close them. And then…upon a full inspection…there they were! Bedbugs! Yup. More noticeable in the front bedroom in the crease of the headboard. We immediately left! Thank God we hadn’t unpacked our luggage yet.VRBO and the host did provide a full refund, and even a credit towards the difference of finding a different hotel room. We ended up finding a room at the Harbor Inn & Suites just a few blocks from Disneyland and the ACC. We finally got in the bed about 1AM.

Great location

I booked this because of the previous goods reviews & was not disappointed! It was exactly what we needed. A central place to sleep while vacationing all around the area. The host was responsive and attentive. Would stay again if in the area

Bit disappointing but functional

The owner was friendly, helpful and responsive and the check in process was smooth. But the quality of the place was disappointing. Water pressure low in the bathroom, mini fridge froze everything and there was an inexplicable moldy smell in the bathroom. Since I was out all day and only spent the nights there it was OK.

Room has Bed bugs

The communication was great however the property has bed bugs he sprayed while we were there and offered us another free night but my daughter received so many bites and we also seen the bed bugs on the sheets… it is however close to Disney, knott's berry farm, shopping and restaurants
