Perfect lagoon view

Cosy aptmt with beautiful view over the lagoon and the green garden. Perfectly located on the first floor and easy walking distance to the surroundings as shops, bars, restaurants. The location is a bit old fasion except the bathroom, that was remodeled. But everything very clean such as kitchen equipment, living room sofa, bedroom linen and towels. Very quiet area - overall recomendable.

Amazing location, lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had everything we needed. It was safe for ours kids and the proximity to the beach was perfect. It was hot at night, so we did need an extra fan to keep the kids cool, but that is Spanish weather at this time of year! Thank you, Sandrine.

Lovely location....

Our second stay at this apartment where we enjoyed the views, meals on the balcony, plus excellent location for shops and walks along the beach.

A little paradise!

Perfect apartment, from the comfortable bed, fabulous modern bathroom, kitchen with ample utensils, to the wonderful view and location. We enjoyed meals on the balcony, sunbathing on the grass and swimming in the shallow water. We didn't hire a car on this visit but shopping was easy with several supermarkets nearby. A perfect week of relaxation! Highly recommended!

muy agradable y tranquilo

El apartamento está muy bien preparado, la ubicación dentro de La Manga, estupenda, porque está cerca del centro comercial, pero aislada de ruidos. Hemos estado en Semana Santa, hubo días fríos pero la propietaria facilitó calefactores y mantas. La cocina tiene todo tipo de utensilios, sartenes, etc. Muy limpio, bien conservado, teniendo en cuenta que no son residencias nuevas. La terraza, magnífica y el jardín frente a la playa del Menor, muy agradable. Lo único que se puede mejorar es el baño, un poco pequeño, pero está bien. La ducha tenía muy poca fuerza, aunque esto suele ser habitual en los apartamentos de playa. Está muy cerca del Zoco, con supermercados y restaurantes al lado, y de la Escuela de Vela Sandrina, se puede ir andando por la playa, muy recomendable para cursos de vela para niños. La playa del Mediterráneo está al otro lado, muy cerca, 5min andando. Very well prepared appartment, great the location within La Manga, near to mall but far from noise. We stayed at Easter, although the weather was rather cold the owner provided heaters and blankets. The kitchen has all utensils, pans, etc. Very clean, well maintained, considering that it is not new residence. The terrace and garden magnificent beachfront to Mar Menor, very nice. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom, a little small, but okay. The shower had very little power, although this is usual in beach apartments . It is very close to the Zoko, with supermarkets and restaurants next door, and Sailing School Sandrina, at walking distance, highly recommended for sailing courses for children. Mediterranean beach on the other side, very close, 5 minutes walking.

Appartement au 1er étage très bien situé, belle exposition, belle vue. Conforme à l'annonce. Sandrine la propriétaire est très sympathique. Elle a prévu de faire des travaux afin que son appartement soit encore plus fonctionnel. Si nous revenons à La Manga nous y retournerons et nous le recommanderons. Roseline et Bruno
