ヴィラデルゴルフォ***ここ数年、オーナーの住居は、この地域で最も美しいヴィラのいくつかに署名した建築家マルチェロザンカによるプロジェクトで、1960年代前半に建てられました。 、海を直接見渡すインフィニティプールの建設に至りました。
同名の岬にあるカポザッフェラーノ地区に位置し、現在も稼働している古い灯台があり、チェファルの岬まで広がる息をmonむような景色を楽しめます。
ヴィラからは、崖または快適な無料のビーチ、小石の間を選択できるため、海に簡単にアクセスできます。快適さを好む場合は、設備の整ったリドに有料でアクセスできます。
午後には、灯台の道をロマンチックに散歩しながら、崖に住むニシンカモメの鳴き声と、春には岩の間を歩く若者と一緒に、夕日を眺めることができます。
ヴィラからは、徒歩で、漁業活動で知られるポルティチェロなどの特徴的な海辺の村に行くことができます。 エリアとアスプラは、地中海の色と風味を持ち、楽しいごeast走をお楽しみいただけます。

Ein Paradies auf Siziline

Die Villa besteht aus insgesamt vier einzelnen Ferienwohnungen, die man einzeln buchen kann und die sich gemeinsam den Außenbereich mit Pool und Whirlpool teilen. Es war aber jederzeit genug Platz für alle. Poolhandtücher stehen vor Ort zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit typisch sizilianischen Teilchen war sehr lecker und man kann dieses auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick genießen - ein Highlight. Wir empfehlen in jedem Fall einen Mietwagen, da das Objekt doch etwas abgelegen ist.

Il paradiso

Bellissimisima villa, vista e piscina. Buenissimisima collazione. Padroni de casa molto accogliente. You can easily reach the sea by walk and enjoy snorkeling. The beach is on the rocks. Very nice and tasty restaurants are recommanded in the nearest little harbour Porticello. 12mins by car. The suite Il Uglivi is perfect, independant and have also a nice kitchen. Grazie mille ! A stunning setting

We can only reinforce the many good points in the reviews made by others. The setting is quite stunning, the accommodation superb, the facilities everything one could hope for and the hosts Aurelio and Maria and the ever attentive Jeeva absolutely charming and helpful. We have every intention of a return visit and would highly recommend this villa as a base for visiting the Palermo region or just relaxing in the sun. Many thanks from Gillian and Martin

Location exceptionnelle

Location 6 ou 7 étoiles , même si cela n'existe pas sur ce site. Nous étions les seuls hôtes ce début Juin, et les petits déjeuners face à la mer, avec un choix presque trop grand, la piscine fantastique partagée avec les mouettes, la suite Gli Ulivi à l'écart, très calme, propre et bien équippée, nous laissent un souvenir exceptionnel et nous donnent l'envie de revenir au plus vite. Endroit loin du bruit de la circulation, de la ville, avec un emplacement unique. Il ne faut pas vouloir trop charger les journées en excursions au loin, Cefalu ou Caccamo, sont du coté est, Erice-Segesta, Scopello de l'autre côté de Palerme, à l'ouest. A Porticello Santa Flavia deux restaurants à recommander : Al Faro Verde sur le port, et la pizzeria Antiqua Solunto sur les hauteurs. Bien imprimer le chemin d'accès à la villa (sens interdit sauf aux résidents) et ne pas louer une trop grande voiture, il faut un moment pour s'adapter à la conduite sicilienne et à la signalisation Merci à Maria et Aurélio pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs conseils. Unique!

S'il y a un endroit en Sicile ou vous devez poser vos valises c'est à cette adresse! La villa unique et sublime est un enchantement à chaque instant. Le panorama à couper le souffle vous émerveillera, le jardin et la piscine sont de véritables havres de paix où vous pourrez vous reposer, bronzer ou tout simplement vous laisser aller à vos rêveries. L'accueil quant à lui est tout simplement unique et c'est surtout pour cette raison que nous avons tenu à y retourner l'année dernière pour la deuxième fois. Nous y avons passé un séjour merveilleux et inoubliable. Dès que le froid et la grisaille arrivent sur Paris, nous regardons les photos de ce petit paradis et repensons à ces moments de partage avec toute la famille d'Aurelio. Des personnes élégantes et rares qui nous ont accueillis comme de véritables amis. Cette fois-ci nous avions loué la chambre orange située dans la maison familiale. Totalement indépendants, vous bénéficiez tous les jours d'un brunch gourmand et copieux: spécialités siciliennes et faites maison, petits gâteaux frais, fruits frais, oeufs brouillés... et tout cela à déguster dans le jardin avec un joli service en porcelaine et des couverts en argent. Un petit salon extérieur où vous pourrez lire à l'ombre des bougainvilliers, des transats autour de la piscine, tout est fait pour que vous vous reposiez devant une vue magique. La plage est juste en bas à 3 minutes à pied. Ce petit coin de paradis mérite que vous y passiez quelques jours ou comme nous vos vacances. N'oubliez surtout pas de visiter Palerme, Monreale mais aussi allez faire un tour à Syracuse ou Taormina! Merci infiniment à toute la famille, à Marina, Aurélio, leurs enfants et leur discret mais très sympathique majordome. Nous espérons y retourner cette année encore. Nous voyageons beaucoup et des endroits aussi incroyables que celui-ci avec une telle âme sont rares. La réalité est encore plus belle, une adresse unique que nous avons plaisir à faire découvrir.

