We stayed here for a Disney trip and it was the perfect location. We had an executive suite and it had everything we needed. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The best part of this hotel is the location of the train station, it is 1 minute walk away and you can get to Disneyland on the train in 2 minutes.

Excellent hotel.

Very close to Disney - one train stop away, next to a big shopping centre and a train ride to central Paris. Staff very friendly and helpful. This was our second time stayiny here and probably wont be our last! Room a bit on the small side but we were only there to sleep really!

We love this place. It’s our favourite place to stay when we visit Disneyland Paris (as annual pass holders). The rooms are perfectly sized and well stocked with the essentials for basic meals. The beds are comfortable enough. It’s walkable to Val D’Europe shopping centre in 5-10 mins where there’s a big Auchan for food etc. We always stock up on water and fruit as there’s a decent sized fridge in the room. The main selling point is the closeness to the RER where it’s literally a 10 min journey from hotel room to park entrance.

We loved the hotel! The staff was incredible! Wanted to be close to Disneyland Paris and the train was right across the way, and easy to use. The train ride to Disneyland Paris was about 2 min away. Very convenient for our needs. We definitely stay here again!

I'm putting 2 stars for communication, this is due to a fire alarm going off I believe 5 times. The staff did not take control of the situation the guests where up and down to their rooms several times as the alarm went off time and time again and not 1 member of management was there. Has there been a fire I would have not liked to have seen the outcome as staff did not communicate to their guests about the issue nor took control of the situation. I personally ended up after the 3rd or 4th time just going back to the room and allowed th alarm to ring

. We picked this hotel for a few nights as it was close to the shopping center and right at the metro stop. We really liked the family suite. It has on main bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room with a pull out if needed, and a bunk bed super small room. We preferred this hotel to Grand Magic where we have stayed before. We did not buy breakfast as there is a croissant shop right here and many delicious boulangeries within a few blocks. I would stay here again. It has hardwood floors which I do feel makes it feel dirty sometimes, It was nice to have a kitchen and we just went to Auchan and bought all that we wanted to have here. . It has air conditioning that worked okay. Not super cold but excellent by European standards. It was nice with teenagers to have the extra space and living area

We had a great 3 day stay in our apartment, the area was perfectly situated for Disneyland (just one stop on the train, with a station right outside). We had an issue with the apartment when we first got there, but it was resolved quite quickly and we were upgraded to a higher spec apartment, which was a bonus! Everything was clean with good amenities, however, the basic amenities weren’t replenished at all throughout our stay. We asked at reception for more coffee and milk but they couldn’t get any for us because this was something the cleaning staff had. Breakfast was nice and quiet, with lots of food options available, there was just no bread on one of the days. All in all it was a good stay and we would go back.

How is this place rated an 8.4??

I don’t understand. Are people giving a pass for poor maintenance because the space is big? Everything in our apartment was in poor condition. 1 shower was full of mold so unusable (luckily our apartment was big and had 2 showers), bathroom cabinets were falling apart from water damage, the toilet didn’t work well. The lighting was terrible, multiple electrical outlets didn’t work throughout the appartement, and the WiFi barely worked. Other than the moldy shower the rest of the apartment was clean though (it just seems the cleaning crew can’t get the mold out of the grout and no one will hire a professional steam cleaning company or redo the shower) and the staff was very nice but they couldn’t do anything about the room because there were no others available. Maybe we got the only bad room in the whole place but I doubt that. The hallway on our floor was just as outdated and worn out as our room was so I doubt it was just ours but somehow they keep a good rating. In my book it’s at best a 6 and I would never book a place that was rated a 6.

No AC was a massive issue and we had multiple people in the apartment so it got quite hot. Complained many times and were told to wait hours each time for thermostat to adjust and AC should work automatically...it never did!! Although they offered to change rooms if it didn't work by 9pm (which was ridiculous as we had gone the whole day in the heat), we had prepared dinner and this was not ideal at the time with pots/pans and children. We were never checked on after that. Everything else was great 👍 very clean room 👌

2 adults one child went. Shared a comfy double bed which was bigger than a uk kingsize. The hotel staff were fantastic, the location (one stop from Disneyland, less than 2mins by train) was perfect. Room was good, could have been cleaner as you could see dust around the kitchen area, floor looked like it hadn’t been steam cleaned/mopped, we didn’t use the sofa bed as it didn’t look very clean or comfy, bathroom fan didn’t work but was only there for a few days. Mini fridge in room was good, stocked up with water, fruit juices and soft drinks from supermarket We travelled from orly airport to Val d’Europe, 1 change at Gare de Lyon is easiest way to get from and to airport, 13 euros each. We chose not to have hotel breakfast buffet but instead got our breakfast from the little croissants shop just outside attached to the station. The food was great and way cheaper than the restaurant. They also make baguettes which were delicious. Hotel was a short walking distance to the Val d Europe shopping centre, massive supermarket on lower floor which was great and it had so much on offer inc hot and cold food. The shopping centre was massive with all the shops you’d expect which was great. Disneyland was brilliant but very expensive in terms of food/drink. My advice is to take a backpack with you, one for food and another for drinks (not fizzy) as you can take your bags with you on all rides inc the rollercoasters. Would definitely stay here again.
