ジョージアカレッジと州立大学、ジョージアミリタリーカレッジから7マイル、シンクレア湖から10マイルに位置するこの古いテナントハウスは、3000エーカーを含むフォックスヒルプランテーションの一部です。 メインの夏のプランテーションハウスは、再建中に1873年頃に建てられました。 このコテージは、2011年に14マイル離れた農場から移転しました。 元の暖かい雰囲気を保ちながら、私たちはそれを再成形して近代化しました。 メインハウスから100ヤードのところにあり、簡単にアクセスできます。 電子レンジ、トースターオーブン、冷蔵庫、洗面台を備えた調理室があります。 電気暖炉のある2つの居心地の良いベッドルームは、さらなる雰囲気を提供します。 大きなシャワーとデザイナーバスルームのシンクが追加されています。 キッチンエリアに隣接するリビングルームには、テレビとDVDプレーヤーがあり、食事とゲーム、リラックスと会話のためのテーブルがあります。 。 お気に入りの機能は、ほとんどの日がそよ風が吹くフロントポーチと、起伏のある丘の上を歩くための多くの手入れの行き届いたトレイルを備えたメインハウス、牧草地、森林の眺めです。 ボート用の広い牧草地に駐車場がたくさんあります。

I already am looking for another weekend to come back and enjoy this cottage. The Fish Cottage and hosts David and Autumn are 5 stars!! I felt like I was in an episode of Little house on the Prairie. So clean, perfectly stocked with Everything and more ! The rainfall shower was exquisite. The decor and rustic charm is beyond what any of the pictures portrayed. Thank you for opening your cottage to my son and I. We will be back !!

Weekend Stay

This cottage was nice and quiet. Great location to get away but also close enough to restaurants if you wanted to go out. I enjoyed the privacy. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

A magical cabin where we were instantly able to relax. The inside felt much larger than than the outside suggested. Beds were nice and comfortable with a shower that's next level. We come to this area for an event every year. Will definitely be booking this going forward.

Great Cottage

Very private and quiet, comfortable beds, lovely shower. Only a few minutes from historic Milledgeville. So wonderful to sit on the porch and listen to the silence at night. House is a restored post bellum tenant farmer house. Much of the original wood and interior construction technique is still visible.

Charming Cottage

This rental was wonderful, clean and in a good location from GMC. The owners were attentive and even left a homemade treat. I enjoyed my stay. The place had everything I needed.

Owners are retired from healthcare and business careers. We enjoy our home built in 1873 which we restored in 2003. We moved the cottage from a farm 14 miles from here and restored it in 2011. It is 100 years old with very nice modern improvements, yet it retains the atmosphere of the tenant house that was home for a family for 80 years. We have 160 acres at the dead end of Fox Hill Rd.

This property was a crop and livestock farm in the 1800's. We have open pastures, pines and hardwoods, and describe it as an Island away from the frenzy. Most used word by guests to describe it is PEACEFUL.
