この居心地の良いコテージは、ニューヤットファームの古い酪農場を改造したものです。 未整備の線路を少し下ったところにあります。 マーケットタウンのウィットニー、ウッドストック、オックスフォード市の近くにありながら、なだらかなコッツウォルズの田園地帯を探索するのに最適な場所です。 コテージの1階には床暖房があり、ログバーナーと2つの居心地の良いソファがあります。 メインベッドルームには、快適なヒプノスマットレス、400スレッドカウントのエジプト綿のリネン、ホワイトカンパニーのタオルとバスアメニティを備えたキングサイズのベッドがあります。 2番目の寝室は非常に小さく、同じHypnosマットレスがありますが、2人の子供に適している可能性があります

Quaint countryside retreat

Cosy cottage, close to the village and right next to lovely walks across the countryside and ample free space to walk our dog. The bedrooms upstairs were a bit cramped but overall a nice retreat that is close to nature, as well as within driving distance of neautiful villages lile Burford.

A wonderful stay

Alan's cottage was perfect for 3 of us. We were there for 10 days and it was very good. It is a quiet place (the cottages are pet friendly so expect a bit of barking) and we enjoyed morning and evening fires in the woodstove. I would stay again if that area is on my list to visit.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Cotttage in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Cottage und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Qualitativ hochwertige Einrichtung, tolle Betten und Handtücher, danke für Milch, Kekse, Kaffee und Tee.

Lovely place - we will be back

Great communication from the owner. It was easy to find and close to many places in Oxford and the Cotswolds. The place itself is nicely decorated and equipped. Our dogs loved the walks that are right on your doorstep. We will definitely be back.

Ferien auf dem Land

Das Haus ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und liebevoll hergerichtetes altes Bauernhof-Gebäude. Es lädt ein zu Spaziergängen in der Natur oder kurze Abstecher nach Oxford oder Witney. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Lovely cottage and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It had everything we needed and some lovely touches to make it that little bit more special than the feeling of being at home. Our children have already asked if they can go back again!

We lived overseas for 10 years and always returned to the UK each year for a holiday. By staying in holiday lets we saw at first hand the variable quality of some properties. When we returned to the UK permanently in 2014 we decided to let out our main house New Yatt Farm . We furnished it with the items and the manner that we always wanted when we went on holiday.
We have now decided to let out the 2 cottages in the grounds of the farmhouse. Again we have furnished them with the things we looked for in a top class holiday let.
We have included most of the things you will need for a perfect short break but if you feel we have missed something please let us know.

The house and cottages are situated 30 yards down an unmade track and there are plenty of lovely walks right from the doorstep. There is plenty of wildlife to see. A barn owl lives opposite and deer often come into the field and garden
Whilst being in the country side it is only 2 miles to the busy bustling market town of Witney which has a Waitrose and large Sainsburys plus many great pubs and restaurants. It is also only 14 miles to Oxford and just 8 miles from the World Heritage site Blenheim Palace.
