Arriving at Villa Vernaschi you will feel welcomed in an atmosphere that only the Marche countryside can give, with the green hills and the strength of the mountains around the corner.
Renovated according to the latest earthquake regulations, it welcomes you in all its beauty made in Marche.
At guests' disposal, in addition to the large swimming pool with a solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, a field where you can play soccer and a large patio with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for beautiful dinners in the open air, enjoying the garden and the view that will invite you to turn your dinners into real moments of celebration.
Almost all the rooms are arranged between the first and second floors.
We have only one room on the ground floor.
Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, a twin or double bedroom if necessary, an open space attic with 2 single beds and a single bedroom. Sleeps 16. Max 10 adults
The villa is divided into apartments, each of which has a kitchen.
During your stay, one of our staff members will check the pool and clean the skimmers. He will not be disruptive.

- dishes washed and stored in spaces,
- dirty linens ( sheets and towels) stored on the ground floor
- refrigerator and freezer empty
- the house must be free of garbage, which must be taken to the appropriate containers outside
If, upon check out, the final required order is not met, there will be an additional fee to be paid in cash of € 150.

- WINTER ignition from Nov. 8 until April 7, max allowed 19°
Temperatures will be monitored by a technician, either on-site or directly remotely. (no need to lower or raise thermostats).


WI FI
Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in open country, connectivity may not be 100% functional ( so far it has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functionality of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of identity documents of all guests present is mandatory, for reporting guests to the police headquarters of territorial competence.
