This is an amazing house. It is right in the middle of everything. We were worried that we would get a lot of street noise but it is either soundproofed or the weather-proofing sound-proofed it because it was so quiet! Loved it!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and spacious. Very convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in a great location…right at the Seaside shopping entrance. You can walk anywhere, and it’s right on the beach!

Location was central to everything and we loved our stay. My only comment is that the house is pretty beat up and starting to show some wear. We would definitely return.

Amazing location and house!

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed being walking distance to the beach and downtown. Our host was responsive to the minor things we noticed that needed to be addressed. I feel confident they will be able to fix those things for the next guest. The views are great, beds are comfortable, and rooms are spacious!

Amazing experience

Location is literally across the street from town square. No car necessary. We walked everywhere and enjoyed New Years Eve band and fireworks. Great home. Great location. Great experience.

Ideal location

We enjoyed our stay at Seaya. The location was ideal. We could walk to everything we wanted to. When we arrived I was worried that it might be loud from the street traffic and the square. It ended up not being an issue at all. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing. The price for the quality is the house was outrageous. The house was outdated and we had multiple problems with plumbing. Sandpiper was quick to come did them but it was every bathroom and shower. Nothing would drain. They also gave us two trash bags for the entire 5 day stay for a house that fits 14 people. You’d think they would give you enough trash bags and toilet paper considering how much you were staying. Overall was okay, but we wouldn’t go back again.

The house was very nice and in a good location to get to the beach, shops, and many restaurants. However, during spring break, the amount of noise starting at 5am and would last until 1am was unacceptable. With spring breakers everywhere, the amount of car noise, honking, yelling, music blasting, etc. was a lot until the late hours of the night. Then in the early morning hours, all the trucks that were loading and unloading at the stores, restaurants, etc. was very loud too. This would probably be a better location during the slower seasons, not spring break. I would also add that the house should have a security system with the kids rooms being on the bottom floor and the master on the 3rd floor.

Absolute Paradise by the Sea

Phenomenal location steps from the beach, all restaurants and shops. Three-story luxury that provided teenagers, grandparents and parents their own private spaces to relax and retreat. Modern furnishings and multiple indoor and outdoor hangout spots. Blessed to call it home for a week! Management was superb in handling the one issue we encountered. Maintenance had the issue resolved within half an hour. Book this home for a spectacular family vacation!

great location and house for large family

access to beach and Seaside town square was perfect! And everyone had their own space with the 3 levels. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great location!

The location is great as long as you aren’t staying during a big holiday week like we did. Lots of noise, traffic, and sirens from ambulance going by daily. We liked that the House is located near all the shops and food. The house has so much potential if it were maintained properly. The pictures look lovely online (i find this is a common theme with rentals) but the home is very worn and dirty. Every wall is scuffed from renters, every bed squeaks, kitchen drawers dirty, couldn’t use the oven because it smoked and needs to be cleaned, be careful opening dish washer as it’s not installed correctly, furniture needs cleaning, etc. Quick walk to the beach was a treat. Only 2 parking spots was inconvenient but managed with street parking. We were looking for more of a luxury rental being that it’s was 15k for a week. Good home, but just wasn’t for us. We thought not having a pool wouldn’t be an issue but realized we’d have to have a pool, even with the beach being so close. We left the rental a day early.

Thank you for the review. We take feedback seriously and will address everything we can mentioned above. The cottage is in a fantastic location and is a wonderful layout. The flooring was just refinished prior to the start of the season and 2 of the great rooms had all furniture replaced last year. We understand the scuffs as this is a common problem. Owners plan to paint after this season. As for parking this cottage has 2 private spots and in addition gets 2 parking passes. The parking passes allow you to park anywhere throughout Seaside as long as a private space is not being blocked. . Thanks for the feedback!

Beautiful house - perfect location!

House is really well maintained. The location couldn't be better. The mid-week cleaning service was very convenient. We really liked the layout of the house. When we were actually in the house, we always stayed in the kitchen area. There was lots of room to hangout, socialize, play board games at the kitchen table.
