Great Place

This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 5. So close to everything and such gorgeous view right from the house. Walkable to downtown. Would highly recommend!!!

Four of us stayed in Estes Park for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house we stayed in was wonderful. It had everything we needed and it was close to shops and dining. You can walk to town as it's only a mile away, but there is one steep hill that you have to walk up upon return. We would stay here again.

Lovely!

Our stay here from start to finish was perfect! The communication with the property managers before was the best that I have had staying in a VRBO property, and we have stayed at many! The home was also extremely clean on arrival and it was very well appointed with everything we needed. Easy check out process was a bonus for us as well!! We absolutely loved RMNP and Estes Park and hope to be back…. and we would not hesitate staying at this home again if we do so!

misleading property

very clean, spacious, great location, safe. BUT very misleading. We booked it because the listing indicated there was central AC. It was then crossed out, and listed as having "partial AC". There was no AC whatsoever. Communication with Vacasa representatives was lacking completely. Very disappointed.

Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to town and all the amenities we needed.

The house was updated to very nice condition, very modern. The quiet dishwasher was great. We had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of towels and blankets. Loved the floor layout with bedrooms away from kitchen and living room and kitchen. However, the hot water faucet in the master bath was not working. Also the toaster would not latch to cook toast. Loved our time there. Plenty of nice touches regarding the decor.

Perfect stay!

We pulled up to about 5 elk in the driveway! This was our third time to stay at the house and it was even better than before. It has everything our family needed for a relaxing, fun getaway. Great location central to everything Estes and RNP has to offer! Super comfy and clean, loved playing cornhole and lounging in the hammock outside plus cooked some great meals in the well appointed kitchen!

Great location, great house in Estes Park

This is our second stay at the spacious Morgan Pine House and won’t be our last. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival! The yard is perfect for dogs needing space and fresh air. Everything from outdoor pillows for the patio furniture to extra pillows for the beds is provided and easy to access. There are detailed instructions on what is provided and how to operate everything for optimal comfort. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. The sitting area is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are soft which isn’t ideal for bad backs but we made it work. A king sized bed would be great so my husband and I could actually sleep together but that’s our issue…it’s hard to go back to a Queen once you’ve had a king. This house even has some lovely views of the mountains from the living room and the occasional elk stopping by for a rest. We will stay here again when we return to Estes Park!

Excellent house!

Stayed with our family 2 and bulldog Tilly. The house is in a great location ... Just a couple of minutes to downtown Estes. The back yard is fenced if you bring your pets. Deer and Elk would come through the property most mornings. We very much enjoyed the stay and will book it again!

Family weekend with adult children

The Morgan Pine House was the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company while taking advantage of the amazing location. Not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, it was comfortable and the fenced yard made dog maintenance a breeze. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely perfect!

This home was fabulous! Close enough to town to walk, if you desire. Directions in binder to avoid traffic, if not going into town. List of favorite spots for everything imaginable! Really felt like the owners were invested in making our stay as enjoyable and carefree as possible!

Feels like home!

We stayed here while attending a week long dog show. The home is clean, comfortably furnished and the kitchen was perfect. The fenced back yard was a definite plus, as was the elk who joined us for coffee most mornings.

Great weekend getaway

My family rented this house for the weekend and it was a perfect getaway. We didn't go into town due to Covid restrictions, and the house had everything we needed for the weekend. It was cozy and clean, and we can't wait to rent it again in the summer.
