I reported and message the hotel twice about the kitchen sinks drain was not working since I arrived the place. But until I check out and no one even bother to message me back or came to fix it. It end up I can’t use the kitchen and have to dine out for my entire stays there. Also it locate at a very noisy street too.

The property was in a convenient location with transportation and restaurants everywhere. We liked it and would use again. The only issue is we were unsuccessful communicating with the property management. We wanted a top sheet for the bed and we never heard back from the management or cleaning staff.

I have stayed 3 nights in this property... The cleanliness of the room was good, the bed was very comfortable. The bad things i Will say it now.... The TV did not work, i had no heating in the room for 3 nights, the noise from the other apartments was very loud even after the silence hours and i could not sleep very much., if you take a shower all the water goes into your room, you need to put towels to stop entering the room. Rather than that i enjoyed my short break in Switzerland.

For a lady travelling on her own this was not the property to stay in. Noisy with an Indian street cafe under my room so there was a delicious smell of Indian cooking all day and night and lots of people in the lobby blocking the door into the building. I was on the first floor, and maybe this added to my concern and the noise level both from the cafe and the street. Maybe a top floor room would have been quieter. The first time in hundreds of hotels I have booked with Expedia I would not recommend or ever visit again

The hotel was not clean and the pillow had bed bugs that we saw was moving around so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at al! It was a very bad experience. I want to get a refund from this hotel asap! I will file a claim too and I have pictures to prove that! I’m really disappointed with this bad experience.

All those things were fine, but … there was nobody to contact in case of a problem: if you lock your key in the room; or if someone closed the door from the inside that cannot be opened from the outside without a physical key that we don’t have. And the note on the door says: keep the door closed at all time ! This is bad, there is nobody around to help you. And why is th TV operating only if you have the ceiling light on, and gets shut off automatically when you turn the light off?? This is so designed.

I had initially booked this hotel without reading the reviews, and to my dismay, they were absolutely horrible. By the time I realized this, it was too late to cancel as I had chosen a non-refundable option. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I found that the room wasn't as bad as described in the previous comments. It was clean and spacious, but the lack of air conditioning was a major drawback. Unfortunately, the weather during my stay reached around 30 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), making it quite uncomfortable. I had to resort to opening the window for ventilation, which thankfully was an option in my room, unlike in some other rooms, I assume. To make matters worse, there was a restaurant nearby that seemed to attract very noisy guests, predominantly of Indian descent (nothing against the nation). I want to emphasize that it wasn't just regular noise, but rather loud conversations and screaming. The restaurant turned into a party venue both nights, and the noise persisted until midnight. Even though my room was located on the 4th floor, I could almost hear every word being uttered. Therefore, I cannot recommend this hotel to individuals with sensitive ears or to those seeking a peaceful rest after a long day of traveling through Switzerland. Additionally, the neighborhood surrounding the hotel had an Indian influence and was not as clean as other parts of Zurich.

Posizione ottimale, raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Quartiere molto vivo e diverse possibilità per mangiare. Struttura molto pulita e confortevole. Camera praticamente insonorizzata e molto tranquilla nonostante il quartiere vivace. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

1 night stay in Zurich

This hotel is ok for one night stay. Its position is suitable for travellers cause it's near the railway station and well connected to airport. Unfortunately there was no window nor air conditioning so you cannot change the air in the room.

Buona posizione ma che odore

Non era un appartamento ma una camera piccola ma dotata di ogni confort, bagno pulito e doccia molto comoda. Purtroppo le camere al primo piano sono disturbate dagli odori dei bar/ristoranti etnici sottostanti con sgradevoli aromi forse ripescati anche dal ricircolo dell'aria

Hotel pulito ed economico

Hotel in posizione comoda da raggiungere dalla Stazione Centrale di Zurigo. Siamo riusciti a visitare Zurigo muovendoci sempre a piedi. C'era tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare qualche giorno. Unico neo: la TV riceveva solo programmi nazionali svizzeri.

Hotel clean and economical

The apartment was fine, there is no reception but this is the concept. The only thing negative I have to say is that the second day no one came to clean the room - this is not the first time I stay in this type of structure and I know the cleaning person comes every day, but this time the room was left undone. As I only had to stay two nights this was not really a problem, but anyway, I had expected a better service. Apart from that, all room is fine and bathroom very good.

No very good as expected

Clean room. No kitchen just a medium size room. No rubbish bin, fan not working. All night been hot and so nosy due to people and cars all night. Very rough area nearby.

Pieza amplia y con cocina, refrigerador y lavavajillas. Cómoda para cocinar. Lo malo es que nos costó encontrar como cerrar y abrir las cortinas, además que la ducha estaba mala y se caía la cabeza y el tubo. Ubicación un poco lejos de la estación. Aceptable, pero en un barrio Indio bastante ruidoso.

Awful accommodation!! Yes it was very cheap and I expect people to think you get what you pay for. Bathroom door had swelled due to wet floor in the past. Every time you pulled the door shut the handle would fall off. Had a heatwave during our visit. The fan in the room was broken. When we contacted the number provided by Expedia they said there was nothng they can do. As we were about to leave the hotel on our last day the cleaner had placed a new fan right outside the room ready for the clean up. Why couldn’t this have been brought a few days earlier. Obviously lazy and don’t care about the guests!

Suited our purpose for overnight. Small room but comfortable bed and excellent shower with clean towels & bath wash - no disposable cups. Very hot day and no air con and fan unsuitable, opened window to noisy street and loud people till very, very late. Excellent instruction for key and lift and wifi. Lots of local eateries.

Deceitful ... The property was awful ... pretty sure the pictures were not the same property? Issues: No A/C. Window Open and it was like the street was running through the room - window closed close to 30 degrees in the room! Ran out of toilet paper - no spare. No hand soap in the room? No dish soap in the room - are all the dishes germ free? Big reasonable picture in the living room ... hung upside down ... no joke! For the price we paid Expedia should be ashamed to represent the property ... period.

Check in was quick but the property has no staff (fully automated). The room was pretty terrible, and had a rotten bathroom door. The room was very hot (somehow way hotter than outside) and difficult to sleep in. The blinds for the window did not work. The tv did not work. There were very few power outlets , one of which would only have power if the light switch was turned on. The shower had collapsable walls and the water just pours out underneath then to the rest of the bathroom. Overall a terrible room and would not recommend it to anyone. The location is the only saving grace.
