Bella 3 camere da letto, 2 bagno di casa

Thank you Tina. It was a pleasure to have you and your family stay again. Hope to see you this summer when you can enjoy the deck, the grill and beautiful flowers. Thanks again.

Thank you Tim for the nice review. You and your 3 friends (all men and very friendly) were wonderful guests and left the home in excellent condition. Please come visit again -- summer a great time to enjoy the huge deck, grill and flower garden in full bloom. Have a fantastic summer and hope to see you in the future.

Thank you David for staying and the review. The main reason for check-in procedure is to hand you the garage remote that allows you to use during your stay. It is convenient to use during rain/snow weather. Also, is allows me to verify "no smoking" or pets allowed. A previous review stated the "house smelled of smoke" which was completely fabricated as you and all other guests for the past 6 yrs can attest. Also, check in usually takes around 10 to 15 minutes depending on how many questions guests may have - and is appreciated by many guests. Thank you again and you are welcome back to stay anytime.

Thank you Pam. It was a pleasure to have you and your family stay at our Vrbo, and are welcome back anytime. Hope to see you again. Have a great summer!

Thank you LeSheka and Ben (Bennie and Benjamen) for the kind review. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting your talented family. I have to say, you and your family left the home in excellent condition - one of the best I've seen in 8 yrs. Thank you for that! Please come back and visit this summer, fall or whenever so you can enjoy the lighted deck, flower garden, grill, and night air. Your family is welcome back anytime. Have a great year!

Thank you Ann for the great review. It's important to me to make certain all my guests have everything they need. It was a pleasure meeting all the girls and you left the house in wonderful condition. Please come back anytime.....Susan

Thank you Kirk. You are a wonderful guest and new friend. You and your wife are welcome back anytime.

Thank you so much for your kind words Heath. It was a pleasure having you and your five friends stay in our home. I'm so pleased you had the opportunity to enjoy the large deck, grilling, and fenced in backyard. I do have to say you and your friends were very "tidy", and left the house in great condition. I'm always happy when I can be a small part of someone's successful event. You, your friends, and/or family are certainly welcome to come back and stay in the future. Hope to see you again soon. Susan Rose

Thank you Michael. It was a pleasure having you and your three professional friends. I strive to please my guests and want them to feel they stayed in a "home away from home". You left the home in wonderful condition and are welcome to return anytime.....Thank You! Sincerely, Susan

I have been with Vrbo for 10 years and 99% of hundreds of reviews give me 5 stars. I am extremely hospitable to all guests and friendly. This guest lied to Vrbo and me about the number of people staying. He told Vrbo 2 guests and there were 7 guests. I have brand new carpeting throughout my home and he invited 25 people to stay that had wet shoes from the rain come into my home and damage the carpet. I have NO cameras in my home and know this is against the law! He states he checked out early on the Vrbo site as they drove from Arkansas. I did not ask him to leave nor did I call him. I never ask guests to leave early and if they want to extend their stay I accomodate them. He messaged me on the Vrbo site stating "Thank you very much for your hospitality. My family and I enjoyed staying in your home". "I really appreciate you letting us borrow your stuff while we were here". -- his exact comments. His review is slanderous and entirely untrue! My home is very beautiful, clean - some guests say spotless - and I go out of my way to make your stay wonderful! This kind of slanderous review should not be allowed on Vrbo.
