Questo condominio con due camere da letto, due bagni e mezzo ha una vista sul Golfo del Messico, sull'isola e sul suono dal 16 ° piano nella torre 2. Tre televisori, tre DVD. Lavasciuga. Great resort

We love Portofino Island Resort! It is a great place to stay with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other side. We got the Adventure Package and it was worth it! We were able to use the jet skis, paddle boards, boogie boards, wibit, bikes, and kayaks. This condo was really nice. We have stayed in another condo at Portofino in the past and that condo had slightly nicer furniture and more closet space. We paid an extra 60 dollars to check out at noon, but it was not communicated to us that we had to notify the front desk. Our keys quit working, but thankfully our teenager was in the condo and let us in. The jacuzzi tub in the condo was not working, which was a bummer. It rained on Monday, but I had already made plans for us to go to the Naval Museum, which I highly recommend. We tried to watch a movie on Monday afternoon, but the TV in the living room wasn't working. The property manager did respond and came to the unit to show us how to use the TV, so that was nice. The TVs were very small and the main TV in the living room did not have the ability to stream Disney plus because it was too old. On a positive note, there were games in the cabinet for us to play.

Great Location to watch the Blue Angels

Beautiful spacious condo. Resort was wonderful. Great indoor and outdoor pools! We were able to watch the Blue Angels from the beach without the heavy crowd. We will be returning.

Short stay at Portofino Island

Portofino Island is a great property with a great location on Pensacola Beach. It is just close enough to the shops and restaurants, but far enough away from all the traffic and noise. The resort has all the amenities that one could want. The condo was nice enough, but needs a refresh because it is outdated. The cleanliness of the condo was not the best, we found dirty wet towels in the chest of drawers. The selling point however was the view of the inter-coastal water way.....simply amazing. I would stay in this condo again just for the comfortable king bed and the views. Nevertheless, a big downside is having to check out by 9:00 AM, that seems a lot unreasonable to me given check in is not until 4:00 PM.

Great Florida vacation condo!

It was just myself and my 15 yr old twin boys, but there was room for a much bigger family to be comfortable. The views from the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony were beautiful. We felt very much at home. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we wanted to do outside was a short easy walk. We loved our state here and we're sad when it was time to go. We will definitely book this condo again next time.

Wonderful experience

We had the best experience. The condo was perfect, the beds were so comfortable even the pull out couch that my son slept on was comfortable. We had a beautiful view and we’re able to watch the Blue Angels fly!

Annual get away

Portofino Resort is a favorite of ours. This unit was comfortable and clean! The outside dining is a great way to take a break for lunch or relax at the end of the day with a delicious meal, cocktails and conversation.

Great views and clean unit

Portofino is well run and we barely left the resort over 5 days. Instacart delivers to the unit door, and we spent our days around the pools and beach. Would highly recommend the resort to anyone, and this unit in particular. Great value!

Horrible Experience-Filthy!!

This was a horrible experience. I own the condo that is directly beside this condo, so we rented it for my daughter and son-in-law for us all to enjoy Thanksgiving together. I first called to see if we could check in early, and the person I spoke with stated she would contact the management to allow the early check-in...they never even called to give permission. When we finally got checked in, it was filthy. I wish I could provide pictures in the reason to provide proof of the epic fail. The bathtub filthy, mildew in certain places in the condo, the washer has several settings that no longer work, the kitchen was not properly stocked with dishes that are required, the ice maker did not work in the freezer, and I could go on and on. I not only think a discount should be given, but I would not recommend anyone renting this condo u til servers changes are made! Sherry White

The condo was very nice & clean. Everyone was super nice. I have two suggestions - a dresser or some storage in the 'study' for those sleeping in there and the BBQ grill should be cleaned as part of the 'cleaning' fee, so its usable when needed.

Not ideal for families with children

The property and location were perfect. The actual condo was a bit of a disappointment. First, there were no games, or toys for children like I’ve found at many other locations I’ve stayed at. Very disappointed that there were no beach/pool towels. In terms of linens, one of the beds had brown stains, either blood or something of the sorts. Not enough pillows, for the accommodations. Perfect for two adults, but not for families. Of all the places I’ve stayed in the resort, I would not choose this one again.

Portofino is very nice.

The location is beautiful. The beaches are awesome. This resort is very expensive. Most things are extra charges and are not included with the cost of the stay so be prepared.

Great place to stay.

The service is top notch. I had a problem with our stove and text them on Sunday night and to my surprise the answered me back within the hour. Someone was there the next morning to fix our issue. The resort is the best place to be in Pensacola.

Place was OK, Southern Vacation management company was not

The place itself was OK, the location was good, and we really like Portofino. The thing really holding this place back is the management company, Southern Vacation rentals. Two written requests to Southern went unanswered. After renting, we learned that the checkout time was 9am. That seemed way too early, so we emailed stating that wasn't going to work, we needed to checkout at 10:30am, and asked for a confirmation that this would be OK. Not only didn't we get a reply, the cleaning crew showed up at 9:01am on checkout day. Fortunately we resigned ourselves to the fact that we needed to checkout at 9 and were ready, but for the price an extra hour and a half seemed a more than reasonable request. We also found things wrong with the place when we arrived - a broken blind in the MBR, damage to the vanity in the Master Bath, and many non-functioning outlets in and near the kitchen. We reported the issues with pictures and an email stating we did not want to be held liable, and never got a reply. Seems like a case of a company that has just gotten too big and busy to care about customer service. Added to this, the total "owner fees," which included the Southern fee, were greater than the cost of the room. A far greater level of customer service was called for.

We were fortunate to find this gem of a condo at an excellent price off-season. Since I planned on cooking Thanksgiving for my family, I brought four crates of kitchen supplies. I barely needed anything from my crates, since the kitchen was so well stocked. The best part of this condo is the views and the balcony. Absolutely fabulous! We are hoping to stay in this condo again in future visits to Pensacola!
