This was a lovely cottage with all that we needed for a great holiday; the owners were very helpful giving us a superb welcome pack that included flowers and a welcome card. The location was very quiet, a 5 minute drive to the Eden Project, 10 minutes from St. Austell. We would highly recommend it for a great base for a holiday.

Absolutely loved this cottage, so clean and well equipped.

Absolutely loved this cottage, so clean and well equipped. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, plus we had a lovely and thoughtful welcome pack. Great location within walking distance of Eden and lots of great places to visit all within and hour. We ran out of time! Also spent a day in the cottage as the weather was so bad, but we were so comfortable there it was a pleasure. A real home from home.

I would highly recommend this cottage and would love to return.

I would highly recommend this cottage and would love to return. It’s in a great location to travel around Cornwall and there are lots of places to visit locally. Just a few minutes from the Eden Project. I can not find fault with this beautiful cottage it was so well equipped and the owners were very kind and helpful.

This is a recently refitted property to a very good standard, and well equipped. The owners who live next door are very friendly and helpful. Handily placed to visit many of Cornwall's attractions with The Eden Project just down the road. We stayed a week in early July and were blessed with lovely weather and I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a couple who want a conveniently placed holiday rental with a good standard of accommodation.
