A large and well provisioned house is a safe and quiet neighborhood. An outstanding grocery is about a mile away. Almost everything we needed was there. The listing claimed a portable crib was there — it wasn’t. We had to go buy one. To their credit, the owner reimbursed it and there’s one there now. Lots of amenities in this property but the decor is atrocious.

From Owner: We're glad the house worked well for your stay, with its space, amenities, and the quiet, convenient neighborhood near the grocery store. The old crib had been removed and we hadn't replaced it in time, so we appreciate you working with us on that, and there's a new one in place now. As for the decor, it's been added over time based on previous guests' requests, but we understand it won't suit everyone's taste and are happy to reconsider specific pieces if you'd like to share more detail.

It's a nice sized house with pool and great hot tub. The game room in the basement was a fun feature as were the grill and fire pit. It was great to be able to bring my dogs. Perhaps a minor point was the kitchen didn't have some items you might want if you plan to cook, serve and eat in the home (serving dishes, colander, etc.).

Our Favorite House

We rent a house yearly from VRBO for a one week vacation with our immediate family. This year there were 7 of us. This house was just beautiful. Peter was our contact person and he is one of a kind. He helped us with any questions we had usually within 10 minutes. The pool was fantastic, the house was spacious and extremely clean. Our family just stays put and we cook, swim, play games, etc. This was the perfect house. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed a wonderful family gathering at this beautiful vacation house. The house is fully stocked and spotlessly clean. We are a family of 8 with 6 adults and 2 children. Peter responded quickly to any questions we had and he is extremely helpful. This is the second time we rented this house and I am sure we will again.

We're so glad your family gathering was a wonderful one and that the house worked well for a group of 8. It's great to hear the home felt spotlessly clean and fully stocked, and that communication was quick and helpful throughout your stay. Thank you for sharing your experience, especially as returning guests, it means a lot to us. We're grateful you chose to stay with us again and hope your future gatherings are just as memorable.
