We had no contact with the owner.We were met at the property by Sandrine,who showed us around, and also came on the day we left.The property itself is very spacious.There were a few matters that we have to bring to your attention.The light in the bathroom above the sink did not work.The heated towel rail in the bathroom did not workThe toaster did not workWe had no internet for over a week, until we left.The information was in French, and dated back to 2016 & 2019.It would have been helpful if it was also in English, and updated.The outer fridge door kept coming away from the integral fridge door. We showed this to Sandrine, and I have a photoA chair in the lounge had a hole in it. I have a photo.The patios chairs and sun loungers were very dirty. I have photos.Sandrine was extremely helpful and we showed her some of the items mentioned above.Despite the few items mentioned, it was a very good stay in Saint Cyprien.
