Riguarda la vista panoramica. Goditi le favolose viste sull'oceano dalla cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e camera matrimoniale e il tuo patio avvolgente - Enorme! Unità Fifth Floor End con cucina completamente nuova, pavimento WoodTile, Mstr Bath & Shower. Samsung TV a schermo piatto da 60 pollici. Il nostro condominio comprende l'uso di una piscina privata solo per i residenti del Surf Club I, oltre a 2 altre piscine.
I mattinieri vedere i delfini ogni una. m. dal nostro balcone. Di solito appaiono appena fuori dalla nostra passerella, se vuoi provare la tua versione di "nuoto con i delfini"!

Con campi da golf nelle vicinanze (corsi progettati da Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, e Gary Player) e le spiagge praticamente vuote, Palm Coast è il segreto meglio custodito in Florida!

Combina il più grande campo da golf della Florida con fantastici sentieri, tre piscine, tre club e l'accesso completo all'Intracoastal Waterway e al molo diurno (e gazebo coperto) per andare in barca, fare sci nautico, pescare, fissare o semplicemente sognare.
Altre attività in loco GRATUITE: Tennis (5 illuminato), Bsktball, shuffleboard, ferri di cavallo, frisbee, skimboarding, surf-fishing (porta la tua canna da pesca) e uso ombrellone / sedia sono tutti GRATUITI con il tuo noleggio. puoi camminare o guidare (se li porti o li affitterai nelle vicinanze) sui sentieri ciclabili incontaminati attraverso amache boscose. La pesca a bastoncini e la pesca sono anche dall'altra parte della strada nella nostra comunità ICW privata. DIPORTISTI - vicina marina è molto ragionevole e si può cadere ospiti portati al nostro molo privato sul ICW. Mettere in è gratuito Landing di Bing (3 minuti!) O semplicemente rilassati sulle nostre 5 sdraio private con ombrellone colorato. Camminare / Guidare Un miglio a Marineland dove si può nuotare con i delfini, o godersi il loro 'senza rocce' River to Sea Preserve spiaggia pubblica con parcheggio gratuito.

Marie and Kevin were wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful condo. We have rented through VRBO many times, but this time there was a problem with the VRBO payment link. We emailed, chatted online, and talked with four different VRBO customer service representatives and the link was never fixed. We contacted Marie and Kevin; they stepped in and made our confirmation happen. Because of them, we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back soon!

Family Vacation

This was our third trip to Palm Coast and second time in this unit. The views are incredible up and down the breach and communication with the owners is prompt and clear. We are already planning our next trip back.

Family Vacation

One of the best beach trips we have ever taken as a family with our three kids! The unit was absolutely beautiful and fully stocked, the area was quiet and peaceful, the balcony was AMAZING, and the quinna rocks were the coolest! Would absolutely come back!

Luxury view with an affordable price

This condominium is a great location between Flagler Beach & Crescent Beach. The pools are amazing with one having a view of the ocean. The condominium is exceptionally clean with a spacious balcony that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The host is very detailed on instructions for the condominium and readily accessible if needed.

Romantic getaway

The place was as pictured. Had everything you would need away from home. We cooked breakfast every morning had everything we needed. You didnt need to bring beach towels or beach gear everything was provided. I was very impressed with how clean it was i usually have to tidy up anywhere we go. The beach was too rocky for me but there was a great one couple of minutes next to marineland. Marie was very responsive and even got a last minute deal!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I came to get away from it all. The place was just as described, very clean, very well kept. The VIEW was amazing! I loved being eye to eye with the pelicans as they flew by. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely stay again next time we visit the area.

A great place with all the amenities

The condo was above our expectations. It was beautiful. The sites of the ocean was amazing. We even watched a rocket launch from the balcony it took off from Cape Canaveral.

Marie and Kevin are the greatest hosts that you can ask for!! I can’t speak highly enough of them and their accommodations! Condo has all the things you could want - comfort and amazing views!! Love the beautiful views from the balcony!

