Hello, I'm Katy, Founding Partner of Property With Style. We support property owners keen to rent their place for short and medium term stays in Cannes and its surroundings with complete peace of mind and with a real interest to provide a great guest experience!
Property With Style is a local initiative: I have managed my own short-term rentals in Cannes and Golfe Juan since 2012 and have been a superhost on the main rental platforms ever since.
I am local: I grew up in Golfe Juan, right next to Cannes and have experienced our gorgeous area as a child, teenager and adult. I love our region & to introduce my two children to all the activities that Cannes offers, from sailing and windsurfing camps, to boat trips to the Iles de Lerins; enjoying a gelato or watching a movie, there is plenty to do!
My trusted local cleaning and maintenance partners help me prepare our properties for guests arrival. We will see to it that you have a brilliant time whilst in town and know most of the local bars, restaurants, beaches and experiences worth knowing, so make sure to ask us!
We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will be available if you have any questions during your stay.
