I absolutely loved this place! It was a perfect fit for me and the six others in our group. The place was very clean when we arrived and was truly beautiful. The views were stunning, especially at sunset and sunrise.This was my first time using VRBO, and the owner made the whole experience so smooth and easy. Check in was seamless. They knew exactly who I was and were waiting for me when I arrived. They even let me check in at 3 PM instead of the scheduled 4 PM, which was really appreciated.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again!

Great place and awesome host!

This property is absolutely beautiful! I had the best time celebrating my birthday there and had no issues. Even got to meet the host who was a delight. Definitely my go to property for special occasions!

Best Way to Do Vegas

My friends and I have stayed at most major properties on the strip and decided to try something different. Best decision we’ve made in Vegas by far, the property is amazing! Great for entertaining and relaxing. Would recommend for sure.

Wanted to love it, but didn't. Room older and more dated than pictures suggest. All ceiling lights flicker upon dimming. Couch in the game room (i.e., 3rd room) with white stains. Door out to the patio very hard to open and slams shut (then gets stuck). Pool water clean, but glass protecting the edge of the pool is cloudy and tilted (as if someone forced it to lean away from the pool and not in line with the rest of the glass). Nice but definitely not for the price. Overall great view, which was as expected, but the room itself looked like it's had many parties and use over the many years. Stayed for 2 nights. Would not recommend for the price.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE

The entire place stunk of marijuana on the floor and in the whole building. The beds did not have top sheets we had to find and put on, the beds were falling apart. Furniture was not good, cheap and old. The place only sleeps 4. The media room is not a bedroom and the bed/couch was nasty I wouldn't let my kid sleep on it because it was so nasty. "TV did not work in bedroom at all and was very old. That was fixed while we were there though" This is not a good place for a family, more for young people who don't have much money. Many more issues but don't have the time or the space to write it all on here. many other places to stay for cheaper and nicer.

Amazing Getaway!

Our family of five (two adults, three kiddos) had a such a spectacular time here! The property itself is stunning, spacious, and the views from that hot tub can't be beat. Great location - close to so much but far enough off the strip for a little more peace. Absolutely no issues getting Lyfts/Ubers from morning to night (usually arrived in two minutes). I'd add that the pool/bar area was also exceptional! Not too crowded and a nice atmosphere for kids and adults alike. Condo was clean and extremely well-stocked. It was super nice to be able to do a few loads of laundry. During our Las Vegas trip, we were able to see a Cirque show, do some shopping, try out some great restaurants, and even took a day to kayak on the Colorado River. It was always such a treat to have such a lovely spot to come back to each evening. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful condo great views and the jacuzzi is definitely a plus.

The best part about renting this unit and I know he owns a few other units is the host Arthur. I feel like I was borrowing a friend's place that's how cool this guy is and how comfortable he made my wife and I feel. Thank you!

This is a great place for a guys trip or romantic getaway. It was nice to have extra space to relax but still be close enough to the strip to get after it.

Very nice view with excellent living experience. Self parking is very close to lobby. Room contain most daily living stuffs. It’s a private room so some others pi required may need charge. However, it’s very nice to live there.

The Dream Penthouse was a great space for my "divorce party". The view of Vegas was epic, the place easily fit 4 guys with plenty of room to spare, and it was connected to the Palms. And it was a quick taxi or Uber trip to the strip.

FABULOUS!

Stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend and had a great time! Incredible views from the balcony and personal hot tub. Loved this place!
