L'hébergement est insalubre. On y marcherai même pas en chaussettes tellement il y a de tâches sur la moquette. La cuisine nous n'aurions pas tenter d'y faire chauffer de l'eau. Rien ne donner envie de rester. Nous avons préférai annuler et quitter les lieux. Douches douteuses, cuisine, sols a crasseux. La chambre n'en parlons pas. Des trous au plafond, sans isolation. Les sprinklers incendis au plafond sont soient enfoncés et ne risque pas de fonctionner soient au plafond dans un trou trop gros. Sécurité et hygiène 0 nul !!!. Je ne recommande pas! Passer votre chemin et préférez au mieux l'hôtel Bycenter juste derrière. Seul le centre commercial relève la note sinon perso 0.

Do not stay here! The pictures are nothing like it is here. It’s like the movie SAW. Also a bunch of men sitting in the dark on the stairs. I did not feel safe staying here. I ended up getting a hotel and paying again. I am trying to get a refund since i did not stay. It the property manager won’t get back to me.

okay, men skaf lige et større skilt til indgangen

Egentlig var det hele okay, og det er jo budget. Værelset var fint og der var bad samt toilet og en ren seng. Men brugte en halv time på at køre rundt og finde indgangen fordi der kun sad et lille rødt klistermærke på en dør.

Most horrible hotel experience of my entire life!

We could not stay at this place because it did not feel safe and it was not clean. There were people smoking in all the areas for everyone to use. We had to leave and tried to cancel and planned to pay for the first night only. We could not get ahold of the owner on the phone to cancel and there was no reception and no way to cancel when we arrived. We then called Hotels.com for help and they tried to call this hotel to help us cancel, but the people didn’t answer. At this point the person on the phone told us they would continue to call and cancel for us and that they would immediately start a refund. This was NOT helpful!!! We thought everything was taken care of, but because this terrible hotel didn’t answer the phone the first day they could refuse to give us a discount and we had to pay to stay at a hotel when we didn’t even stay there. It would have been better if Hotels.com had been honest with us that they possibly could not cancel the booking and they we could be liable to pay for the entire stay. If I had known that right away I would have continued to try to reach them myself that first day. When your told you are getting a refund and that they will cancel the booking for you, you feel scammed when you suddenly have to pay.

Hej jeg syntes det var kummerligt mit indtryk det var rent sengetøj , det lignede noget der lige var blevet glatte ud , da den sidste ikke havde gjort det beskidt , på dyne betrækket var der brune pletter det var ikke nyvasket og strøget det var nok for billigt , måske for billigt men heller ikke pengene værd , synes jeg men jeg fik en overnatning

Som at finde en nål i en høstsk

Nærmest umuligt at finde døren helt omme bag - og beskrivelsen var utilstrækkelig og rodet - sikkert OK for lokale beboere at forstå. En lille skitse på et Google foto ville have sparet os for meget tid. Heldigvis kom vi i dagens lys - havde det været mørkt havde vi aldrig fundet døren.

Sølle 59 kr i kompensation

Havde bestilt en overnatning i Ishøj , da vi skulle til fødselsdag og kommer fra Sønderjylland. Da vi når frem ligner det noget der er løgn. Hele underetagen er under ombygning. Et stort rod og ikke en sjæl i nærheden. Da vi på egen hånd finder en trappe op , bliver vi mødt af et virkeligt snusket og meget beskidt sted. Det hele flyder med gammelt mad , der er huller i loftet , pletter overalt på gulvene , urin og gamle bussemænd på badeværelserne og sådan forsætter det. Vores værelse åbnes med en nøgle lagt i en nøgleboks. Da vi kommer ind er sengen uredt, der er gammelt papir ved sengen , spildt sukker på gulvet , kiks og håndklæder osv. Kontakter udlejeren selv, som kun kan gebrokkent engelsk. Han ber os tjekke de andre værelser ved at åbne nøgleboksene der hænger ved dørene. Alle døre kører på samme kode system så efter 1. Dør kan man nemt gætte sig til resten. Det lykkedes at finde et rum der er nogenlunde, dog langt fra acceptabelt. Vi kontakter herefter hotels der undskylder og tilbyder os en kompensation. Så vi tænker at vi finder et nyt hotel og så må det være det. Så vender hotels tilbage med deres bud på kompensation. 59 kr . Og de sættes ind som en kupon på min app så jeg kan bruge dem senere. 59 sølle kroner. Det er jo fuldstændigt til grin. Aldrig om jeg vil godtage så ydmygende lav en kompensation. De regner tydeligvis ikke deres kunder for noget som helst. Kan kun fraråde at bruge hotels og ikke mindst Budget Room Copenhagen. Der kommer skumle typer i løbet

We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed.

Building site- avoid till complete! Photoshop pics

On booking the information said it was 24hrs contactless checking in but that proved stressful as all doors to the property were locked - I was contacted to prewarn about it but could then not reach the person when I was outside on a building site trying to get into key lockers that I did not have codes for, the entry was through a building site with bed linnen hanging to dry and the carpets were filthy, and lights horrible and no way to darken the room. Conditions I don’t even expect in a 3rd world Country and though it was cheap, the pictures and discription is misleading - this should not be open in this state, but I am grateful to the kind man that in the end opened the door and took me to the room

Be careful what you book.

The place is inside a shopping center in the middle of a construction zone. It looked like a scene from a horror movie when i was walking up to our room. Bathrooms are in horrible condition with mold everywhere. They had 1 towel in our room for three people and when i messaged the owner about it he just stopped messaging. Also messaged again the next morning and still No answer.
