Ideal for couples , business travelers , families with children , you will wake up every morning with a spectacular view of a privileged place in Benalmadena.
The community area is very well maintained with green , palm trees , large swimming pool area with children's pool , sun umbrellas and toilet facilities. The pool area is available in the summer season.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your and your family spend a really nice stay.

Bil-Bil golf and restaurant is located just few hundred meters from the apartment .
Car is not necessary , but recommended as distance to shopping and beach is over 1 km.
There are 2 private parking spaces in the p-cellar belonging to the apartment.
In addition to Bil-Bil golf , you also have Torrequebrada golf which is the nearest golf course.
The beach of Benalmadena Costa is amazing and there are plenty of sights and attractions.
Guest will have a convenient position from where to explore Fuengirola , Mijas , Malaga , Marbella , Puerto-Banus , Gibraltar , Estepona , Cordoba , Sevilla ,
