Exceptional staff and immaculate accommodations! We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the presidential suite. Highly recommend!

I would stay here again. Room was clean and nice. Only issue which was not bad was beds where rock hard, and when it rained the windows leaked.

Great place. Our second floor room as noisy so we asked to be moved to a quieter room. Our request was granted quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Apartment felt neglected, towels were dirty, did not have coffee maker or microwave. No room service was done during our stay. Did not provide new towels when asked for.

Nice hotel but needs clearer transport options

Really nice rooms and helpful staff. The only downside is that this is an airport hotel but has no airport shuttle bus. They offered an overpriced taxi for the 2km trip and didn’t inform me that there are plenty of private buses to the airport which can be hailed outside the hotel.

Average

Room did not have ac. Tiles in bathroom were cracked. But over all it was in a good neighborhood. Cleaning staff was nice but the reception staff was average. The First Lady was helpful but afterwards the receptionist would not pay attention and was always on her personal phone.

Impossible to sleep

English: The hotel has a busy avenue in front that makes it impossible to sleep. I knew this in advance from previous guest reviews so I begged to be given a room that did not face the avenue. They denied it to me claiming not to have more rooms even when it was very clear that the hotel was empty.

Not what I expected

Checking in was less than satisfactory. Desk agents were not very helpful. Too much road noise and difficulty sleeping through the night. Breakfast quailty depended on suite type i guess. Wifi in room never could connect. Local transportation cost $25k pesos per person each way. Uber was 9k . No brainer

I'm going to be fair and balanced on my review. First, the check-in was very antiquated, using fill in the blank forms and lack of awareness of who the guests are. Either Orbitz didn't communicate effectively or their system is very lacking. When arriving, I provided my orbits reservation and showed the receptionist the hotel provided email announcing my reservation. After going through all the steps the reception is asked me for payment, which had already been made through the orbits platform. I refuse to pay a second time and she suddenly realized that I paid for my room. The description said that they had bilingual receptionist on staff, not the case, Spanish spoken only. In step using key cards for room access, it was it punch pad entry system. My code was a sequential code 1 through 6 to enter my room which was very insecure, not to mention no secondary locks and the peephole cover would not close leaving my room vulnerable to break in. After getting settled in, just before I was entering the shower to sleep for my 6:00 a.m. flight out, the security came to the room and told me I had to vacate the room because I don't have alteration to stay in the room. I explained to him there was a mistake and I had already paid for my reservation for this room. After showing him the Orbitz platform receipt, he took photos apologized and walked away. The room was cleaning and quiet, but not well maintained. The only benefit was that it's close to the airport, that's it.

Booked a room for 4 people, but when arrived it had a double bed and a sofa big enough for 1 person and maybe a small child, and no bed sheets. When asked the people at the reception, they told me it was an independent owner and had to call someone else. We arrived at 2am so I had to sleep onbthe floor with no sheets TV did not work. Ran out of toilet paper and had to call the number and wait for about 40min tobget toilet paper because reception could not help One night neighbors had a party at 2am with the loudest music ever. Could not sleep at all The overall experience was horrible There are plenty of other options around the area, which is beautiful and worth visiting

Just going to be honest

OK, I’m going to be brutally honest. It is not a horrible place to stay. However, there are some things that really need to be mentioned. The sweets are individually owned, and you have to receive a code to get in via WhatsApp. So, if you are a foreigner, make sure that you have WhatsApp installed, and you have cellular service. Second, there is no air-conditioning in the suites. The temperature outside at night is cool. But there is humidity. I just could not get comfortable enough to really sleep. Third, the walls are paper thin. At 2 o’clock in the morning I had to listen to the people in the room next to me moaning as they had sex. If none of these things bother you, then it’s the perfect place for you. I however, will not be back.
