Location was great, the room was clean and ticked all the boxes. Hope to stay here again when we return for another Red Sox homestand next year.

Clean room and linens, great location and comfortable bed. Only complaint is the street noise and sounds from residents in upstairs apartment which was kind of loud. All things considered I’d stay again as it was a good value spot

The room was both well appointed and gorgeous. The location was just what I'd hoped for, enough city energy to feel the vibe but not so much that it lacked peace in the evening. Really cool neighborhood, close to restaurants doing high level cuisine. I had a question for the staff that was answered quickly and received a follow up to double check I had gotten what I needed. This is a spot worth revisiting.

I love the location however unless you’re in great shape do not rent if it’s 4th floor… There’s must be at least 75 stairs to climb!! I was so winded. And I’m in decent shape!!! The kitchen?? What kitchen?? No stove/ oven the microwave didn’t work and there was no toaster. Really disappointed!!

Overall had a great experience here. Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. I was there for a holiday weekend so the price was a little higher than I think it could have been, but overall it was a great experience and was super close to a blue bike parking area. We used the bikes to get back and forth to areas when we didn't need to use a car or uber with our luggage. A reliable place to stay!

This was an awful experience. They don't have a reception and I didn't see it anywhere in the listing that was the case so you can't check in and drop luggage off early if you need to. Be warned. They don't have a working contact number and don't reply to any communication emails. I tried many times to contact them to no avail. Steer clear.

This property is on the 4 th floor of a very old well kept building in the middle of Boston. No elevator. ( this information was given AFTER we had made the nonrefundable reservation) The surrounding area was ok and location was a 10 minute walk to/from the subway. The apartment was very nice and clean but limited in the very small kitchen. Newly remodeled. Unfortunately we reserved a king bed suite but walked in after flying across country and climbing the 4 flight very narrow stairs to discover we had a queen bed instead. I was highly disappointed as my husband sleeps with a CPAP and very erratically. A king sized bed isn’t even big enough! Nevertheless I contacted the property who said they would look into it. I had to send them pictures of the bed and answer many emails only to find out they had no king rooms available. My vacation was clearly very disappointing as I got very little sleep. They did offer to refund me the difference between the queen/king rooms. Ha! On Tuesday night I read an email that they had a king room available if we wanted to move. We were leaving in Two days so I said it was too much trouble. In the end they gave me a $500 refund although I nearly spent $1500 AND got NO sleep!

Very good location! And clean building and the room. Check in process definitely needs to have more details - specifically your room#, as its a 4story building Communication was on top, they are really looking forward to solve your request.

There was very little loud construction outside the window as well as in the building before 8:30 am. The place was cute and relatively clean. Owners gave us a discount for the noise
