Property was very clean, nice and comfortable. Excellent location. Price is reasonable. Would go back. Our drawback was regarding the check in. We were not able to get in and a wrong door code was given to us initially by mistake. A few hours waiting with no Host available to resolve all morning.

I had a wonderful stay at In House BA – Le Coq. The studio apartment was well-equipped and had all the amenities you would expect from a comfortable apartment. The space was perfect for a solo traveler, with a clean bathroom, a comfortable shower, a dining table, and a small kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals when needed. One of the things I appreciated most was the security of the property. I always felt that my belongings were safe, and the building's security features provided extra peace of mind throughout my stay. Communication with the host was excellent. I had a late flight, and the host was very attentive and responsive to my situation. Access to the apartment was simple and hassle-free, even with my delayed arrival, which made the check-in process stress-free. The location was another major highlight. The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation, making it easy to reach all of Buenos Aires' main attractions. Being so close to the bus stop and city center allowed me to maximize my time exploring without worrying about transportation. I would highly recommend In House BA – Le Coq to travelers looking for a secure, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Buenos Aires.

The hotel has a perfect location; everything is available within a block or two (groceries, cafés, restaurants, excellent bakery) . The room was quiet, with the balcony shaded by trees on the street. The room was exquisitely clean, and well appointed, the bed, very comfortable. My only reservation is about communication: it is somewhat difficult to get someone to communicate with.

Staff only was saw during the welcome arrival moment and they were very pleased and helpful. In terms of maintenance, I was under the impression they will check the place at least every other day but they didn’t. Apparently it was my fault because I didn’t send them a message to request the service. The only time, I requested to pick up the garbage. The WhatsApp chat told me the staff wasn’t available because the holiday.

Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse was the attitude toward guest concerns. Instead of offering assistance or trying to fix the issue, the complaints were essentially ignored. Good management should care about the guest experience and take problems seriously, but that was not my experience here. Because the internet never improved and there was no support from management, I ended up checking out earlier than planned. If you rely on stable internet or expect responsive management, I would recommend considering other options.

Let me just say that the only big issue we had was that when we arrived from Southern California was that we arrived on a rainy day and could not get into the building because we did not get a code that is required to get into the building. So, we ended up waiting for an hour outside in the cold. There is a desk in the lobby, but no one is ever there. You need a code to get into the building and a code to your room. And because we were not aware of the lack of safety in Argentina, when people came out of the building, they did not let us in to the warm lobby, out of the rain because of safety concerns. This was a poor first impression. However, once everything was resolved, the room was nice, clean and sufficiently modern. It was no necessarily like in the pictures, but it was fine - smaller than expected, but fine. The ladies who cleaned the room were wonderful and kind. We were so happy they took care of us. They made our stay at LeCoq worth it. Just make sure to let them know exactly what you need before you run out of toilet paper and towels. So, all in all, this property is nice for the most part. Definitely the best part of the stay was the service we received with the ladies. The thing they need to work on is communication with guests. This review comes from someone who used to work at the Four Seasons in Newport Beach, California. So, I know what is needed to make a stay worthwhile. A client will always overlook the neighborhood if the service wows them!

En general la estadía fue buena. Sin embargo es importante mencionar que no se cumplió con lo que pata nosotros como familia era algo indispensable. OFRECIERON UN SERVICIO QUE NO TIENEN. EN EL ANUNCIO PONEN QUE TUENEN UNA LAVADORA EN EL DEPARTAMENTO SIN EMBARGO LA LAVAROPA NO FINCIONABA. FUERA DE ELLO AL RECLAMAR NO CONTESTARON NADA HASTA DEPSUWS DE 24 horas CUANDO YA NOS ÍBAMOS.

Hermoso depto, buena ubicación, limpio y muy atentos. A mejorar: el horario de atención termina a las 17hs y el número que tienen de emergencia no responde. Por ende si te sucede algo después de las 5 de la tarde, no tenes respuesta de nadie hasta el otro día. El número de emergencia debería contestar a cualquier hora, porque justamente es de “emergencia”. Por lo demás, de diez.

Simplesmente o apartamento ficou sem energia por um problema de apartamento e ficamos mais de 10 horas no período noite sem energia. Você não consegue entrar em contato com os responsáveis da hospedagem. Um absurdo completo. Abandonamos a hospedagem pois não tinha condições de ficar. Eles não tem comprometimento com o hóspede.

Nota 8, valeu a pena.

PÓS:Tudo muito limpo. ´Fomos muito bem atendidos pelas moças (limpeza e supervisão). Apartamento lindo com cama de casal muito confortável, guarda-roupa enorme, ar-condicionado no quarto e no outro ambiente, que é conceito aberto. Utensílios, mesa e cadeiras para cinco pessoas. Máquina lava e seca, fogão elétrico com duas bocas, geladeira, etc. Torneiras com água quente e fria. CONTRA: Chegamos à noite, por volta das 22h30min e não havia ninguém para nos receber. Apesar de termos a senha eletrônica para entrada no prédio/apartamento fiquei muito apreensivo, pois se acontecesse algo de errado como resolveria a situação àquela hora? As respostas pelo whatsapp são demoradas e em espanhol.
