The apartment was ideally situated for old town attractions. It was close to supermarkets, cafes and numerous restaurants. It was well equipped and maintained to a good standard. It was also very quiet.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and easily accessible by car. However, the bedroom in the apartment we booked was quite small, with only a few centimeters between the bed and the wall, making it difficult to access the other side of the bed. This was not clearly reflected in the pictures. In addition, the shower base was rather small. Nevertheless, the stay was good overall.

Fantastic Stay. Everything was perfect.

I could not have found a better place to stay in Bratislava. Check in was easy, the apartment was fantastic. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities anyone would need, and everything worked great. The location was perfect... 5 minute walk to old town, and lots of eating and shopping options. I cant say enougb about C+C Apartments. Ill definitely stay again.

This was not actually a hotel but an apartment in a residential building. We booked through Hotels.com expecting a hotel room and were surprised to discover otherwise upon arrival. If we had wanted to rent an apartment, we would have used an apartment rental platform. We chose Hotels.com because we expected the convenience and service of a hotel, but instead faced a self-check-in process and unexpected requirements. Although Hotels.com advises guests not to make payments outside its platform, we were asked to pay a €xxx security deposit. This was confusing and not what we expected. It was also not clearly communicated that online check-in was mandatory, and we only found this out after arriving. After completing the online check-in, we found that the key box was empty. Fortunately, a staff member happened to arrive and gave us the key. Otherwise, we are not sure how we would have accessed the apartment. After that, we did not see or hear from any staff members for the remainder of our stay. While the apartment itself was acceptable, the arrival and check-in experience was unnecessarily complicated, stressful, and far below what we expected when booking through a hotel platform. This distinction should be made much clearer during the booking process so that guests know exactly what they are paying for and can make an informed decision.

Centrale ma poco efficiente

La casa denominata Rita è molto centrale e comoda per raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di principale interesse. Gli arredi, se pur nuovi, sono abbastanza malandati: le doghe del letto si spostavano e quindi non ti potevi muovere perché rischiavi di cadere, non si potevano tenere aperte le finestre perché la via era molto rumorosa ma nel contempo era bollente, tutto il giorno esposta al sole con un condizionatore di quelli portatili insufficiente per tutto l'appartamento. Per il resto era ben equipaggiata, sicuramente più adatta ad una stagione più fresca.

Very comfortable place, just near the city centre. Nice apartment with all the necessities you may need. Courtesy and kindness will be the first things you'll notice and appreciate. Possibility to have a personal parking spot.

기억하기 싫은 호텔입니다.

1. 무인체크인부터 엉망 2. 청구관련 메일은 멀쩡히 잘 오는데, 막상 무인체크인방법은 스팸메일처리. 3. 전화연결 안됨, 이억만리 타지에서 멘탈 나감. 4. 한국으로 전화, 국제통화료 엄청 써며 돌아 돌아 간신히 연결되어, 왜 전화 안받냐고 항의하니 당당한 목소리로 근무시간 아니라..(자기 근무시간에 체크인하라는 당당한 말투) 5. 천신만고 끝에 입실 성공 6. 투숙 1일차 갑자기 인터넷 안됨. 한참 있다 다시 연결됨. 7. 투숙 2일차 TV셑톱박스 저녁에 갑자기 나감, 익일 재차 국제전화해서 문의하니 인터넷은 시스템문제로 어쩔 수 없고, TV도 시스템 불안정(이건 확인도 안한 것 같음. 시스템 문제가 아니고 셑톱박스과열로 전원이 완전히 나갔는 데 시스템 운운, 현황 설명 후 항의하니 재차 알아 보겠다더니 전화 안옴, 이후 2일간 TV시청 포기) 8. 대로변이라 매연, 차량소음 심함. 9. 이런 (아파트먼트)호텔은 처음 10. 특히 헬프데스크직원의 대응은 심하다 못해 상전 노릇. 11. 후기 안남기는 중년아재이지만 이건 너무 아님. 12. Hotels,com은 뭐하는지.....

If you’re staying in Bratislava and want easy access to the Old Town and a vast number of cafés and restaurants then this is the perfect apartment. Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile air-conditioner. This means the unit is ‘In’ the bedroom and it is ‘very’ noisy. Using an uncalibrated measurement the sound level was about 58db. Unfortunately opening a window was not an option as the street noise is also very high and there are no insect screens on the window. As a comparison our next property measured 45db inside. The blind on the bedroom window did not work easily resulting in a very lit room from streetlights as the curtains were very flimsy. Until this property fully equips the kitchen with all the utensils required and supervises their cleaning staff I could not recommend it. On a plus side, the staff we interacted with were always friendly and helpful so I assume the poor maintenance of this property is a management problem.

Lovely apartment and great location but...

Great location and lovely apartment. The only issue I had was the noise from the neighbours next door, music blaring so loud from 7am on Sunday morning and 5am on Monday morning, I'm not sure if the people in the apartment were resident in the building or on vacation but that was a real issue, not any fault of ambientes apartments though. For this reason I probably would not stay again, unfortunately

Great location

A great apartment that sits in a brilliant location. The apartment is close to the old town and to a tram stop. There is a pancake place just below that is excellent for breakfast! The room had a balcony and a view of the castle (just over the top of an office block). Check in was easy and a transfer from the airport arranged by the apartment.

Cozy, close to old town. Friendly service

The location and staff are very nice. Especially the staff they know the apartment well. As the apartments are cozy space with IKEA deco. It would be good for visiting the old town. Not recommend if you are easy effected with noise for sleep. I have changed 2 rooms, the building itself feels like it's not originally for apartment, so the wall is thin, you can hear next door or people talk and walk by stairs if they raise their voice a bit higher.

Zombie apocalypse.

Started of with us receiving the wrong code for the keybox, which left us standing outside in over an hour trying to reach the staff. When we got in the place looked nice and all, but we noticed some lacking with the cleaning (hairs in the bed, and weird spots on the wall) but nothing major, and all in all decent. For some reason the bathroom we got had a mirror which was weird and awkward, with this being a round-trip and all. The worst of all was the bed thou. If you breathe near it, it will make loud noises. If you look at it it will make noises. If you try laying in it, it will make so much noice whenever you think about moving around, that i am sure it will caure the first zombie apocalypse, because every dead creature on earth will wake up to come tell us to shut up and be quiet. We also had trouble woth the wifi, but made it work after a while.

Good location to visit the city centre. I had the Ecopnomic Apartment in Suche Myto 4. Apartament is generally ok, the bed isn't so spacious and bathroom amenities can be improved.
