Best view

Great location. Very large two bedroom unit. Huge balcony with the best views of Diamant beach and the rock. Sunsets are worth hanging around for and not to be missed. Very relaxed area.

Magnificent view from the condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Marie-Philippe was very helpful and the apartment is perfectly equipped with everything. The apartment is well located and the view is breathtaking.

Ein wunderbarer Ort!

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend. Ausstattung, Lage und der Kontakt vor Ort lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Marie-Philippe hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und ist immer ansprechbar. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Le Diamant sehr genossen. Ein großes Dankeschön und eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung von uns.

Magnifique, cette propriété est spacieuse, moderne et la terrasse est à couper le souffle, splendide

L'accueil de Marie-Philippe est hautement professionnel et chaleureux. L'unité est parfaite. La terrasse est époustouflante pour contempler et apprécier le Diamant dans toute la splendeur. Nous étions ravis de notre choix et super impressionnés par le complexe entier. Tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Notre famille a tout simplement été comblée. Merci.

Très bon accueil par Marie-Philippe :) Vue magique de la chambre, salle et terrasse on ne s’en lasse pas ! Peut-être un des plus bel appartement du diamant.

L'appartement, sa vue, sa situation, son équipement et ses prestations peuvent s'apparenter au luxe. De belles attentions avec des produits "starter" (café, punch, etc...). La propriétaire très agréable. Tout a été parfait malgré un confinement qui nous aura permis d'apprécier encore davantage les qualités de cet appartement.

Très beau séjour malgré le Coronavirus

Marie-Philippe a été d'une coutoisie et d'un accueil exceptionnels. Elle était présente et proactive aux quelques demandes que nous avons faites. Le condo est vaste, aéré, très confortable et la terrasse est spacieuse et offre une vue à couper le souffle. La plage n'est pas immédiate sous le condo mais pas très loin non plus avec ses 3km pour marcher. Nous y sommes restés près de 2 mois et avons adoré. La communication avec Vrbo et par la suite avec Marie-Philippe était simple et convivial.9

View and Apartment are Perfect!

This is a safe, gated and quiet complex. The view from the large deck is amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything could you ever need, the exceptionally clean bathrooms and bedrooms are excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable, with 5 separate mini split air conditioning units, so each section of the apartment can be controlled, but the movable awnings on the deck also help to keep the apartment cool. The awnings also allow you to enjoy the outdoor views on a warm day as the deck furniture is there for you to relax or enjoy your meals. Marie-Philipp speaks French and English so is ready to answer all your questions. Due to the wind causing breakers on the rocks in front of the apartment, we could not swim right off the property but the owner allowed us to use 2 beach chairs so we enjoyed the long beach at Le Diamant, with many choices of parking areas, shade trees, and none of the masses of tourists you find at some of the beaches to the south. The beach is a great place to walk in the morning, play in the surf, or sit and enjoy the view. This location is more wonderful than the photos and should really be rated as a 7 out 5 stars!!!

Perfect penthouse apartment/ Spectacular setting

This spacious , spotless and light filled apartment offers a spectacular view on Diamant beach and the ocean beyond. The large terrace with retractable awnings allows you to sit outside any part of the day and listen to the crashing waves and watch sail boats and fishing boats pass by. The two bedrooms are large and each has a bathroom. The kitchen is fully outfitted and has what is probably the best view of any kitchen in Martinique. A short walk into the lovely town takes you to 2 Bread and pastry shops, an outdoor daily fresh fruit and vegetable market, numerous beachside creole restaurants and a small grocery store. Marie-Philippe has lived in Martinique for many years and is very helpful in making suggestions. She lives close by and is very thoughtful and kind. This is it ! Your beautiful , perfect perch by the beach close to an authentic lovely village. We already have plans to return !

Appartement luxueux, lumineux, tout confort

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement superbement placé, proche de toutes commodités et surtout de la plage. Pour les plus sportifs, accès direct à la mer par le jardin. Meublé avec goût, bien équipé pour cuisiner, rien ne manque. Nous avons largement profité de la terrasse à ciel ouvert, de la ventilation naturelle et de la vue somptueuse. Marie-Philippe habite sur place, elle nous a accueillit chaleureusement et s’est tenue à notre disposition tout au long de notre séjour.

Beautiful, tranquil spot!

We loved this spacious, lovely apartment, with full-width balcony from master bedroom through kitchen/dining area. It is a third floor walk up with great views from almost every room! Quiet, safe, gated community within easy walking distance to all restaurants in Le Diament. Our favourite was La Voile Blanche, right on the ocean, great food and staff. Marie-Phillipe was very helpful and spoke English! Martinique is very French - the majority of people speak only French. They were very kind and we had no trouble communicating with our limited French.

Wir haben in Le Diamant eine Wohnung gefunden, wie sie schöner kaum sein kann. Die Ausstattung und Lage waren hervorragend, der morgendliche Blick auf karibikblaue Meer war atemberaubend und es hat einfach alles gepasst. Fabulous Condo ! Great location.

My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks. It was perfect. Very clean. Exactly as shown in the pics. Great location with an easy 5-10 minute walk into town. After exploring much of the island in our first week, we realized that the beach and restaurants in Le Diamant were the best. Sunsets on the balcony were amazing. Marie-Philippe was very helpful with her suggestions and quickly responded by email to every little question we had before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Martinique.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par ce magnifique appartement auquel les photos ne rendent pas pleinement justice. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et l'hôtesse très avenante et d'une très grande gentillesse. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et très confortable pour 4 adultes. Quel plaisir de se reposer sur l'immense terrasse bien aménagée avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et le diamant. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Excellent apartment

This apartment is outfitted to a very high standard. The views from the deck are outstanding! The view of Le Diamant is fantastic. It is a short walk into town to visit the fine restaurants. I highly recommend this unit.

L appartement correspond exactement aux photos. Il est très bien équipé. La résidence est calme et l accueil chaleureux. Le point de vue sur la baie est magnifique. Nous ne manquerons pas de retourner à cet endroit là prochaine fois.

Luxe, calme et volupté

Vacances inoubliables avec vue imprenable ! Un véritable enchantement ! L’appartement est très spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme, avec uniquement le bruit des vagues. L’accès direct à la plage a été endommagé dernièrement par les intempéries, il faut juste marcher 50m avant d’avoir les pieds dans le sable. Séjour vraiment agréable pour se reposer dans un cadre magnifique !

Séjour idyllique !

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet appartement exceptionnellement situé auquel les photos ne rendent pas justice. Très chic, décoration design et mobilier Kartell. La terrasse est parfaitement aménagée, un vrai bonheur du petit déjeuner jusqu'au diner sous les étoiles bercé par le seul bruit des vagues. On la quitte pour un bain de mer à 50 m de la résidence.La voiture de location a peu roulé puisque tous les commerces essentiels sont à proximité. Même le marché peut se faire à l'issue d'une marche sur la plage. A recommander sans hésitation à ceux qui recherchent farniente et luxe. Ariane et Pascal
