The cottage was centrally located and had all of the amenities you could want! We enjoyed sitting in the outside gazebo and made use of the fireplace in the mornings. Would definitely recommend to a couple if needing a place to stay in McMinnville.

This was a great stay for me. The house is adorable, very cozy and clean. I loved the neighborhood and felt very safe. I was in town for a week long work event so having the washer and dryer was a bonus. I highly recommend this property and plan to stay again when I'm in town.

Fun little home with cool period decor items aplenty. Cushy towels, full size w/d, all kinds of extras in the kitchen including a French press coffee maker which we utilized (only decaf provided for the Kurig so I was glad we had brought coffee). We enjoyed our stay.

Quaint home that has been refurbished to be both modern and efficient. The one bedroom house would be good for a couple or perhaps a couple with a child.Good location in McMinnville to do wine tastings. It's a little less than a mile to town center on 3rd Street for dining and other activities.

Perfect, cozy cottage for two for a week a wine tasting. Quiet neighborhood yet close to all the amenities of McMinville you would need. Well stocked kitchen for any home cooked meals. Had some deer visit us in the backyard while grilling out.

House was clean and instructions were clear. Only negative was that there were outlet extenders in the bedroom that were very loose and nothing we plugged in stayed. Couldn’t remove them either as they are screwed in.

Well appointed, cozy home with just the right amount of space for two people. Walkable to dining/shops in town and a great launching point for area wineries. Host was very responsive and provided a few favorite nearby spots to check out. Would definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood. Quiet and clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Great water pressure. Ideal for 2 guests. I really enjoyed my stay and have absolutely nothing negative to say about ths wonder property.
