Condo was GREAT!

The condo was exactly as expected and perfect for our daughter and us to get away for Fall Break. Very clean, completely renovated and super easy beach and pool access! Loved it!

Dirty old furniture

This home was apparently renovated 8 years ago but the furniture did not seem it had been changed in 20. It was dirty, stained and worn. Cushions worn out. Bed mattress had no support left. Pool had been removed just outside patio door. Patio was nasty and unusable. Description totally misrepresented this condo

Pretty perfect aside from HORRENDOUS check in process!

Beautiful property. Great updated space and easily accessible to beach! Clean and cute. A couple of things: FOR THE LOVE, PLEASE modify your check in process! In spite of paying very close attention to the online check in instructions, I was still re-routed from one building to the next, over and over, for TWO HOURS before we finally were able to receive our keys and get into the condo. A complete nightmare, especially after 11 hours in the car. This MUST be rectified for the sake of future renters! A small thing: luggage carts are few and far between. And when you find one, you get it loaded up just to find there is only an elevator part of the way. There are stairs you have to navigate with a full load of luggage on something with wheels. An easy fix would be to install short ramps in these areas. Another small thing: the pull out couch is super un-comfy (rods and wires poking thru). Easy fix, again. :) Overall, would stay again but would have to know that the check in process has been modified. Beautiful property with lots to do. Once we got all settled in, we had a wonderful time.

Nice condo, very crowded beach

The actual condo was lovely for an anniversary trip. Short walk to the beach with nice amenities. Unfortunately, Sandestin is a massive resort with a suprisingly small beachfront. The beach was more crowded than any public beach I have been to. (I realize travel is UP after covid lockdowns, but there was hardly a foot of space available. Walking down the beach other places were more reasonably occupied). We would not have felt safe with our small children because it would have been difficult to keep up with them.

No blankets or sheets

Pull out couch had no sheets or blankets when arriving on a sunday was a pain in the butt and didnt know how to recieve key or check in lost email even if that information was listed

Nice place and nice beach

The room was nice except for a few minor items that were clearly not taken care of. The air filter for the A/C was extremely dirty and the date was from 3 months prior. I am a A/C guy and notice thing most don’t. We were there for 5 days an our trash and towels were never picked up or changed the entire time we were there. Besides that we enjoyed our stay. The beach was nice and clean. The pool was also nice to swim in for a change from the ocean.

The resort and condo were beautiful.

The condo was great. However, we had trouble with our kitchen sink because we had no water for a couple of days. That made it impossible to clean the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful and I would recommend Beachside II.
