We have stayed at this unit for one week each September for 3 years in a row. It's a beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach. The rental company that owns it is very welcoming and accommodating. They are also extremely quick to respond to communication.Regarding the property, the way the pool and splash pad are set up makes it so easy to watch your kids play (and relax a little yourself.) The beach was not crowded at all, but that may have to do with the time of year we visit. Overall, we were very pleased and we plan on continuing to visit this rental!

Property was clean and well located. Amenities were exactly as advertised. The slpash pad and pool were clutch for the little kids. Would definitely go back.

Nice pool and splash pad when working. Convenient location. Great view of ocean. Should specify time zone for check out. Our door code expired an hour earlier than expected for Alabama.

Great Girls Trip

I have been staying in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for many years and really love it. This condo was perfect for our girls trip. Very comfortable and had everything we needed!! Loved the décor!!!

Beautifully decorated condo in an excellent location! My family and I had a great time. It's so nice to have 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach and view are fantastic!

ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND 2023

We had a great stay in our condo. It had a perfect view of the ocean, pool and splash pad. We were travelling with a 3, 6 and 8 year old and the room accommodations were perfect. The condo was very clean! Would definitely book this condo again.

Great vaca

We really enjoyed the stay at Phoenix 5 V809. The master shower could use some work, but it was clean. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was dirty, and the balcony furniture was covered in sand, but overall the place was nice. We would stay again.

The sleeping arrangements were fine. However, the condo building itself only had 3 working elevators causing backups that lasted sometimes more than 30 mins to get to your condo. It is a very loud condo environment, you can hear every noise from outside corridors as well as people above. There was a large spider killed in a bedroom. No laundry was able to be washed due to a broken lint trap that was clogged with inches of lint. I would give this stay a solid 7.

Great condo!!!

My family stayed at Phoenix 809 for a week and had a great experience! The condo looks just like it does in the photos and was very clean and well-stocked. Check-in was super easy, as was check-out. The property owners were extremely quick to respond to any questions. The building has amazing amenities including a splash pad for the kids, hot tubs, as well as indoor and outdoor pools! The beach was also amazing and not too crowded. We will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent!! Although the indoor pool had way too much chlorine in it. It bleached our clothes out, and had our eyes burning at times.

Family Friendly, Great Location, Beautiful View

We had a very fabulous experience with this condo!! The view is beautiful & the location of the condo (close to the elevator bank) was fantastic. The kitchen was very well stocked for a rental condo with every utensil & pan that we needed for preparing our meals. The beds were very comfortable & the two double beds in the 2nd bedroom were a nice bonus for more comfortable arrangements. The upgrades and the decor were fabulous! The property itself was very family friendly, secure, well kept, & within a walk or short car ride to a few restaurants, a couple of surf shops, a couple of arcades, and a few grocery stores.

Very nice unit and location is excellent...;()

This unit has everything you would need and location is perfect. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because I didn't realize this isn't a toddler friendly unit. The table, coffee table, etc were glass. I was scared the entire time with a toddler. The owners are very responsive to questions. I would stay again when we don't have an active toddler.

Great Place Overall, but a few things need improvement

The condo was beautiful & the amenities were great. My son loved the splash pad, the pool was nice & thankfully the weather was perfect during our entire stay - the cable/tv in the living room did not work and the WiFi was terrible. I couldn't even check my email on the condo's WiFi. This wasn't a big deal for us since we stayed out all day with the nice weather. The master bedroom is decorated beautiful but the mattress was so awful, the hardest bed I've ever slept in. I may have been able to tolerate it, but my sunburn made it unbearable. That was my only complaint though. I do have some suggestions for the owners though - the hallway when you walk in would be the perfect spot to hang some hooks up (for beach/pool stuff, towels, bags, etc.), there isn't anywhere to hang anything in the condo, so this would be a great spot! Also, I would suggest putting black-out curtains in the master bedroom, it's entirely too bright way too early, especially for vacation. Thank you for having us, we definitely enjoyed our stay!!
