Vacanza perfetta o fuga di fine settimana! Wake-up per belle albe e caffè all'aperto nel patio che si affaccia su una piccola baia pittoresca sul lago di Conroe a Walden. Casa a schiera a due piani per otto persone comodamente al piano di sopra. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e balcone privato che si affaccia sul lago. Camera degli ospiti ha 2 letti queen size e un bagno privato completo. C'è un secondo bagno full size sullo stesso livello fuori dal master. I bambini adoreranno dormire sul soppalco al piano superiore che ha un letto futon full size, super lussuoso e spesso. Adatto anche a due adulti e guarda giù nel soggiorno e nel lago.

Il soggiorno è INCREDIBILE! Divano componibile ben arredato, Smart TV, camino a legna e ampia vista sul lago.

Cucina aperta completamente ristrutturata con tutti i comfort di casa tra cui un portabottiglie! Rondella e asciugatrice di dimensioni complete, lavastoviglie e scalette per il bagno. C'è anche una sala giochi con calcio balilla, freccette, giochi da tavolo, un secondo frigorifero perfetto per bevande e accesso al patio anteriore.

Apri le porte del patio e cammina fuori e salta letteralmente nel lago, galleggi intorno alla baia o getta una linea proprio fuori dalla paratia per un po 'di pesca! Pranzo all'aperto, pozzo del fuoco e grill a gas per un po 'di barbecue o per stuzzicare il pescato del giorno. C'è un enorme cortile e area comune recintata sul lago per rilassarsi o giocare! Il porto turistico di fronte alla baia offre il noleggio di barche e moto d'acqua o il proprio.

I nostri ospiti avranno pieno accesso a una rampa di lancio di imbarcazioni private e tutti i servizi del Walden tra cui lo Yacht Club, il brunch domenicale, il centro fitness, la piscina, il parco giochi, il parco pic-nic e molto altro!

È un posto perfetto per vacanze in famiglia, weekend per ragazze o una fuga romantica! Situato a Walden a pochi chilometri da ristoranti tra cui Sams Boat, Pappas on the Lake e persino alcune aziende vinicole!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Alot of our time was spent on the patio overlooking the lake.

Great lakefron property

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property! It had everything we needed and even a couple extras we didnt think we needed. The kids loved the huge pink bean bag. The beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was seamles....almost immediate response. I will definitely book again!!

Family getaway

We had family members that came with us for the vacation and family members that showed up for the vacation. Everything was so clead nice and lovely. Would definitely list this one 10 out of 10.

Great Lake condo!

We had a great time at the condo! The condo had everything we needed, plus lots of extras. We were able to park our boat at the condo which was a huge plus. Communication with the owners was great! We loved being able to sit out in the patio and enjoy the lake views! I would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Great spot on the lake!

The house worked great for us! We had a group of my son and friends. The grassy area/shore was perfect for fishing and we loved being able to tie our boat up right behind the home. Communication with the host was fast and helpful! We really enjoyed our time there!

Relaxing Weekend

Stayed here over Easter weekend with my wife and in-laws to relax and do some fishing. Property was nice with a great location on the water. Owners were flexible with check in and check out times as well. Enjoyed the stay!

We really did not want to leave! This was the perfect location for our three night getaway!

Beautiful sunrises over Walden Marina! We loved being able to tie our boat up at the property. The view of the lake from the king bedroom balcony was lovely too. The home is much more spacious and prettier than the photos on VRBO indicate! Also very clean and neat. We really hope to return soon !

Amazing Weekend Getaway!!

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this lake house. It was a very nice and relaxing time on the lake, this was the perfect spot. The balcony has a wonderful view of the lake. The home is nicely decorated with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay. Very clean, quiet, and friendly neighbors. Having access to the Yacht Club and pool area was a nice perk. The owners were very helpful, gave us a lot of very useful information. Can’t want to go back!

