Relaxing Stay

We absolutely loved our week in Sa Rocca Tunda...what a special place! Late, peaceful nights spent stargazing from the deck were a highlight, and with the beach just a 30-second walk away, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.The house stayed cool thanks to the many fans, and the beach was wonderfully clean and almost empty during the weekdays. The shallow, warm water with gentle waves made it ideal for our daughter... she spent hours playing in the sea!The location is also great for exploring the rest of the island. We were able to take day trips both to the North and Northeast.A huge thank you to Alessio, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely fun to chat with! He offered excellent advice. Top Tip: stop at the large Crai grocery store before heading all the way out to Sa Rocca Tunda to stock up for the week.We’re especially grateful that he carried the paddle board to the sea for my teenager. She had such a blast out on the stunning turquoise water. And thank you for the use of the beach umbrella and chairs!Also much appreciated: the washing machine. So convenient!Try to avoid driving at night — the roads can be a bit confusing in the dark.Don’t miss a single sunset. They’re absolutely magical! Just watch out for the large flying bugs that come out at dusk.The TV has Netflix access, so make sure you bring your login.Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung hat eine geniale Lage. Man hat einen privaten 50m Weg zum Strand, mit eigener Außendusche.Man merkt, dass die Wohnung auch schon privat genutzt wurde. Alles, was man braucht, war mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr modern, aber wir fanden es sehr sympathisch.Es gibt eine Pizzeria und eine Strandbar in 3 Minuten Fußweg, die beide lange offen haben und moderate Preise.Der Vermieter wohnt unten im Haus, ist sehr hilfsbereit und kennt sich gut aus. Wunderbar

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Sa Rocca Tunda sehr genossen. Der Blick vom Balkon über das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Jeden Tag ein wunderbarer Sonnenuntergang. Alessio ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Er stand uns immer freundliche mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles was man braucht. Sie ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Wir waren Ende August, Anfang September da, und in der Nacht war es nicht zu heiß, sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Der Strand ist ruhig, und das Wasser fällt flach ab, also ideal für kleine Kinder aber auch super für Erholungssuchende. Eine kleine Strandbar, gleich ein paar Schritte weiter versorgte uns mit leckerem Cappuccino und Espresso, Eis und kleine Snacks. Eine Straße weiter befindet sich eine Pizzeria, mit super Pizzen und leckeren Cocktails. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

È andato tutto perfettamente, posizione della casa impagabile, vista stupenda, Alessio sempre presente e disponibile per un consiglio su cosa visitare o su dove andare a mangiare, se torniamo in Sardegna sicuramente torneremo a trovarti.

Paradise in Sardinia

AMAZING property with a private access to the beach. This is the right place for people who are looking for a peaceful stay away from the overcrowded beaches. We stayed in Alessio's house in July 2022 with my husband, my mum and my sister and we really had amazing time - the rented property is on the first floor with a private access and the owner occupies the ground floor (you won’t see him if you don’t want to but for us it was always a pleasure to see him around because he was always very cheerful, helpful and answered all our questions). The apartment has got a two bedrooms, bathroom with a shower and a wash machine (which was a huge plus), living room with well equipped kitchen and a terrace with lovely sea view where you can watch a beautiful sunset every evening. The beach itself is accessible via private path connected directly to the back garden (1 minute walk if you walk slowly :) Alessio provides beach chairs and umbrella and there is an outside shower when you come back to the house. The property itself is located in a small quiet village where you can find a beach bar and lovely pizzeria open for evening meals – so everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would like to say BIG thanks to Alessio for his hospitality, we really had amazing time. I could highly recommend this property.

Meraviglioso, ma troppo caldo, nonostante l’impeccabile assistenza della proprietà

Una vacanza per chi vuole dare un taglio netto al caos. C’è il mare! E niente altro. Niente! Nemmeno illuminazione pubblica notturna. L’unico bar sulla spiaggia offre di tutto e di più (colazioni, ape, snack e piccoli pasti) . Se vi organizzate nei primi giorni, la vacanza sarà SUPER. Anzi, perfetta! Via, via, dalla isterica e inutile routine cittadina. E Ale lo sa E Ale sa anche che deve organizzarsi per condizionare gli ambienti.

Sehr gute zeit bei alessio verbracht. Sehr freundlich. Tolle strandlage ohne viel tourismus.

Pure relaxation

Our experience with Alessio, his appartement and the surroundings was excellent relaxing. The appartement is very charming. Everything you need is available. The view from the balcony is marvelous. If you like to enjoy the beauty of Sardinia off the beaten path, this is the place for you.

Perfect family vacation in lovely accommodation

We spent 4 weeks with our two 1 year old boys in Alessios lovely accommodation and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and direct access to the wonderful beach. The apartment itself is a typical Italian style beach house with simple but sufficient accessories. Alessio who lives in the first floor of the house was super friendly and helpful with all our questions and requests. Big thanks to our host and we can highly recommend!

100% Perfect, best place to bee!

Our experience with Alessio and his appartement was brilliant. We arrived before check-in time but allessio welcomed us very warm and friendly. The appartement is very charming and looks like the pictures on the website. Everything you need is availabl (well equiped kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine, etc.) and everything is very clean. The view from the balcony is just like a dream. This place is the perfect place for people, searching for a very nice and calm place with lots of nature around to come down from dayly stress. Alessio is a great guy, no question unanswered, for every little problem a solution, he´s always available and offers best support. We would come back when ever possible!

Liebe auf den 2. Blick - ankommen, runterkommen, erholt sein

Der Vermieter Alessio ist gemeinsam mit seiner Frau sehr bemüht und freundlich, um den Urlaub sehr erholsam zu gestalten. Die Außendusche ist super. Ebenso die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht und zweckmäßig. Dafür ist die unmittelbare Lage zum Strand und der Strandbar Sanrocca super ideal mit Kindern oder auch für Personen, die Ruhe und keine Action suchen. Sehr gut für SUP Fahrten, Spaziergänge, Joggen und Baden.
