We had to call the property management because one bed had nothing but a sheet on it and another had blood on the duvet. They apologized but said that no one could come out. We enefed up having to go to Target and buy blankets for the 2 beds. We stayed 3 nights and they never brought the requested blankets or switched out the bloody one. House is nice but management sucks.

Convenient location to restaurants and activities. Appreciated having the pool and beach to keep the kids entertained. Beach chair service was nice as well. While the decor is quite dated, the home is spacious and comfortably fit our family and dogs. We had issues with the washing machine and the host was not helpful or responsive. Our belongings were trapped inside after the first day and 5 days later, they never came to help, so we had to leave our belongings there and based on the host's responses, I'm pretty confident we won't get them back. The host didn't appear to have any desire to fix this for us but luckily VRBO customer support was helpful.The home is very bare bones so you should expect to have to go buy everything upon arrival. The house is also right beside the road so it's quite loud at night. We bought earplugs so we could sleep through the night. Overall this would have been a much nicer stay if we had received better support from the host. I will not book a KEES property again in the future.

We sincerely apologize, however, for the frustration surrounding the washing machine and, most importantly, the lack of timely communication and assistance you received. Having personal belongings trapped in the machine for several days without resolution is understandably upsetting and does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. We are also sorry that our communication left you feeling unsupported during your stay. We appreciate your additional comments regarding the home’s furnishings, supplies, and road noise, as this feedback helps us identify areas where the guest experience can be improved. We regret that these issues ultimately overshadowed the positive aspects of your vacation and resulted in your decision not to stay with KEES again.

Check in was very easy and the house was cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen is pretty bare. Absolute minimum provided but we were able to make it work. The kitchen itself is a nice sized space and there was a good amount of seating. Great proximity to the beach! They have some amenities to fix with the shower going to the beach. The chairs and beach umbrella was a fabulous touch!

Amazing house and location

The location and brand new house was perfect for our family of 6! So close to the ocean and a wonderful pool. Would totally come back next year, if they get new cleaners. Dog hair on all baseboards, piles under the couches and on kitchen chairs.. Kinda set a bad tone from day one, so we vacuumed and cleaned on the first day so we'd be able to enjoy our week...

Beautiful property, but not the best properly management.

First off, let me say that the house is absolutely beautiful. You can tell it is brand new, evident but the saw dust still left under the sink from drilling holes for the dishwasher line. The house itself was wonderful, but as stated before, there was dog hair everywhere and the communication with property management when things went wrong was terrible. When we arrived at 5 o’clock on Thursday, all the thermostats were set on 74. We turned them down to 70 to cool off the house. By 6, the bottom two floors had cooled down significantly, but the top floor was 79 and increasing. I sent a message through VRBO and text to let property management know. No one responded on VRBO and the text said they closed at 5. At 11, I finally called the emergency management number. I had 3 guests on the top floor and the temp was above 80 and it was unbearably hot. The girl I spoke with was extremely friendly, assured me she put in a maintenance ticket, and someone would call me soon. By 7:30 the next morning, there was no communication. My guests had to pull a mattress down to the main floor to sleep because it was so hot. The other slept on the couch. I called emergency maintenance again and they said they put in a ticket. By 10, still no communication, so I called the main line since they were open. I was getting married in an hour and no one had called from maintenance. They again, assured me they put in a ticket. After getting married, we came back at 2:30 to find the temp still the same
