Excellent stay

The villa was excellent better than we could have expected had everything we needed, it was very clean, the pool was amazing everything was within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again

Loved our stay in Alcudia. The house is spacious and well equipped to host 6 people. Our favorite was the back garden with the pool area including sunbeds and dining area for all.

it was a lovely villa and a great base for our holiday. The children loved the pool and having the beach close by was great, very family friendly. The kitchen had enough equipment to cook meals in and there were restaurants locallywithin a short drive.

We had a brilliant stay here. Everything was as it was described - a really lovely villa! The pool was a good size and great for out toddler. Beach and restaurants were all in a walking distance and we’d definitely recommend getting the short bus ride to the old town - it was beautiful!

Great place to stay for a family. Spotlessly clean. Ideal space and bedrooms, lovely big beds and space to put clothes away. Nice outdoor space and pool although a bit cold to use in October! Great location - 10 mins walk from beach.

Really enjoyed our stay in this very clean, beautiful house. 5/10 minute walk away from anything you need & within walking distance to the port and buses to the old town. They also left coal for a BBQ which was lovely.

Our stay at Marin Y Mariana's was wonderful.

Our stay at Marin Y Mariana's was wonderful. we had two small children and they absolutely loved being in the pool which was a great size for us all. The place was very clean and comfortable with an added bonus of a nice and quiet seating area out front we used in the evenings once the children were in bed. The travel cot and high chair were all set up for us which saved us any stress. The beach is a 10 minute walk and we went every day as it's perfect for children, shallow for so long that the children had freedom to splash around and with no big waves we could relax. The hosts were very responsive and made the entire stay enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you for having us.

Perfect little villa. Spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. Easy 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min to supermarket. Neighbourhood is very quiet. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little villa

We spent 10 days at this villa (4 adults and 1 toddler). It was a great place to base ourselves, with beach, shops, restaurants and bus stops close by. Outdoor area with the two separate dining areas was handy and pool really clean. The property was very private and secure. The Management team were very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Hope to return again for another fab holiday. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely villa. The provision of beach towels would be helpful and a mat outside the main bedroom door to dry off feet before entering the house might be a good idea.

Good clean villa as description 5 mins walk to beach 25 mins walk to main restaurants and bars at port alcudia External area around the pool is fantastic with sun all day, however this is to the rear and accessed via the main bedroom, might not suit everyone. The lounge kitchen faces the road so isolated from rear pool area. Local area good and easy walk to everything you need.

We had a great week in Alcudia.

We had a great week in Alcudia. The place is well located about 10 min walk from the beach. The outside space is really nice to hang out at. Be aware the house is minimally stocked: no coffee, no hand soap, no shampoo, so just make sure you bring those things with you. There is a nescafe pod coffee machine and a stovetop coffee machine there. The street parking right outside the house isn’t free but a half block away there is free street parking.

The accommodation was perfect

The accommodation was perfect for me, my wife and two kids. We could even have brought along granny and granda as there was a spare room. The pool was great for the boys and the location is ideal. A 5 minute walk to Lidlthe local supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the water park, and the beach. There’s also a brilliant authentic Italian restaurant (Le Tano) not far that has a huge clay oven and does the best pasta and surely the best pizzas around! And the bus stop just down the road is very handy if you can’t be bothered taking a 10/15 minute walk to the port, which has some brilliant restaurants! Would highly recommend. Thanks you very much for your nice review! we will be happy to welcome you again whenever you want.
