Hotel is in state of disrepair

Bed not comfortable, heater unit noisy, no hot water, broken power outlet in bathroom, tv has narration function for blind people that would not turn off. This hotel has apparently not been properly maintained for years.

Room was decent enough to not leave but lobby smelled like seafood and the bed was super uncomfortable.

One bed was broken. The leg was taped with duct tape and even then was still broken. Hotel has a smell. For breakfast only coffee is offered as a beverage.

False advertisement.

The hotel is very dirty in general, the carpet in the hallways is all messed up and sticky, same in the room. The walls in the room were very dirty, stains everywhere. Some lights were not working, others with broken fixtures. The bathroom had mold and dirt all around, including hairs from people that stayed before. Looks like has been a while since the last time someone cleaned the room and hotel in general. Towels were stained. The picture for the “on the go breakfast” is totally false advertisement, they only had coffee, one cheap cereal and no milk. (Forgot to take a picture) In general, all the pictures show a hotel in a way different condition that the one that they really offer. Avoid it at all cost.

Bathrooms have black mold, the covers have blood stains and random stains, they try to cover the mold smell with lots of bleach just in the bathroom but the smell is still there and all rooms are very dirty and the hotel in general is very unkept and dirty. The man who runs the counter during the day is very rude and still had the audacity to charge me a cancellation fee when we only stayed one night instead of the two due to how unsanitary the place was. We had arrived late the first night and couldn’t find another vacancy, so we had to spend the night but it is not a recommendable place to stay at all.

Disappointed stay

This was one of the worst stays I've had. The beds were about as hard as the floor, there were stains on the bedspread, the floor looked as if it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed in a while, there was still used coffee in the pot from whoever stayed there before us. I was thankful that the heater/AC unit worked, and the the evening check-in worker was very kind. For a last minute stay on a busy weekend, I could understand missing small details in housekeeping, as I worked as in hotel housekeeping before, but I was very disappointed in this stay, even for a cheaper hotel.

Filthy & Nasty!!! Might as well sleep in your car!

This motel is FILTHY!! Our bedding was dirty and clearly had not been changed, the room had not been cleaned before we arrived, our heater didn’t work in the room, the mini refrigerator was broken, and the door jam to the room was busted. The bathroom was a whole other problem from disgusting brown stains running down the walls, the floors had not been cleaned sink vanity area had not been cleaned nor had the toilet. The shower had a huge hole in the ceiling that had a shot a patch job that was bulging and falling down. This is the condition of the room I did not partake in the free continental breakfast. this motel needs to be burned down and start all over.

I had issues with the payment they charged me 3 times for two rooms try speaking to the manager and he was rude didnt resolve anything he said he disnt care if i got charged to deal with my bank or hotels.com and he even told me if I didnt like that issue to get my stuff and leave on my first day of my 6night stay he was the most rude manager if I had not paid him cash I would had left he was screaming and could hear him all the hotel my brother was outside and sister inlaw in the 3rd floor and were able to hear evwrything

Don’t bother

Hotel is not maintained, room is dirty, beds where stained, furniture in the room was filthy, in the bathroom there was a bar of soap with hair on it. Room smelled as if someone had just smoked in it.

Great rate, dirty hotel.

Even though this is an older hotel, the property should still be clean. There was lots of debris and yuck on the stairs. The room had yuck and debris on the carpet (even a bobby pin) that wasn't vacuumed up. Overall cleanliness, leaves a lot to be desired. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
