Questa casa NUOVISSIMA ha il layout perfetto per vacanze in famiglia numerosa con molte aree abitative interne ed esterne. Le tue vacanze estive ti aspettano a 3 isolati dalla spiaggia e dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla baia. Noleggia questa bella casa ariosa e aperta e la renderai la tua casa estiva LBI per gli anni a venire. Due salotti interni più 2 ponti avvolgenti (1 coperto) e un ponte sul tetto! 2 camere da letto con letti king size, 1 camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, 1 camera da letto con un letto a castello su due letti separati e un altro con 4 letti singoli (2 letti a castello). House è sufficiente per adattarsi comodamente 3 famiglie di grandi dimensioni e comprende badge spiaggia per 10 persone (richiesti solo per i bambini di età superiore ai 12 anni). Include anche: 3 TV a schermo piatto, aria condizionata centralizzata, grill, lavatrice / asciugatrice e bella cucina completa per tutte le vostre esigenze. Ci sono 2 garage con molto spazio per riporre biciclette, articoli da spiaggia ecc. E una doccia esterna. Questo è un quartiere familiare e stiamo cercando di affittare a famiglie che rispettino la nostra casa e i vicini. Ottima posizione che è a pochi passi da negozi locali per la navigazione, Jersey Girl per ciambelle, caffè e panini, caffè acqua blu per il pranzo o la cena e Nardi di. Facile, navetta gratuita per i negozi e le giostre di Fantasy Island. Nota, proprietario sarà l'unico ad avere accesso al apt sopra il 3 ° garage e può essere sul posto durante il fine settimana per garantire la transizione senza scosse. Si prega di non animali e non fumare.

Great Family Vacation

We wanted to have a long weekend with our adult children and their significant others. This home was excellent for that, since it has 3 bedrooms with queen or larger beds. The living space was large, with multiple balconies for relaxing outside. The property was in a nice residential area, so evenings were quiet.

The house was clean, spacious, and beautiful. It had a lot of room for our big family. Plenty of areas to all relax and spend some quality time together. We stayed at this house in Haven Beach, LBI, with 10 people from our family, and it was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach that never felt crowded. We loved that it was close enough to Beach Haven for all the restaurants, shops, and activities, but far enough away to enjoy peace and relaxation when we wanted it. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beach getaway. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The decks at sunset were amazing. Great for selfies! We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience

This property is so dreamy! The views from the decks are so beautiful. The location is such a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room to spread out, relax, and hang out. The house is well equipped and it's extremely clean for a rental. Our group was so impressed and sad when our stay ended. Highly recommend LBI and this property in particular. The owner is also very responsive. We had such a great trip and hope to return again. 12/10!

Great LBI Home for LBI Family Gathering

We are grateful for having such a beautiful home for our family gathering. Having sold our home on LBI earlier this year, this beautiful home provided the opportunity for us to to gather in our "happy place" with plenty of room for privacy of all family members. The location is wonderful, with beautiful sunset views that we enjoyed after making some wonderful meals in a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Our only constructive feedback is to have a few hooks for hanging up towels and an outdoor clothesline. We rented bikes for everyone at Acme Surf and Sail, which gave great flexibility to all to easily access all the nearby attractions. We highly recommend this lovely home...with views, views, views!!!!

Fun, comfortable weekend with gorgeous views

We had a lovely stay! There was more than enough room for 14 to sleep comfortably. Plenty of deck space and gorgeous views of the bay. It was a quick 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Prime location for restaurants, shops, and bars. Well decorated and clean. There is closed off access to the owner’s apartment on the other side of a chic barn door + French doors behind in the open concept kitchen/dining/living room, but this didn’t bother us at all! Games in the garage but we didn’t use them. We had a perfect weekend :) Thank you, Karen!!

Loved this gorgeous beach house — it was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family of 14. The location couldn’t have been better — minutes from the beach and right across the street from the bay, with great restaurants nearby. The multi-level layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to come together for meals, games, and hanging out. The amazing decks offered spectacular sunsets, and we enjoyed our coffee outside every morning, overlooking the bay. The basement with ping pong was a hit with the teens, and having kayaks, beach carts, and beach chairs available was a nice bonus!Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and multiple refrigerators came in handy with such a big group. Karen was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful from start to finish. This newly built, spacious house in LBI is gorgeous inside and out! Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay on the Bay

This home was perfect! My family has stayed in many rentals, this one was definitely one of the best! Very clean, spacious, room to hang out together. The view from the deck was amazing. The games and extras in the garage were a bonus.

Excellent experience!

We feel so fortunate to have stayed in this lovely house for our family’s first visit to LBI! Simply yet thoughtfully appointed, this house was pure zen relaxation from the moment we arrived! Everything we needed was here for us and the location with beautiful bay views was utter perfection - especially the sunsets!! Located in a peaceful neighborhood right on the bay, it was easy to get to the ocean side beach as well as to all of the shops and restaurants in the center of town. Wonderful hosts who have lovingly maintained this home that we hope to revisit!

Great Vacation Property!

We had a great stay at this property! It was perfect for our families and kids. Plenty of space and location was convenient. Beautiful views of the bay and a short walk to the beach. The owners reached out before an after our stay to make sure the process was easy and efficient. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Home

Home was perfect for a few days at the beach. It was a real treat to be able to enjoy the view of the bay, especially at sunset.

Perfect house for a long weekend

This house was wonderful! We spent every night on the deck watching the sunsets, and were lucky enough to catch some Labor Day Weekend fireworks. It was extremely clean and exactly as described in the pictures and description. The street was quiet and an easy walk to the beach or quick bike ride to shops. It was perfect for 5 couples to get together. Karen was a wonderful host - very friendly and responsive. Would love to come back next year!

This house was amazing! The neighborhood was quiet and the street was perfect for our family with lots of kids. The owners were so kind and quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