Looking for a house

We enjoyed the beachfront property. Although the weather did not agree we still had a very relaxing week. All amenities were included and we really didn’t have to think about a thing. The outside porch was wonderful!

Great view condo with good location.

Great view from the 5th floor balcony. Short walk down a boardwalk to the coquina rock beach. Very cool rocks! Enjoyed our stay. Close to St. Augustine. Found very good close restaurants.

Palm Coast Condo

This condo is located perfectly on the Atlantic shore half way between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine FL. The ocean view is outstanding. The unit is well supplied. The property manager is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.

Lovely condo on the beach

We had a great time in this unique and beautifully located ocean front condo. It had all the amenities one would need to make your vacation a memorable one. And communication with Marie was easy, helpful, and always respectful. All in all we were very pleased, and would definitely come back for a future stay. 5 stars

Beach by the Coquina

One of the best properties where we have ever stayed. The host was great. St. Augustine and Daytona were only 20 or so miles away. Flagler beach is awesome too. The Coquina are interesting to observe on our walks on the beach. 2 thumbs way up for this property. We would come back and stay!

Awesomeness on the Atlantic

This is my 2nd time staying here. It is my sincere desire to return as often as possible. There is literally nothing to critique. The condo is immaculate. The property is expertly maintained. The beach is exceptional. Marie & Kevin are consummate hosts. They have put great effort into making this a phenomenal place to relax and enjoy the beach. The photos and description of the condo are spot on. Thank you for another week of blissful memories!

Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean

One of my close friends and I decided to do a girls trip. Thank goodness we stayed at this wonderful condo. There are so many parts of this vacation that made it special: -amazing oceanfront views -wonderful host -large wrap around balcony -beach towels and chairs provided -starter supplies that helped us throughout our stay -dolphins swimming up and down the coast. I hope I have the opportunity to go again.

Another return trip success!

This was our 3rd year staying in Marie's condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as it was the first time! Everything you need is provided. It's a short drive to historic downtown St. Augustine for shopping and exploring, and just far enough outside of that area to avoid the crowds. The condo's beach is very nice and had just a few people on it so we were able to relax without dealing with a bunch of people. It was quite hot while visiting. Marie's AC worked perfectly to keep us cool while indoors. The private pool was also a nice touch for cooling off with no crowds. Thank you so much for letting us visit again, Marie! We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Marie is a great communicator; responds promptly and provides details throughout the condo to aide, giving directions. We never have visited Palm Coast. The rocks on the beach are something to see; great for pictures. The beach was not crowded. It was very peaceful!

Another great stay

Our second time here and will be back! Gorgeous view, clean and very well equipped, easy in and out from garage. Pool, beach and intracoastal waterway access makes you happy to stay put, but Palm Coast and St. Augustine close by. Marie a good communicator so you know what to expect. Great stay!

Oceanfront Balcony w/3 Heated pools in a relatively unknown area - a world away from the tourist traps and 'party' hangouts of other Florida beach areas. 30 minutes to St.Augustine, from our door.
Gorgeous Golf Courses and exclusive communities (Hammock Beach)are our neighbors on one side; environmentally protected lands on the other!
We also love the art galleries & chic European atmosphere of nearby St. Augustine --- that is, whenever we can tear ourselves away from the Beach!!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

One of the last uncrowded 'true beaches' in Florida. We always walk & explore for hours - time just slips by because its so beautiful and pleasant. While biking (BYOB: bring your own Bike!) the trail or walking the beach, We've seen: peacocks,turtles, starfish, DOLPHINS, Florida bobcat (@Washington Oaks Park), Eagles and more. Not to mention shells, starfish, and crabs. And yet, I've Only seen 4 jellyfish, total! in 20 yrs. Another benefit: NO driving on the beach. (go to Daytona for that).
