Ideale, piccolo condominio familiare situato a Bear Valley. Facile accesso a tutte le strutture, tra cui la Bear Valley Lodge, il bus navetta per la stazione sciistica, sci di fondo e la collina slittino. Giochi forniti che può essere giocato accanto al caldo caminetto e anche una parete T. V. completa con Wi-Fi. Un nuovo comodo letto matrimoniale può essere trovato nella camera da letto con coperte accoglienti e il nuovo divano letto si trasforma facilmente in un divano letto queen-size. Cucina completa di utensili con un tavolo capitani che può ospitare comodamente 4 per pranzo. Non sono ammessi animali.

Very lovely home for a small group or family

This is a very lovely home, with well equipped kitchen for its size. Some board games available to play. Right inside the bear valley, convenient to bear valley ski routes and snow play. We had a good time there during Christmas.

Perfect place to stay for small family/couple

Really enjoyed our stay here. Place is cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a short stay. It’s a really short drive to the mountains, or you can also take the shuttle too. Sarah is also very responsive and helpful. Will definitely come stay here again!

Great Central Location

Very convenient location

The condo has everything you need and it is in walking distance to sledding, cross country skiing, and the lodge. Cozy cabin!

Lovely Condo in Great Location

This condo was perfect for my son and me. Lovely decor and great location. The host was very flexible with us in terms of dates and very responsive. We had a great time and will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!!

Cozy condo in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay. Despite being pretty small, the condo had everything we needed for our family of four. Our teens shared the pull out bed, we enjoyed playing the board games, and even did some sledding behind the property. Close to snow play areas, the resort and even snowmobiling!

lovely condo!

This was the perfect getaway place for my family of 4. The condo is very cozy with a fireplace, easy parking and only 2 miles from skiing at Bear Valley. Sarah is lovely to work with and very responsive. Has everything you need for a wonderful stay!

Perfect mountain condo!

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while skiing at Bear Valley. It’s walking distance to everything in town and has convenient parking. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was great about keeping the parking area plowed despite tons of snow.

Convenient and cozy 1 bedroom condo

We rented this condo as a family (2 adults and our 2 year old kid) and it was perfectly located to enjoy the snow and ski resort in Bear Valley. Checking in was super easy and the owner Sarah was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location

Great stay as close as one can stay to tubing/cross-country ski place at Bear Valley: a 3 minute walk (1 minute to rental place on the way). Condo is small but cozy and well-outfitted kitchen. Host Sarah was helpful and accomodating about changing dates at the last minute.

Close to everything in Bear Valley

This condo is small but very homey and has everything two people need for a delightful time in a beautiful place. Nordic skiing is a 3 minute walk in one direction, and shuttle to ski resort is 3 minutes the other way.

Absolutely tucked in & perfect

What a special spot, thank you so much for allowing my cousin and I to visit such a special place to our family. This was the only available stay situation we could find short notice in the valley, and it just felt right. Beautiful little home, perfect for the two of us, and so close to everything we needed to see. We appreciate it!

Great location w/ everything needed for a ski wknd

Cozy condo, but enough space for our family of 4 for a long ski wknd. Super convenient to ski in AM, go back to condo for lunch, and head back to slopes for the afternoon. Had everything needed to prepare meals in the unit. Easy to either take the shuttle or to drive.FYI - City slickers will need to remember to get firewood and a fire starter from the market coming in (in Murphys or Arnold) and review how to start a fire in a fireplace. There are electric ambient heaters in the unit, but the fireplace is needed to supplement for cold evenings. We found it easier to use the Duraflame logs (rather than the firewood).

Great location and a very cozy and homey place to stay.

Stayed as Sarah’s condo for 3 nights and loved it, even our 2 teenage boys found it cozy and homey. Amenities are more than plenty, everything you need and even don’t, the heaters will warm up the place in no time and keep you warm, by the 3rd night we hardly even used them. The location is very convenient and accessible, if you want to be close to winter and snow, this is the place to be, you can walk in any direction and enjoy Bear Valley Village to its fullest, skiing, snowmobiling, tubing, long walks, restaurants, you name it. So, if you are looking for a place for a family of 4 and less - this is it.

Perfect location for family of four

My boys 5 and 3 years old had a blast tubing every day across the street. This was a fabulous first snow experience for them and the location was perfect for when we got tired. The condo was small but well equipped. Had everything we needed for a three night stay. When our clothing was soaked we just hung it near the heaters/fire and they were dry for the next days adventures. Great places and completely recommend it.

My husband and I spent many vacations in this one bedroom condo with our two children. It was ideal for us to hang together, play games and easy access to both the ski resort and cross country. The summer months were filled with kayaking and swimming at the nearby Bear Valley lake. There are many beautiful lakes to explore. It is a treasure!
