Excellent stay Apartment suites

My Stay was nothing short of amazing great front desk, people great property.property actually very beautiful nice fire pit to sit by and have nice conversation. Had a small fitness area if you would like to hit the weights or the treadmill also grill for the summer. I would definitely take my business again. I will be taking my business here again.

The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate.

Nice Place

Newer hotel, nice set up. Our room still smelled new! Elevator was not working when we checked out, other than that very nice place. Did not find any place to drop room keys at checkout, so had to climb stairs to return them to our room. That would be my only complaint

The girl at check in was very nice, had to change rooms due to lipstick on the sheets, second room was not clean as well. Gum on the wall, food stuck on the chairs, hairs on sheets. The manager was very rude an said he didnt care. Then checking out at 830am no one was at the desk, door locked an no instructions.

Great for families

I enjoyed the apartment like environment. My husband works in the area but we don’t live in the area so we needed to stay a couple of nights as a family. I felt like we were home because we still had 2 tvs, a living room, full kitchen, large bathroom, walk in closet, and 2 beds. My family of 5 was very comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed. I did not interact/ or see the staff the entire time I was there due to their unique hours, but I did not need them which was great. I checked in on the app and used a digital key and I also left before the office opened but received confirmation of my checkout later. I felt like I was back at my old apartment complex and enjoyed every moment. Definitely a home away from home and I will return when I need to stay in the area again.

The general manager, James Park, was extremely helpful and informative. He even helped me carry a tote up to my room as I had a broken arm. I wasn’t expecting any help, but he insisted. It was really appreciated. The room was clean and bright and we had everything we needed in terms of cooking utensils, pans, cutlery and dishes. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great new place to stay in HBG

The place is brand new. I was the first person to stay in the room I received. I have to take off points for the fact that the elevator wasn’t working, and I had to carry luggage up 3 floors. The water pressure was not good either(possibly from ppl running dishwashers or whatever). Beyond that, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was new and clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice stay.

Great staff. Excellent communication. Room very nice. Clean. Spacious. New remodel. Modern farmhouse decor feel. The single issue I had was the loud heating system right next to my bed in my room. I got very little sleep and it put a big dent in my otherwise lovely stay. I had adjoining rooms with my son and grandkids, and it did not bother my son at all. Same sound in his room. He said it “lulled” him to sleep. Not me. LOL. So if you need quiet in order to sleep, maybe ask about a quieter room? Other than that, it’s a really great place.

Lacking cleanliness; received dirty towels when exchanging. Sheets had hair on them. Food and crumbs in pull out sofa bed. Large parties happening one night and definite drug usage (could smell it outside rooms).

Looks can be deceiving

Not your norm. At check in we were told maid service is by request only once a week and we had to bring our dirty towels to the main office to retrieve clean towels. All towels looked & smelled dirty & old. Every night random people were in front of the establishment smoking cigarettes & marijuana. 2nd night 2 police cars were called present but uncertain of the reason. We cut our stay short to check in elsewhere.

Not Safe. Smells like weed everywhere

The hotel is clean and brand new, but it doesn’t feel safe. We were watching TV and the next thing I know, there was a loud bang at the door that scared everyone. I looked outside, but I didn’t see anyone. Later, we went out and when we got on the elevator there was a strong odor of marijuana. I will never book another stay here. Don’t stay here if you have kids

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. For the upscale layout of the property and inside of the rooms they provided DIRTY TOWELS. The one that was rolled up neatly on the bathroom sink looked like somebody wiped of the bottom of their shoes with it! Then to add insult to injury, for my ENTIRE stay the guests above my room stomped all day into the night! And to top all of that off; I went out to get my delivery (food) one night, only to go BACK to my room and have my keycard not work. Luckily, I had put on my gore-tex coat, wool hat, and my Timbs, because I had to walk to the Candlewood Suites next door to have them call the "after hours" number so I could get in my room! YEAH. Their lobby CLOSES at 20:00 hours and obviously, I didn't think I would need my phone. Then when the employee met me back in the Stay lobby, I showed him my keycard WORKED to let me into the courtyard AND the weight room, but not; MY room! The best thing about that place was the heat worked excellent in that room. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

The property is clearly very newly constructed. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was tricky. The app was not working and there are limited hours with front desk staff. We had to call the property. We weren’t the only ones with this issue checking in, so there was a person at the desk even though it was beyond advertised hours. There was no one at the desk when we checked out. Thankfully, the app was working. The elevator was not functional and the smoke alarms flashed all night. There were also issues with our toilet flushing. The walls were rather thin as well. It’s questionable whether the property was truly ready to open as it seems there are several kinks to work out. Overall it was nice for the night and convenient to local attractions.

It was fine for a brand new property

Got to the propeery around 845pm. Front desk was closed with a sign that said to call a phone number to check in. I called and someone showed up within a few minutes. I explained to the gentleman that i had booked 2 nights but had 2 reservations. I was assured this wouldn't be am issue. He had my info and would handle it. The next morning our room keys stipped working and we had to go through the check in process all over again. We were also charged a 2nd hold on our credit. I was also walked in on by staff while ironing in my underwear. No knock or anything. The property is brand new. The staff was nice. Overall the stay was good. There were just a couple of issues.

This property is brand new and beautiful. It’s too bad that it was so disappointing due to cleanliness. I went and bought cleaning stuff because I’m not a complainer. The kitchen and bathroom were filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The coffee pot had moldy coffee in it. The bathroom had blood & stool on the toilet. I do believe the bed was clean but that was it. I literally had to Clorox the entire place. It was also very noisy, the walls are thin and you can hear everything from neighbors as well as the people above me stomping around all hours of the night. The front desk person that was there when we arrived was nice.
