Located in the province of Parma, an area of culture with many castles and churches, Villa Kasia is a country villa with private pool suited for 10 people. The Emilian countryside is the perfect place to relax and enjoy and explore Bologna, Milan, Parma and its cuisine. Villa Kasia also offers catering for parties such as birthdays, wedding and other events offering great views and comfort to guests (up to 40 people) at the nearby castle.

Villa Kasia is split over different floors (260m2)

Ground floor: You will find the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, highchair and washing machine. The dining room with table and chairs also features a fireplace. On this level there is one double room and one twin room and a bathroom with shower unit.

First floor: you will find a spacious panoramic living area with sofas, satellite TV/DVD player, Wi-Fi, and three bedrooms (one double and one twin room). There are two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets and fans are available on request.

Basement/outdoor: This level has a vaulted room with access to the swimming pool (10m x 6m). All around the pool you will be able to enjoy the garden and the views of the nearby castle and relax on the deck chairs. There is a covered terrace with outdoor garden furniture and a BBQ area.

Villa Kasia features an enclosed garden (5000m2) and pets are allowed on request. Parking space is also available and you will also find a children play area. The tennis court is located 2km from Villa Kasia.
