ヴィラテレサは、オーナーが細心の注意を払って一から作り上げた優雅で広々としたインテリアを提供しています。
外には素晴らしいスイミングプールがあり、エトナ山とイオニア海の景色を望む3,500平方メートルのプライベートガーデンに囲まれています。
正面玄関からは、プールを見下ろす明るいポーチとラウンジに通じています。 ポーチの片側はガラス張りで、エアコンが備わっており、サマーキッチンとダイニングエリアにアクセスできます。その前には、錬鉄製のテーブルと大きなバーベキューを備えたガゼボがあります。 貴重な寄木細工で舗装され、革張りのソファと42インチLCDテレビを備えたリビングルームは、一方の内部キッチンと他方の寝室にアクセスできます。3つのダブルベッドルームと1つのトリプルベッドルームで構成されていますベビーベッド、3つのバスルーム、ランドリーを備えた保育園。 4つの寝室のうち2つは、タオルミーナとカターニアの間にあるイオニア海岸の息をviewむような景色を望むプライベートテラスにアクセスできます。 一方、2つのベッドルームはポーチの反対側にあり、スイミングプールを見渡すことができ、木製のテーブルとwのソファが備わっています。

ヴィラテレサの最大収容人数は大人10名、幼児2名です。 すべてのベッドルームにはエアコンが付いています。

総ゲスト数が事前に合意した数を超えることはできません。 予約時に合意した数に含まれていない追加ゲストは、到着時に追加料金を支払う必要があります。

ヴィラは、ヤシの木、多くの種類の花、果樹園のある緑豊かな私有公園に囲まれています。

A lovely family property with a beautiful garden and pool. Mount Etna is an ever-present tour de force and offers a fabulous backdrop to chilling in the garden and pool.Several lovely restaurants in comfortable walking distance, and Nadia was a real joy as the host. We'd come again like a shot.

Excellent location for visiting Taormina down to Noto. Large bedrooms and 3no eating areas. Large pool with ideal temperature for cooling down. Space to park 3no cars.

Beautiful villa

A perfect house for a family stay with cars

We had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the big pool and garden. And with cars it was easy to get around to lots of places. A very kindly and helpful owner.

The property is ideally situated and the layout was ideal for our family, with small children.

The owners were very hospital and kept the pool well cleaned each day and gave useful local advice. We enjoyed our two weeks at Villa Theresa very much. However, WIFI connection was intermittent and kitchen and kitchen facilities were limited for the number of occupants.

Spacious villa with great views

The lovely villa was very spacious with views of Mt Etna and the Ionian Sea. We rented for the entire month of September with both family including grandchildren and friends. Everyone was impressed with the villa. There was also ample parking for 3 cars. Nadia, our host, was very responsive to our needs including adding a baby bed for our infant. The villa was close to town where we walked for dinner several times. The villa is also a good base for exploring eastern Sicily. We would gladly stay there again.

Great getaway

Villa Teresa is a lovely place to stay. I spent a week there with 5adults and 2 teens.plenty of room for everyone, very clean,beds are comfortable and the pool was great after many tours we took. From the pool erea, full view of mt.Etna and from the balcony a view of the sea.The location was also very good as you could walk to a couple of restaurants and many others with a short drive.Unless you want to sit by the pool every day,I would recommend a car.The host Fabio was fabulous with answering questions almost immediately.I would highly recommend.

Lovely villa and very large pool and gardens. Minor problem with one toilet not flushing but owners tried to get fixed. Walk into town with nice bar and restaurants but need car as no easy bus or taxi services from villa elsewhere, although good trains from nearby station. Overall excellent stay, and lovely views of Mt Etna from garden

Beautiful home and property. Comfortable beds, best parts were the porch dining areas and the beautiful pool. Gardens around the yard make you feel relaxed and private. Hosts were very nice. Not a walking community as there are no shoulders or sidewalks but we did walk to town regularly for dinner and my husband walked to bakery every morning for fresh pastries - not to be missed. Good base for visiting east coast of Sicily. Also drove out to Agrigento to see the Valley of the Temples about a 2 hour drive. Kitchen pretty well equiped enough for the few meals we ate in. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Villa and Pool.

We are a family of 6 adults and recently booked this property for an 8 night stay. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the grounds, villa and the amazing pool. The gardens are expansive, offering wonderful views of Etna and the surrounding countryside. Nadia is very helpful, with clear communication and a great host. The walk into Santa Venerina is about 10 minutes with many excellent restaurants. The local area has numerous other towns and the proximity to Etna, Catania and Taormina allows one to visit numerous historic places including some pretty good beaches and incredible hilltop towns. Mt Etna is only a 40 minutes drive and such a fascinating area to walk and explore. We booked an excursion with Etna Experience which was amazing. We really liked Sicily and will be back. Great place to stay

We had a lovely hoilday in the house. Nadia and her father were very helpful and gave us a tour of their gardens and picked fresh fruit for us. The house is nice, comfortable and clean and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Our kids loved the pool and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and swimming. The weather in October was great . The house is really handy for trips to Mount Etna, Taormina and other attractions. Its great to see Mount Etna smoking form the house ! Catania is also worth a visit. The village is quiet and not touristy but but we found nice restaurants 10 - 15 mins walk away. We had a great time and would recommend the house. Ian Janette Euan and Isla from Edinburgh Scotland.

