Appartement idéalement situé proche de la plage mais suffisamment en retrait pour éviter les nuisances du monde. Résidence sécurisée et très bien entretenue par un gardien très courtois. Deux petits bémols : L éclairage des salles de bains mériterait d être un peu plus fort et le super Xaloc était fermé en deuxième quinzaine de septembre qui obligeait de prendre la voiture pour le bon pain frais du matin 🤗

L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter : plage / piscine. l’appartement est très bien équipé, tout confort. L’agence de gestion immobilière est très efficace. Merci !

Très bien placé, proche de la plage. Très bien équipé et grande terrasse.

Très bel appartement, extrêmement bien placé. À 100 m de la plage de l’almadrava qui est l’une des plus belles de Roses. Garage souterrain pratique mais un peu étroit d’accès. Le seul bémol est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien. Globalement très satisfaits, n’y allez pas, laissez le nous pour l’an prochain..

Disappointing, could have been better.

On first impressions the apartment seemed great. Unfortunately lots of small issues added up to a disappointing stay and not worthy of its suggested high status. The floor was filthy when when we arrived and the main bedroom floor didn’t look like it had been swept for weeks. Nothing was done to rectify this. The patio door in the bedroom wouldn’t lock, not enough towels available for our party, light bulbs not working, bed linen missing, Wi-fi very poor, hit and miss whether it would work or not and not secure. A number of items listed on the website were not available. Also the previous occupants had left food behind which hadn’t been disposed of. The agent did rectify some of the issues but not all of them. On the plus side it is a good location for a relaxing holiday and the beach was lovely though very busy. It has the possibility of earning 5 stars if more care and attention is paid to the cleanliness and amenities. In the end we were ready to move on after our week’s stay.

Nice apartment with all necessities

The apartment was great. Even though the surrounding "gated community" thing wasn't really my thing. The view and the proximity of the beach were awesome. I know the area pretty good and you can't do anything wrong with the almadrava beach.

Fabulous apartment in a great location

We booked this apartment as part of our holiday. Collecting the keys from the agent was simple and straight forward and the agent also provided recommendations for good restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is within a small gated community and comes with secure underground parking with its own garage. The pool is nothing more than 10 steps from the apartment which has a lovely patio which you can sunbathe during the day and dine on in the evening. Access to the beach is via a locked gate which takes you directly onto the sandy beach which is clean and not too crowded when we staying in August. On the beach, there are three restaurants with the best being Santa Lucia which is just in the corner on the bay no more than 3 min walk across the beach. The apartment itself is modern and very well appointed for a rental property. It comes with Siemens appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and quiet air conditioning throughout. Electronic remote control sunblind’s and electronic shutters too. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms which are lovely and modern with great showers. All in all i would thoroughly recommend the apartment and will definitely be returning. We are a family of four, two adults and two children aged 9 & 14.

Un lujo de apartamento

Perfecta ubicacion, a pocos metros de cala tranquila de arena. El apartamento esta perfectamente equipado, no le falta detalle, muy comodo, funcional y muy bien decorado. Fantastico!
