Questa casa privata situata nell'Elk Run Subdivision (appena sopra Vasquez Road) è perfetta per le vostre vacanze sulle Montagne Rocciose. Parcheggia la tua auto nel garage e prendi la navetta per le piste.

Il livello più basso della casa è perfetto per intrattenere in quanto contiene una nuova TV a schermo piatto, un tavolo da biliardo e una grande sezione. Un bagno completo offre questo livello e la camera da letto di livello inferiore che contiene un letto matrimoniale sopra un letto full-size. La vasca idromassaggio all'aperto è accessibile anche attraverso questo livello.

Al livello principale troverete la grande e moderna cucina con sala da pranzo. Il tavolo è abbastanza grande da ospitare da 8 a 10 persone. Appena fuori la porta della sala da pranzo sul ponte c'è una griglia a gas naturale inossidabile. La zona giorno principale si trova su questo livello come un mezzo bagno e divano letto. Un altro grande televisore a schermo piatto è fornito. Bei pavimenti in legno sono stati installati dappertutto. Oh, la lavanderia è su questo livello vicino alla via d'ingresso e puoi accedere a Internet anche qui.

Infine, il livello superiore ha altre tre camere da letto ciascuna con letti queen size e TV. Il bagno principale contiene doppi lavandini, vasca idromassaggio e doccia. Un altro bagno completo si trova nella sala per servire le altre due camere da letto.

the house is exactly as described and was great for our group of 7. Loved how close to the bus stop to ski hill the house is - very convenient. House is well stocked to make cooking in super easy. The property management company was awesome and super responsive - we had our skis shipped to arrive the same day we did; when they were going to arrive a day early, we really appreciated Becky going over to make sure they were secure. Overall would highly recommend this house and we would rent it again in heartbeat if we return to Winter Park with a large group!

Becky was easy to work with, the home was as pictured and quite roomy for 3 families. The neighborhood was nice to stroll and 7 minutes to the slopes.home has plenty of dishes, pans ect but could use a new set of knives and a deep clean.thank you.

Our mini family reunion was enjoyed by everyone! The snow pack was on the light side but we made the best of it and had a great time. The house had everything we needed, was super clean and well stocked. We all enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. Instructions were clear and location near the town was perfect. Our driveway was plowed in the morning after some night time snow as were the surrounding streets so access was not a problem as we had a 4WD vehicle. Would definitely visit again.

Our family of six stayed for a long weekend in February. This house is truly a home away from home. There is not one thing that we needed. Amazing kitchen with everything. Our kids really enjoyed the pool table & games and we all loved the hot tub. Everyone slept well, very comfortable beds and lots of hot water. So convenient to have the shuttle bus so close to take us to the Village. The location of the house is perfect, so many places that are close. We loved this trip and will be back.Also want to note-Becky is Amazing! An item was left and she was gracious enough to schedule a pick up meeting in Denver. We are so thankful for her kindness.

Wonderful Family Stay

Beautifully built home with all amenities..cooking, furnishings, entertainment. Our family was extra comfortable...and snowing everyday was a Bonus for Hawaii kids.

Fantastic!

We stayed here with 10 adults for a ski trip and we absolutely loved it! The house had just about everything we needed and had plenty of space for us. The hot tub was great and the views from the house were absolutely gorgeous. It was also very conviently located near Cooper Creek shopping center and a free bus pick up location. We would stay here again!

Great location

We rented this home for a long weekend getaway. Great space for our group (5 adults and 5 teens). The views were beautiful. Game room was great for everyone! Would rent this space again for sure!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home 8/2-8/9. This home is well maintained and the best stocked home of any we have rented. There is everything you could need in a kitchen which is so helpful. We had a minor issue and it was fixed immediately. It was very easy to access the home. I Highly recommend this home you won’t be sorry. The owners were so easy to contact and work with!

Great Place for a Family Ski Trip

It was perfect for our group of 9 (4 adults, 5 kids). The bus came almost right up to the door to pick us up in the morning and dropped us off at night. Highly recommend!

Superb!

Stunning condo, well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent games room and relaxing hot tub, all the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Convenient for “the Lift”, free ski bus. We would definitely love to return!