A wonderful, relaxing vacation...

Myself and my partner visited Maria and Aurelio's wonderful villa in the summer of 2015. It was a wonderful stay. The villa does indeed match the beautiful pictures that are shown on the website. The welcome and hospitality of the owners is wonderful; they are very accommodating, happy to show you around the local area or provide BBQs. The surrounding area is very simple and perfect for any couple wanting some time to chill and enjoy. The beautiful little port town of Porticello is only a 20 minute walk away and has some excellent restaurants for a night out or bars and shops for in the day. A little further is Palermo or a trip into the heart of the Island (hire car recommended). One of the most wonderful things about this stay was the incredible breakfast; delivered every morning to suit, it was an incredible homemade spread that consisted of cooked and continental style food including some wonderful local delicacies. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for any couple wanting a simple, relaxing, rural get-away in northern Sicily. We will definitely be back! James and Connie.

Magnifique sejour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un cadre paradisiaque. Les photos présentées sur le site correspondent tout à fait à la réalité. La villa est magnifique et offre une vue splendide depuis la terrasse et la piscine sur la baie. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié ; Le logement est impeccable et nous avons été chaleureusement acceuillis par Andréas (qui parle français ) et Aurélio ; Les propriétaires , tout en restant très discrets, sont aux petits soins avec les vacanciers qu'ils accueillent. L' endroit est de plus très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !!!

Hollidays that really counts

We had a very pleasant stay in this wonderful villa and very nice family. The view from the pool on the see shore is gorgeous. Maria, Aurelio and Andrea have a great sense of hospitality. In addition, the location is very close to nice city to visit like Palermo and Cefalu. Maybe we will come back (who knows?), but I will recommend this accomodation to my best friends and relations. I wish to this great family all the best for the future.

Paradise in Sicily

We so much looked forward to this holiday and we were not disappointed by this pearl in Santa Flavia! The reality was even better than the pictures in the ad, and with Maria and Aurelio as wonderful and warm-hearted hosts, our holiday was amazing. We arrived quite late and were tired after a long journey, but the holiday-feeling came to us when Maria & Aurelio welcomed us and served us a delicious pizza and homemade Limoncello. The annex was lovely! Delicious pillows and downduvets, charming bed linen (with sweet embroideries, and certainly not boring hotel-linen) and great towels. A small and practical kitchen and a nice bathroom. Completely perfect in size for a couple like us with a child of 9 years. The villa and grounds were amazing and beautiful and well kept, with lovely flowers, palm trees and several areas where one could find shade. The pool was also super, clean and inviting every day. Every morning there were clean and soft bath towels read for us at the pool, and the breakfast table was lovely placed in shade of palm trees. And what a wonderful breakfast table: Beautiful tablecloth, service and cutlery, and real fabric napkins. Maria was lovely and put fresh flowers on the table every day. The breakfast buffet was really a dream! Here we could find everything we could dream of: the world's best scrambled eggs, bacon, ham, cheeses, delicious local specialties as aranchina, baguettes, croissants, fresh mozerella and delicious tomatoes, fresh fruit, lovely honey, yogurt, granola, espresso, cappuchino - truly amazing! This is the best breakfast we've ever been served, and we do have some experiences ;-) The hosts helped us with nice places to eat nearby, and other sights worth seeing. Aurelio also helped us arrange a snorkeling-trip nearby (Porticello) - which was a super experience. The villa and the pool area were absolutely perfect for our relaxing vacation, as well as the location of the villa: incredibly well placed in relation to the sea and the pebbly beaches. Nearest pebble beach was practically a stone's throw from the villa. We also had some great snorkel trips outside the lighthouse. The walk to the lighthouse took approximately 5 minutes, a little steep to climb down, but superb snorkeling conditions made the trip well worth. Great place to stay with awesome

