Nautical Family Home w/ Deck, Near Bethany Beach!

Thank you for sharing a review of your 4th of July stay! We're so glad the house stayed cool and comfortable despite the heat, and that the pool was such an easy walk when you needed a break from the beach. It's wonderful to hear the beds and living room were comfortable, and what a treat catching the fireworks from the backyard. We're happy the communication and check-in process were smooth, and hope the porch and deck get some love next time the weather cools down a bit.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:-The musty smell may have been due to the house not being occupied for a couple of weeks with the thermostat set to conserve energy. Adjusting the temperature seems to have helped, and we apologize for any initial discomfort.-We have addressed the ant issue by placing new ant traps throughout the property. Coastal areas can sometimes attract ants, but we take proactive measures to manage this.-The TV in the living room is a smart TV, but we apologize for the inconvenience you faced. We have since replaced the missing Roku device to ensure better functionality.-We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the pickleball court and found the space accommodating for your family.While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we are happy to report that no issues were reported by the guests who stayed the following weekend.
