An old embankment rehabilitated inside and outside and inaugurated in the spring of 2008, it has been converted into a beautiful stone and wood building to house two duplex apartments with 4 spaces each with the possibility of an extension.

Each apartment is distributed as follows: On the ground floor the living room kitchen and the staircase leading up to the bedrooms. This piece is very spacious and bright with balconies to two different facades from which we can see the Ara River and the Fiscal bank. On the second floor, which is attic, we have two double bedrooms (one double and one double) and a bathroom. The ceilings of the two floors are made of wood and the roofs are very tall. The kitchens are fully equipped with kitchenware, hob, microwave, oven, fridge freezer with separate freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed.