We stayed for two weeks at the Dependance "Gli Ulivi". It is a great place to stay with a beautiful garden, a nice swimmingpool overlooking the ocean with an awesome view at the cliffs of Porticello. The appartement is very nice, clean and calm with a view at the ocean and the pool. The owners Marina and Aurelio are so nice and friendly, we felt so comfortable and it was definitely the best accomodation in our four weeks trip in Sicily. It is also a very good position to explore the North West coast of Sicily like Cefalu, Palermo, Erice and Trapani. Solunto is a five minute drive, diving is excellent in this area, Aurelio will help you to arrange this. The breakfast is brilliant. We traveled a lot in the past years so we know that places like this are very rare. Yven, Emira and Sven want to say thanks for some of the best weeks we ever had, the world is big but here we can imagine to come back one day.

The Garden Eden

Dear Maria and dear Aurelio, we enjoyed a wonderful week in heaven at your beautiful house in Santa Flavia near Palermo. Relaxing at the pool with a view on the ocean was wonderful. Your garden and pool are very well-kept and invite for hours of reading a book or taking a nap. We really appreciated your hospitality, discretness, and great tips what to do around Palermo. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and nice little details. Everything was tidy. The breakfast was superb and we would sure like to come back. A wonderful vacation!

Dear Maria, We had a wondefull vacation at the place of Maria and her husband. We arrived during the evening and they welcomed us with drinks and something to eat. We stayed at a little romantic cottage next to the main house, which has everything for two people. Every morning we has a truly amazing breakfast, croissants, bread, chocolate fruit, coffee, thee, toast, meat cheese and so on, near the pool or inside the house. The breakfast was the best, thank you very much. There is a pool that you can swim in and it is a very small walk down to the beach. When we were there in april it was still a bit to cold, but it was nice enough to sit outside on the sun. You do need to have a car, since there are no places to eat at walking distance. But there are great places to eat and drink in Sicily. We recommend Villa Cefala nearby. They only thing that was not working is the wifi inside the cottage. This is only working inside the owners house. But we had a wonderful stay and recommend it to couples, we would love to go back there. Thank you for it! Ciao Eva&Maarten

Peacefull residence with a breathtaking view

My friend and I spent 5 lovely days at the end of September 2014 at Incantevole Villa sul Mare. I would rank this property 100 out of 100! The Villa itself is very beautiful and situated at the seafront. You can admire an impressive view of the gulf and mountains around just relaxing by the private pool. The owners, Signor Aurelio and Signora Marina are very hospitable and delicate people. They welcomed us and showed everything around. We stayed in a separate building with a livingroom, bedroom, kitchen and bath. It also had a backyard with BBQ facilties and an outdoor bath as well. Towels were changed every day, linen - once in 3 days. Private parking was also a big advantage. Breakfast was served every morning in the main Villa and I can say that a 5-star hotel can hardly boast such breakfast! The location of the Villa is extremely convenient of course if you do have a car. But if you go to Sicilia a car is a must. The trian station of Bagheria is in 5 minutes drive. Then you can take a train and withtin 10 minutes you'll be at the center of Palermo (you can also go to Palermo by car but the traffic in the city is very heavy). Some other big tourist attractions like Monreale and Cefalu are also not very far. And every day you will return to the peacefull residence. The public beach is just in a 2 minutes walking distance, the small fisherman's town of Porticello is in 20-25 minutes walking distance. There you will try the best and the most fresh fish and seafood. I mostly recommend the restaurants La Muciara and Al Faro Verde. The nearby mountain Catalfano is very good for trekking. If you klimb to the very top you'll see all the surroundings and it is worth spending a day there. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend an ideal vacation by the sea and I do hope to return there once again. Ekaterina Moscow I would like

PARADISIAQUE!!!

Si le paradis existe, nous l'avons trouvé! à environ 30 minutes de Palerme, niché dans la verdure et les pieds dans l'eau (plage de sable à 100m), nous avons été merveilleusement accueillis par Andréas et toute sa famille. La chambre spacieuse est très joliment décorée et la salle de bain est magnifique! Le petit déjeuner est très varié, fait maison et servi tous les jours sous les palmiers devant la piscine à débordement avec une vue magique sur la baie. Le cappucino préparé par Andréa lui-même est le meilleur de Sicile!! Elégance, délicatesse, raffinement sont au rendez-vous. Nous avons vécu un moment unique dans ce lieu paradisiaque! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Ce petit coin de paradis entre mer et végétation luxuriante vaut vraiment le détour. La réalité est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Un chaleureux merci à Andréas et à toute sa famille pour ces vacances inoubliables.
