Kali, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your stay at our rental property. I'm truly sorry to hear there were aspects of your experience that did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the towels and cleanliness. Please know, that it's always my intention to ensure ample supplies, including towels, are available for all guests. Additionally, extra towels are stored within the property for larger groups such as yours. I regret any inconvenience you faced due to this oversight, and I wish we had been given the opportunity to rectify the situation during your stay by directing you to the extra towels or by providing additional ones as needed. Regarding the cleanliness issues you encountered, including the dishes and the presence of glass shards on the floor, this is certainly not up to the standards we strive to uphold. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, and I will address it immediately with our cleaning team to ensure our property is thoroughly inspected and meets our high standards before the arrival of guests. I understand how these issues could impact your retreat experience, and for that, I offer my sincere apologies. My goal is always to provide a comfortable and enjoyable environment for our guests. I hope you will consider staying with us again in the future, giving us the chance to demonstrate our commitment to guest satisfaction and the quality of your stay. Thank you once again for your feedback. It is crucial in helping us improve and ensure a better experience for all our guests.