Girls weekend getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful townhouse on the lake. My group of preschool teachers had a wonderful weekend getaway. The house is beautiful and had a very well stocked kitchen. Rene was very kind and helpful and always very easy to communicate with. We loved the amenities to access to the pool. We look forward to going there again. I highly recommend this rental.Ok b careful ❤

Wonderful lake house for a getaway!

My little family of four stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had an absolute blast. The kids enjoyed fishing off the bulkhead, playing in the water (right off the backyard!) and playing board games, darts, and foosball! The house is newly remodeled and sooo comfortable and nice. The neighborhood includes a yacht club very close by with a playground, swimming pool and dining options. And if you rent watercraft, the rental site is a stones throw away from the property. Rene is the sweetest to work within. Highly recommend this rental for Lake Conroe!

The house was everything describe and more. Everything was well kept.

We had a blast! The house was very roomy and gave everyone the space they needed. Very spacious living room for everyone to hangout without feeling cramped. It was perfect to be right on the water and still be very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Rene is so helpful and genuine. She was checking in with us throughout the stay making sure that we enjoyed ourselves and didn’t need anything. Next time I need to get away from reality for a little bit I will definitely be back to lake Conroe, and this is where I’ll stay!

Father's Day Weekend

We just stayed at this property, and had the best time. The set up of the house was perfect, and you are right on the lake. The house was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the house is set up for family fun. They had all kinds of stuff to keep us busy over the weekend, and just right out the back door is the lake that we enjoyed floating around in every evening to watch the sunset. We also had such an easy time getting in and out of the house and Rene was so helpful making sure we knew what to do. Would come back and stay here for sure. My husband and I are already looking at the calendar for another weekend at the lake!!!

FUN, FUN, FUN

My family and I stayed for 3 nights June 8 - 11, 2018. This town home is so nice and clean with all the modern updates. Everything is decorated so pretty and Rene and Abe provided everything you could possibly need for a nice getaway. We brought towels, but didn't even unpack them because they were provided. The outdoor space was very nice and I loved the tiki candles on the table. We burnt them every night sitting on the deck. Floats were provided to relax in the lake and we also enjoyed the little playroom with darts and foozball. We did have to bring a small blow up pool for the grandkids (ages 2 and 4) because the water was too deep for them to play in the lake. But the adults enjoyed floating in the water and riding our jet ski that we were able to dock at the property (which was really a plus!). We had a very nice time and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation getaway on Lake Conroe.

THIS ONE IS TRULY BOAT FRIENDLY!

5-STARS!! What a WONDERFUL lake house setting and SUPER boat friendly! This townhome was perfect for our family of four. We wanted to spend our long weekend close to family and on the water. We pulled our boat (21’ Yamaha Wake boat) along with us so that we could enjoy the direct access to the lake, and I’ll tell you what; the location and setup here were excellent. The back porch is inviting and peaceful overlooking the marina. From there, the yard opens up and leads down to a bulkhead with plenty of room to dock your boat, even alongside the neighbors. The bulkhead is really the only place I would give a slight knock. The header board could use just a slight bit of attention, as there are some exposed nail heads that you have to be careful of entering/exiting the boat. This is literally the ONLY issue we had. The private boat launch was a huge plus. We came in late at night and had to park our boat overnight before launching the following morning. (NOTE: If you are parking a boat or trailer at the launch, be sure to have wheel chocks, as the parking lot does have a slight slope) The ramp and docks were in great shape and easily accessible for us, though we were here early in the season, so it may be busier during peak times. We never saw more than 2 trucks/trailers parked on any single day, and loading and unloading didn’t have a wait. The house was great! We had a whole lot more to say, but we only get 1500 characters...

GREAT location, great amenities & great homeowners

We were in town for a conference at Margaritaville and it was the perfect location for commuting! The homeowners provided so many fun activities at their lakehouse (you definitely need to rent their kayaks) as well as the club amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacay

The townhouse had everything we needed! Rene was so accommodating and easy to work with and even provided an awesome restaurant suggestion. Our boys loved the game room and we even played a family game of Jenga.