Fantastic Villa Teresa

The communication and help we got from Nadia both before and during our stay was fantastic. We had a 3 stop tour of Sicily so needed a transfer from Taormina to the villa and then to Catania. Nadia arranged this for us and it was perfect. Thank you. The villa itself was perfect for our group. 3 adult couples with double rooms, and 2 11 year old sharing in the main villa, and the five teen boys all sharing the additional annexe away from the villa. This was perfect for everyone and again Nadia was so helpful in organising the beds to make it work. The villa was very clean, with decent kitchen, but with more cooking space in the lean to plus small barbecue, this was more than adequate. The gardens were lovely and we'll kept and the pool was amazing! Really big pool that allowed young and old to share without being in each others way, with deep and shallow areas. Perfetto! The villa was very secure with electronic gates and enough room for three cars (albeit tight). The walk into Santa Venerina is about 10 mins to the nearest restaurant, which was absolutely fab, La Bisteccona (great tomahawk steaks) with some others a further 5-10 mins. There are two lovely cafes for granita and panne in the mornings. The walk itself is on a main road, so you have to be careful, but it really isn't too bad. The 13 of us managed quite easily, and it's generally flat. All in all, can't recommend this villa enough, amazing, enjoyable stay with fantastic hosts. Grazie mille Nadia!

Heerlijke plek met prachtige tuin en fraai zwembad!

Fijne week gehad met 6 personen. Ieder stel had een slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. We zaten eigenlijk iedere dag buiten in de mooie tuin en bij het heerlijke zwembad.Ook was er een fijne open veranda waar je kon zitten.Iedere avond aten we in een soort van dichte serre met uitzicht op de tuin. Buiten eten was toen wij er waren nog net iets te fris. De auto’s (2 hadden wij) kon je prima naast het huis parkeren.We gingen iedere dag wel op pad. Taormina, Savuco, Giardina de Naxos, Noto om maar wat te noemen.Alles met mekaar een hele fijne week gehad.Contact met de host (mocht er iets zijn) was prima en direct. Dank je wel.

A small piece of paradise!

Villa Teresa is located off a busy street, but is secluded with beautiful landscaping and conveniently sandwiched between Mt Etna and the Ionian Sea—with beautiful views of both! It was the perfect place for our multi-generational family of nine to stay for the week. We enjoyed the variety of day trips we could make from our location, and the freedom to choose whether we’d go out to eat or cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The doors and windows were well-made, but somewhat difficult to maneuver. Nadia and Fabio were quite attentive to our needs and ready to help with any questions or issues we had. We recommend buying the food parcel offered, as it was a great, inexpensive way to have a variety of food and drink available upon arrival (most stores are closed in the afternoon, making it hard to shop upon arrival).

Vi var 7 familiemedlemmer i tre generationer, der nød en herlig uge i den charmerende Villa Teresa og i den hyggelige have med pool. Vi blev mødt (trods flere timers forsinkelse) af en særdeles serviceminded værtsfamilie, der igennem hele ugen imødekom alle vore ønsker og på bedste vis løste de problemer, der opstod undervejs.

Outstanding Villa!

Myself and my family had the most amazing two weeks at Villa Theresa. The villa is presented to an extremely high standard, and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. The property is also perfectly placed to explore Santa Venerina and surrounding towns. Fabio & Nadia are amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome. We are definitely coming back.

Beautiful Week near Mt Etna

My husband and I and our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Teresa in Santa Venerina. The house was perfect for us! It was clean and had plenty of room for the nine of us. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. The location was wonderful since we planned to visit Mt Etna and Taormina. Our host, Nadia always responded quickly with any concerns about the house, questions about the local area and recommendations for restaurants, etc. We were very pleased and would stay here again. FABULOUS TIME HAD BY ALL!!

We (my family comprising of 5 young adults and my wife and i) had the best time ever here at this villa. The people are lovely, the villa is fantastic. Set out with all you need in lovley lovely grounds. I had a soft spot for Angelo who is Nadia& Fabio's Father who cleans the pool for you and is there(without you knowing it) if you need anything. He offered to take us around his large plot and show us it all but we just ran out of time to take him up on his offer, but i am going back to take advantah=ge of his offer and his undoubted wisdom about Sicily!! I would thourogly recomend this villa and Sicily in general, it gave us a safe ,clean base from which to expolre Sicily. TYou cannot ask for more. And in this crazy world right now Sicily is a really good bet!!

A fabulous property to relax in

Villa Theresa is a magnificent place to stay - the gardens are expansive, offering wonderful views of Etna and the pool was large enough that out party of 8 were able to both use and lounge by it with plenty of space to spare. The house itself is fantastically well appointed with everything that we needed and more. Overall a superb stay in a wonderfully relaxing location - we will most definitely be back!

Hi there! My name is Nadia. I graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures in 2011 and I'm a teacher since 2013. My brother Fabio has lived and worked in Stockholm for a few years as a sound engineer before moving back to Sicily in 2014. Although cultivating an unbridled passion for travel I have always been living in Sicily, where my parents Angelo and Maria Teresa ( a builder and a landscape architect, respectively) teamed up to realize our little paradise.

My father bought our property in 1986. He was enchanted by the beauty of that vast plot of land cultivated with vineyards and citrus groves that offered an unrivaled view and that, despite being in the countryside, was so well connected to neighboring towns.
On the property was a winery that, once restored, became our home for a few years. This lovely home which has recently been refurbished, is now the villa's outhouse. Villa Teresa was built by my parents from its foundations between 1988 and 1995, with great dedication and extreme care for details. My family and I have lived there until 2010.

The villa, garden and pool have been designed and built by my parents Angelo and Maria Teresa.
The furnishings, parquet and finishes in wood, lava stone and terracotta have been chosen with great care.The beautiful handcrafted wooden doors and parquet are made of Afrormosia, an exotic hardwood among the most valuable in the world.
