Casavacanzekastalia - 3 private holiday homes for rent in residence formula (excluding food, drinks) within the Athena Resort Tourist Village, Ragusa, including the services offered by the Tourist Village. We are in the ideal position to visit the 8 Late Baroque Cities (UNESCO Heritage) of the Val Di Noto (South Eastern Sicily), to enjoy the sun of the sea and the wonderful golden sandy beaches of the southern coast of Sicily (just 4 km from the village) and to taste the foods of our Ragusa and Sicilian tradition. The village offers our guests access to the private beach with the use of umbrellas and sunbeds, including the shuttle service; It offers access to the Olympic swimming pool with use of umbrellas and sunbeds; It offers a large Mini Club with rooms and a swimming pool reserved only for children; It offers daytime entertainment on the beaches, daytime and evening entertainment in the swimming pool where there is the Amphitheater where the shows take place in the evening, with Baby Dance, Shows, Group Dances and music to follow. The Athena Resort is 4 km from its own private beach of fine golden sand, equipped with a bar, canoes and pedal boats, reachable in 7 /8 minutes with the round-the-clock shuttle service from 9:00 to 19:00. From October onwards, at the tourist village, there is no tourist or commercial activity, everything is closed, around 20 families always reside there, there is a caretaker at the entrance to the village 24 hours a day for entry and exit. Binding Rules and Conditions, under penalty of non-acceptance of the booking: Casavacanzekastalia: The 3 holiday homes, only from the second week of June to the third of September, are rented only for weekly or multiple week rentals, with entry on Saturday afternoon (from 3pm: 00) and exit on Saturday morning by 09:00. For all other periods, rentals are also accepted for less than a week.
Another important rule: only from April to 31 May, the services offered by the tourist village are optional, therefore if you want to use the services you must pay on site, apart from, optionally, the club card at a cost of €6. .00 per person for each day of use of the services (I repeat optional).
The price obviously always refers to the whole house.