Perfect place for a ski getaway

This house was perfect for a multi family ski getaway. There was plenty of room for adults and teens. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals. Soaking in the hot tub was a plus and felt good on sore muscles. The location was perfect. It was close to town and a shuttle stop to the ski resort was right up the street. Highly recommend!

Winter wonderland with amazing views!!!

We had the best Christmas staying here in winterpark! Would definitely recommend 10/10. Great for large groups or families, plenty of room for everyone. Games were fun for the whole family and the hot tub was perfect for after the slopes. Can’t beat the location and the bus stop was right outside. We even saw a moose!! Excellent host, house had everything for cooking and the washer and dryer for mid trip clothes washing.

September in Winter Park!

This home is one of the nicest VRBO homes we have rented. The size of every room was just right, the kitchen was the best stocked home we have ever stayed in, the furnishings, the bedding, the towels, the amenities all exceeded our expectations. And our 4 year old grandson loved the lower level!! The neighborhood was good and within walking distance of multiple hiking trails. And the proximity to town was great. In all, we were very pleased and hope to come back next year!

Great Place

House is well suited for multiple people. The overall layout with 3 floors is well designed and flows nicely for large family. It is fully stocked with all accessories needed. Only had to purchase our food. Fully stocked kitchen was very convenient for meal prep. Location is ideal for quick access to town and ski resort. "Lift" bus stop just steps away. Highly recommend this property.

Right on the bus route!

This place is 50' from the brown bus loops to the resort. Which is super convenient! Made getting to the mountain so much easier! House was as listed. Small things are off, hot tub isn't level so after youre in it for the first time the water is low. Only 1 pools stick usable, Microwave stopped working during our stay. Bedrooms are spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. Overall good stay

Great Mountain Home with Scenic Views

Overall I will give this place 5 stars, though it is worth offering a few critiques as well. We comfortably housed 3 adults and 5 kids in the home. The views are amazing, the house sits on the corner of two cross streets in which there is limited traffic. There was plenty of room for kids to play in the snow in the front and side yard as it was huge. The outdoor grill uses natural gas which is awesome so you don’t have to worry about running out of propane! There are plenty of dishes in the home for cooking etc. I would recommend a cast iron skillet though as we didn’t see one. I would also recommend the property purchasing some reusable plastic cups, bowls, plates, for kids. Also, use caution, some of the spices or condiments may be expired so check the date before using them. Sliding glass door downstairs does not lock. The internet worked great. Many of the bedroom TVs are quite small. I’d recommend thr property upgrading the TVs to a larger sizes in the bedrooms as well as ensuring they are all smart TVs so you can access Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc. Also, add a TV to downstairs bedroom. The garage was huge. We parked a Ford Expedition EL (the big one) as well as a Dodge Crossover side by side in the garage with even enough room to get out of the cars. We had one issue with the fireplace in the main living area. We couldn’t get it to come on. I did text the property manager and did not get a response. We looked into the matter further and determined the pilot light wasn’t on so we just re-lit it and everything worked fine. It also snowed about 10-12” during the middle of our stay. I contacted the property manager in the am to see if they had a point of contact to either clear the driveway or I’d they knew someone I could pay. The property manager responded very quick and said they would get someone over there to clear the driveway. We got back from skiing around 2.30pm and the driveway had not been cleared. My wife and I shoveled the 30 foot driveway that was about 10” dee by ourselves so we could get out of the property and check out on time. I would rather not have shoveled but we needed to get out. I understand there are probably many properties affected by this as well though. The property could use better shovels. The one snow shovel they have is halfway broke and the head of it spins around which was frustrating when we had to shovel the whole driveway. Overall an amazing stay and we would definitely come back!

Thank you so much for your comments. I am sorry but I never received a text regarding the fireplace. But yes, the pilot has gone out before but it is simple to re-light. The plow did come by in the morning after a large snowfall but one of the large SUV's was parked near the end of the driveway so he could not safely access the driveway to plow it. He returned the next morning and took care of it after the vehicle had been moved. I will discuss the feedback with the owner. Thanks again.
