Extractor fan in bathroom extremely noisy and needs to be replaced. Shower door misaligned and could be dameged if left to self-close. No duvet cover. Other than that, accommodation was fit for purpose.

The apartment itself is great. Good size. Clean. Well equipped. Problem we had is the other tenants. First night there was a fire alarm and evacuation in the middle of the night. Second night there was a constant very loud banging from about 2am. Sounded like someone dropping things down the garbage chute. No way of sleeping with that noise!

Ensure all codes and where key is is correct

The code for the door was not the correct one, the letter box where my key was to be was not the correct one the wifi details I was given were incorrect - lucky I had a phone number and was informed that they knew they were wrong and just had not got around to changing them. Lucky I arrived earlier in the evening than intended as I may not have been able to get in. Asked for someone to call me - after several days, still waiting.

Not recommended for single or female travellers, or those arriving after dark or on weekends. The building's external door keypad is out of service (appears that has been the case for weeks-months) and the property manager's suggestion when phoned (emailed keypad instructions didn't work) was to "wait for someone else to exit, so you can slip into the foyer behind them" in order to gain access to the mailbox for the fob/key to the room & building. The area is a bit dodgy with many unsavoury people afoot (winter) and I felt very unsafe waiting outside at my 7pm arrival. I would have preferred an email with genuine access instructions, or a pleasant property manager willing to get someone to let me into the foyer. The apartment itself was clean and neat and generally as per description (minus access to an electric clothes dryer). The "automatic" lights in the hallway between lift and apartment door were unreliable, so best to BYO torch/phone light. Will not re-book with this property group on future trips to Adelaide.

Good location but very little parking available so advisable to pay for on site parking. Had difficulty initially accessing property with passcode and had to enter when another tenant entered. On entry to the apartment there was an overpowering smell of (i think) curry and i had to open windows and spray room freshener to get rid of it . The carpets had some stains but they were clean and these could easily be covered up with rugs. The balcony was huge and the views were great. I would definately stay here again.

Great place minor repairs

Great place to stay, this place should have a BBQ, what a lovely terrace, or cushions to enjoyed the sunset. The door the main bedroom, requires paint, and have something to keep it open to avoid be slammed, bi the wind.

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, the only problem we had was the parking, which is a paid parking option, arriving on the first nights stay the parking bay we were allocated was taken by another vehicle, after having phoned our host an alternative bay was allocated, on the second nights stay all the available parking bays were taken, on having phoned the host we were given an option to park across the street at a Wilson parking space but all these were also taken,, after numerous calls and prompting and circling the block our host did find an available park , as other people seem to have little concern for parking in reserved areas maybe a security feature needs to be implemented in these spots as to not inconvenience patrons they are allocated to, patrons could be disabled, elderly or have other issues that they need to be able to park in the areas which they have paid for

It is a central location where you can just walk to everywhere you need to go. Room was a spacious and the heater worked amazingly, perfect for a Queenslander visiting Adelaide in winter. Great communication with property owner throughout too.

Ok so a few things to note that are probably more on the behalf of the property manager of the short term apartment rental than the property as a whole. 1) Water pressure is terrible. This must be a South Australian thing because most of the places I stayed at had this problem. 2) Parking spot that was pre—arranged was taken when I arrived. I had to make urgent phone calls when I arrived to arrange a temporary space until my allocated space freed up. The carparks are tiny and people hoon around the carpark with no regard for dumb tourists trying to find their carpark which doesn't help. 3) Booking on Expedia came with parking and breakfast. The host claimed to have no catering and therefore no breakfast and I had to remind them of my parking inclusion to get details on how to park. Waste of money on picking the breakfast option, there. 4) The overall quality of the building is quite low for such a new build. The hallways and carpark stinks of rubbish and are not ventilated. The key fobs often don't work and getting in or out of the carpark into or out of the building was hit and miss, mainly miss. 5) The remote control for the TV has the batteries put in backwards which was jolly interesting to discover when trying to get the TV to work
