The villa's ground floor boasts a generous living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, while the first floor houses four tastefully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms and balconies overlooking the idyllic vineyards and untouched nature.
The sprawling 1500 m2 garden is perfect for outdoor fun, with a refreshing swimming pool, swings, trampoline, table tennis and billiards to keep everyone entertained. For the more adventurous, we recommend exploring the area on rented bicycles, with a picturesque bike path.
Finally, for a memorable evening in, fire up the barbecue and enjoy an al fresco feast under the stars. Villa Vale truly offers the ultimate Istrian experience, combining luxury, comfort and nature in perfect harmony.*Pet fee 10 EUR per dog per day.

Extraordinary journey!

Das Haus war fast noch größer als erwartet. Alles wirklich sehr schön! Da es sehr heiß war, waren wir eigentlich nur am Haus. Das Netz für Wasserball war toll - die ganze family hat ständig Wasserball gespielt. Es gab genügend Liegen, 2 Sonnenschirme mit 4x4 Metern. Somit genügend Schatten. Billard und Tischtennis waren auch beständig im Einsatz. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu zehnt und brauchten noch ein Bett. Das wurde auch unproblematisch gelöst. Ein Doppelzimmer hatte nur einen Ventilator. War aber auch in Ordnung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Es waren traumhafte 4 Tage! Vielen Dank! :-)

Die Beschreibung und die Fotos auf der Homepage entsprechen zu fast 100 % mit dem vorgefundenen Objekt überein. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind top, die Ausstattung ebenfalls, die Zimmer haben fast alle eine Klimaanlage. Der große und saubere Pool, die fast neue Hüpfburg, die Tischtennisplatte und der Billardtisch lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Den Tag ausklingen lassen kann man dann in der großen Grillecke oder in einem der in der nahen Umgebung liegenden Restaurants, eines davon liegt direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Family-Urlaub (Oma, Opa, Kinder und Enkelkinder, insgesamt 9 Pers.) und können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Villa Vale

The villa is very nice with much space and everything you need. The kids loved the tabletennis, billard and the big pool. The rooms were generous and nicely decorated. Inside the house it was very clean, but outside there were a lot of birds nest under the house roof, so it was a little dangerous to let the laundry dry outside. The location was superb in a beautiful countryside with winerys and much nature around the village. The Konoba Pjero directly in front of the villa offered delicious food and regional wine, perfect. Therefore we injoyed our stay very much and we can recommend Villa Vale to the next guests!

Everything you need

It was a great holiday in the house. It is really well equipped, there weren't anything we missed. The garden is perfect for kids, the house is huge and the barbecue place was beautiful. Only the coffee machine isnt the same, as in the pictures, so we brought the wrong coffee. But that was nothing, we couldnt fix with a drive to the supermarket ( 5 min away by car) ;-)

The location is beautiful, very clean and in a good condition. The Garden ans Pool is Perfect for children. We really enjoyed our holidays. We had some problems with the internet, the owner and also the Manager were very commited to solve it in time. We want to go there one more time! It was really Great!

Familienfreundliche Villa in DER Weingegend Istriens

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Anlage besticht vor allem durch ihre Weitläufigkeit und die abwechslungsreichen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Erwachsenen und die 2-5 jährigen Kinder. Wir waren 8 Personen und sind uns nicht in die Quere gekommen. Es war fast schon zu groß für unser Empfinden. Wer sich gern ausbreitet und auch mal abseits der Gruppe Yoga am Pool machen möchte, oder einen Grillabend im lauschigen Steinhaus mit eingebautem Grill genießen möchte kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Etwas schade war, dass wir ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie defekte Schranktüren, Sonnenschirme, Rollläden, Schließanlagen, Trampolinnetze, schimmlige Kaffeefilter in der Kaffeemaschine und kaputte Duscharmaturen am ersten Tag bemängeln mussten. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter war allerdings sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp und es wurde sich schnellstmöglich um eine Ausbesserung im Rahmen der aktuellen personellen Möglichkeiten gekümmert. Ein mal in der Woche kamen zwei Leute zur Poolreinigung. Die Mülltonnen standen tagelang voll vor dem Anwesen und wir wussten nicht wohin mit den Abfällen. Es gibt nur einen Drücker für die Toranlage. Hier sollten sich die Familien gut absprechen wer wann das Anwesen verlässt und zurückkehrt. Allerdings kann man vor dem Tor parken und es gibt einen zweiten Haustürschlüssel, man kann asos mit Abstriche individuelle Tagesausflüge machen. Für den relativ hohen Preis haben wir etwas weniger Mängelbedarf erwartet, alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können die Anlage sehr empfehlen! In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche tolle Winzereien, Konobas, Bademöglichkeiten und die Gegend ist bei Radsportler*innen sehr beliebt. Die 2 Minuten entfernte Ferienanlage San Servolo bietet eine köstliche Pizzeria, ein fantastisches Steakhouse und jeweils einen Spielplatz vor der Tür. Direkt gegenüber von der Villa ist eine ausgezeichnete Konoba mit istrischem Tagesangebot und einem romantischen Innenhof.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Hatten eine tolle Zeit und selbst als der Blitz eingeschlagen hat an einem Sonntag morgen, hatten wir innerhalb von 15 Minuten Hilfe da. Kommunikation war super einfach und alle fragen wurden schnell beantwortet.
