Que du bonheur

Nous avons passé 8 jours en famille dans cette maison incroyable perdue dans une campagne sublime. La situation sur l'île est parfaite, permettant d'accéder aisément aux littoraux nord et sud. La maison a été superbement rénovée, alliant authenticité et modernité. Elle est fonctionnelle, avec beaucoup d'espace (nous étions 10). Nous avons adoré la décoration, il y a plein de petits objets partout, réalisés avec une grande finesse par le propriétaire. Et l'espace extérieur est superbement aménagé, avec plein de massifs de végétaux méditerranéens. Accueil super sympa, merci Javier ! Que du bonheur, nous reviendrons !

A dream place!

Every traveler would deserve to stay at the finca Sant Juan, every villa would deserve an owner like Xavi. We were 3 families, 11 people in all, and we spent an unforgettable week in August. The finca is even more beautiful than in photographs, very large and well maintained. Equipped with all possible and imaginable comforts, better than a 5-star hotel. Everything you could wish for is there. The thing that impressed us most is the extreme attention to detail in every piece of furniture, which you only discover when you experience the house. The owner has incredible aesthetic taste. The villa is not only beautiful and luxurious but has a soul and a heart. Other highlights are: - the location (in the center of the island, perfect for exploring the island in any direction with only a 30 min drive) - total privacy (no neighbours, silence, peace and relaxation assured. you are in the middle of the countryside, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of August). - good value for money Xavi is an exceptional person who helped us so much in planning our holiday and always gave us valuable advice. he is very attentive to the well-being of his guests and takes great care that everything runs smoothly. Without him our holiday would not have been so perfect. He goes far beyond his duties as a homeowner. he is really very helpful! It is true that there is a lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms but I think the owner will have no problem putting it in soon. Probably in the past the air conditioning was not needed but now with the climate change the temperatures are high even in the countryside. We, however, always managed to sleep well. What more can we say? We miss the finca very much and would definitely recommend it!

Wonderful property

We have just returned from an amazing holiday. The property was exceptional and Javier was a wonderful property manager. Nothing was too difficult and he was helpful from the moment we booked until the last of the party left. The property is secluded, which was perfect for us but within easy reach of Ferrerias and beautiful beaches. Perfect for a variety of ages (we had aged 12 - 80). Beautiful pool and gardens, very well appointed house, especially the kitchen. A few more rooms with air conditioning would be ideal but it was lovely to have it in the kitchen and there are fans in each bedroom. Thank you Javier for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house in a country location

We would definitely return, the house is full of character, suitable for family’s with relaxing views & everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We were greeted on arrival & departure, communication was great on the run up to our stay and during. We would all highly recommend the villa! Beautiful!

Magnifique finca dans un environnement idyllique

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour chez Javier que nous remercions chaleureusement pour son accueil. La maison est magnifique et respire le charme de la vie minorquine. Chaque pièce a été décorée et pensée dans le moindre détail. L’environnement et la situation de la finca est idéale pour découvrir l’île (que nous connaissions déjà mais que nous prenons plaisir à redécouvrir chaque année). Nous avons profité en famille de la piscine du domaine et de bons repas grâce au coin barbecue. Merci encore Javier! nous reviendrons et nous recommandons les yeux fermés votre belle demeure 🙌🏻☺️

Una casa con mucho carácter en un entorno realmente idílico.

Enhorabuena por tu alojamiento Javier, has sabido preservar la esencia del campo menorquín con todas las comodidades de una villa moderna decorada al detalle con mucho estilo. Sinceramente, nos hemos sentido muy, muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia. La casa está impecable, muy limpia y bien equipada. El jardín... no hay palabras; es un paraíso con sus vistas de ensueño. Y sobretodo, mil gracias por tus amables atenciones; eres un anfitrión perfecto!. Volveremos muy pronto, sin duda.

Fantastic house: great charm, stunning views

We spent a week in this house with 2 families with pre teens and teens. We had been several times to Menorca and love going to farmhouses....but this was by far my best experience. The house is very spacious and furnished with really A LOT of charm. The views are truly stunning on both sides of the house and the sunsets in the pool truly outstanding. Yes the house is a little bit isolated but this also makes its charm, and still, in less than10 minutes you can reach the closest town. The owner is very engaged in making your stay perfect, always available for any possible issue and very flexible overall. We will be back. Definitely.

Es una propiedad preciosa.La casa tiene un jardín muy grande, perfecto para que los niños jueguen en contacto con la naturaleza. El propietario estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien a todo el momento. La decoración es muy alegre y con detalles encantadores. Además de confortable, limpia, tiene unos jardines preciosos donde se puede disfrutar de una puesta del Sol maravillosa y por la noche un impresionante cielo estrellado!!!! Hemos pasado 15 días en el paraíso!

Beautiful artist's house in Menorca

This house was one of the most beautiful I´ve rented. Located in the center of the island, you can reach anywhere in the island within 20 minutes. The views are amazing and the sunset breathtaking. You can chill by the pool or on the hammocks to enjoy them. There´s also a fantastic grill to cook. The house was sparkling clean, it had everything we needed and it´s beautifully decorated. Xavi was a great host and he made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us great recommendations to eat and for sightseeing. We totally recommend this place to anyone visiting the island.
