We had problem with the arrival time and they did not try to find a solution. We had to go in an hotel the first night because they definitely don't chek-in after 7p.m. For a house in NY this is not accettable.

Ottima posizione per la metro a 2 passi, buona la pulizia. Sarebbe utile un check-in automatico in quanto, essendo arrivata dopo le 19,00 ho dovuto organizzarmi per la prima notte presso un'altra struttura.

La posizione era ottima a 20 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana linea 6 che in 15 minuti fa capolinea al ponte di Brooklyn. Alla porta accanto c è un bar che fa un caffè espresso ottimo e dei dolci da sogno. A piedi in 5 minuti si arriva a Central Park. La stanza è molto grande, la cucina completa di tutto. Le carenze sono tutte al bagno, non c'è il bidet ne il doccino nemmeno nella vasca, 2 asciugamani x 10 giorni sono veramente pochi, 2 rotoli di carta igienica e lo shampoo una confezione da albergo quindi minuscola sono decisamente scarsi. Il giorno dell arrivo in aeroporto c era il delirio ed il controllo per entrare è lentissimo quindi siamo arrivati alle 18 ed abbiamo dovuto pagare 75 euro di supplemento orario visto che il check in chiude alle 15, ma se l aereo atterra da Roma alle 14 è praticamente impossibile arrivare per quell'ora. Tranne il giorno dell arrivo che ci hanno aspettato anche perché dovevano prendere il supplemento non abbiamo piu visto nessuno della struttura e siamo stati costretti a comprare carta igienica e shampoo. comunque sicuramente da consigliare e ci vorrebbe veramente poco per renderlo perfetto

O imóvel é ótimo, muito bem conservado e confortável, fica ao lado de uma estação de metrô e é muito fácil sair de lá p/ qualquer lugar de NY. O Central Parque fica a apenas 3 quadras e tem alguns mercados por perto. Com certeza eu voltaria a me hospedar nesse imóvel!👍

Les plus : Situé à 100 m du métro ce qui est très pratique ; Un supermarché à proximité ; 2 chambres séparées ce qui est appréciable quand on est 4. Les moins : la literie (très dures donc pas très agréable quand on n’est pas habitué) ; l’espace cuisine pas très confortable (peu d’espace, chaises hautes pas agréables et peu d’ustensiles - nous n’avions que 3 fourchettes pour 4). Un plus petit canapé et une vraie table et des chaises auraient été plus appréciés. Le quartier n’est pas super mais nous n’avons jamais eu de sensation d’insécurité. Et enfin merci pour l’accueil qui a été agréable.

APT was clean and had all amenities for kitchen, except can opener, and like everyone else stated the back bedroom mattress is basically a piece of plywood - stiff and hard to sleep on. Also, the back bedroom window LG AC is loud. Other things – the kitchen breaker keeps tripping and they need a bigger kitchen waste basket. Note that this is really not a hotel - there is no front desk. It can be challenge to reach the property manager. The surrounding area is Harlem. The subway #6 is 50 feet away so that was good. Finally, they request you checkout by 10:00 AM on check out day.

The hotel gives the impression of their cleanliness, but during my stay I encountered an infestation of flies and ants. During the hottest days in June 2025, the hotel supplied 1 towel for my guest and myself to use for an 8 day stay, no extra bed linen, and when I requested additional essentials, my calls were ignored. I subsequently contacted Expedia and advised them of the nest of ants that invaded the health of my guest. That same blue sofa in the photo to be exact, was covered with ants when my guest went to turn off the ac. They were bitten multiple times and after 3 days, we cancelled, the ant incident being the third day. I submitted a video of the ants on the sofa to Expedia as well as to the hotel, providing proof of my early departure. I requested a full refund and the hotel asked to not be contacted further. After several days, Expedia contacted me stating that the hotel denied the presence of ants and currently a full refund remains pending. Worst Vacation EVER!! Do Not spend your money here and bypass this dump.

Cozy, clean, and close to everything

The place was super clean, cozy, and had a nice modern vibe. Can’t beat the location, literally steps from the subway, so getting around Manhattan was a breeze. Only weird thing was this funky smell that would hit us when we came back after being out all day. Kinda strange, but honestly, it didn’t mess with our stay at all.

4 night stay

I was very disappointed with this booking. I was charged $200 extra after booking because there was four guests and not two. The check in process was not efficient. I was asked to pick an exact check in time at booking between 2 and 5. This was not held by the staff upon arrival. Phone calls and text messages were left unanswered while we waited outside of the property for 45 minutes. All beds were extremely hard and noisy. They creaked with every body movement. The bedroom furniture was poor quality with drawers that fell apart immediately after opening. The bathroom ceiling was dripping right above the toilet. I would also recommend darkening shades for the larger bedroom because all that was provided were sheer curtains. I believe the price does not fit the room and accommodations. I would not stay here again.

This property has been skillfully and thoughtfully updated. Window unit AC in every room. Plenty of GFC outlets. Everything you need in the small and functional kitchen. Beautiful bathroom. One bedroom is a quiet dark cave. One is gorgeous and sunny. Surprisingly quiet for its location. There are city noises and that are to be expected, but the AC drowned them out. The Subway is about 30 steps away and you can get anywhere in less than 30 minutes! Here's the reason I can't give it five stars despite the fact that I would like to. There are a few tiny things that are part of living in the city. Pee in the hallway -but the apartment itself is sparkling clean. The curtains don't completely fit the windows and block out the light. The first stairwell was restored to have kind of a scary turn in it. So if you're not young and spry, and we aren't, this might be a hard one for you. But the thing that got me was that there is one mattress set between two beds. One bed has the mattress. One bed has the box springs. I slept on nothing but box springs. I would rather have a sleeping bag on the floor, and considered ubering to Walmart to get one!. If I ever want to revisit New York, I may get in touch and find out if this situation has been rectified and rent the place again and be very very happy! But I am sore and tired from sleeping on only box springs! Everything else was so thoughtful. Why cheap out like that?

L'emplacement est idéal même si un peu excentré mais avec le métro tout est accessible rapidement. La chambre sur la rue est bruyante, les boules Quies étaient utiles. Et le chauffage fonctionne bien mais joli concert de tuyaux par moment. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle de bains aussi même si elle est petite. Appartement avec 2 chambres, que je conseille maximum pour 3 car peu d'espace commun. Pour 2 ça reste cher. On a apprécié aussi le supermarché dans la même rue.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. The owners should make sure workers who are coming to do work know that guests are still sleeping and it is inappropriate to barge into our hotel without notice. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Not quite what we thought

Property was fairly clean but there was a cockroach in the tub. The beds were full size (difficult to fit two adults) and rock hard. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low - difficult to feel clean and rinsed. Neighborhood was diverse but sometimes edgy. Check in was nice but we got lucky being able to enter with another tenant without waiting like others said they had. Property was overpriced based on deals being offered in midtown for example as the date approached (but ours was paid in full and non refundable). The beds were full size and we could have gotten a hotel with two queens for much less. The room did NOT match the photos! We thought we were getting a much better place than we got while paying a bit more. However, that was not the case.
