Family vacay 2025

It was an excellent location. The fridge leaks water out of the ice maker so we had frequent puddles to wipe up but other than that we had an excellent stay! We loved the size of the balcony and the ease of beach access.

We recently stayed at this condo. The unit appeared clean when we arrived. The floors and countertops were clean, and the linens appeared freshly laundered. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues became apparent during our stay.The white sofa has noticeable discoloration on several cushions. The bed squeaks loudly with almost every movement, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is functional but basic. We found utensils with food residue that needed to be washed before use, and the refrigerator ice maker never worked despite following the provided instructions, so we had to purchase ice.The condo was very warm at check-in and took quite a while to cool down. There was also a noticeable musty odor when entering the unit. The dryer door needs repair, several balcony chairs have broken backs, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided for each bathroom, requiring us to purchase additional supplies.Our reservation was managed by Liquid Life Vacation Rentals. Based on our experience, the property appeared to receive only minimal attention between guests. While the condo was clean overall, several maintenance items and basic conveniences had been overlooked. With better upkeep and preparation before check-in, this could be a much better guest experience.

Thank you for staying at Regency Isle 507. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We’re taking these actions immediately: - Schedule a professional deep clean and odor investigation, including HVAC/vent and filter inspection and mildew remediation if needed. - Dispatch maintenance to inspect and repair or replace the refrigerator ice maker and verify proper temperatures and seals. - Deep‑clean and evaluate the white sofa cushions; repair or replace cushions or the sofa as needed. - Inspect the bed frame and mattress; tighten or replace hardware, and replace the mattress or add mattress toppers if required to stop the squeaking and improve comfort. - Repair the dryer door and replace any unsafe or broken balcony chairs; remove unusable furniture until replaced. - Replace any kitchen items that showed food residue, retrain housekeeping on item inspection, and update the turnover checklist to ensure utensils and basics are properly cleaned. - Restock starter supplies (toilet paper and other essentials) and adjust our pre‑arrival checks so multiple rolls are provided for each bathroom. - Add a pre‑arrival photographic quality check and update cleaning/maintenance protocols to prevent repeat issues. Nice condo, really hard pillows, no ice maker, no additional locks in the door looked as though it had been kicked in as the trim was broken and the security lock was missing half of it. Smelt like mold. On our last day we had a cleaning lady entered our condo at 8:30 am without even knocking then at about 9 am went out to the car to start loading things up and the code for the door no longer worked, check out was at 10. Never was able to reach liquid life, left a message no call back. If I didn’t have my husband still in the room we would have been locked out. Positive things were comfortable couch, beautiful views with great outdoor furniture.

Great Stay

Good condo! Comfortable beds and feels spacious. Need to bring your own coffee filters and know the property sets the rental chairs further back from the ocean to allow others to set up in front of you. Not a deal breaker, but nice to know!

Beautiful weather and perfect location. Only gave 4 stars due to ice maker not in working order. Was not repaired as of the date we arrived nor the date we checked out. 2 ice bags was left in the freezer.

Wonderful vacation!

Perfect week for vacation as it was early enough to beat the summer crowd! Elevator directly across from condo was convenient and no noticeable noise. Wonderful view from the 5th floor! Very spacious for 6 adults! Having the extra half-bath was great! Did have freezer issues as the line was frozen so we had no ice, but management had someone there ASAP. We did not want to allow it to defrost because it was packed with our food for the week. Only thing missing from the kitchen was a long spatula for grilling burgers. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family trip to celebrate Thanksgiving. Overall, a very lovely stay. Beautiful water view, well-furnished, comfortable condo. Spacious layout, well-maintained. However, the cleaning could have been improved - we found sand all over one of the bed's covers/comforter. Also, we were staying in for meals due to Covid, however, one of the burners on the stove was not working. At the property, the elevators were not working on a couple of occasions. Can't beat the location and would recommend to friends.

Love the location

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, It was stocked with all of the essentials that we needed for our stay. We were very fortunate to be able to stay an extra night. The only issue that we had was we always look for places with a washer and dryer for our stay. Upon arrival, we found that the washing machine wasn’t working. We reported it to the rental company and they brought us extra linens. We added the extra night at the end of our stay and requested additional linens. After two email requests and two phone calls we never received the linens for the last night of our stay. This was very disappointing way to end our stay. Other than that, we had a great stay.

AC did not cool efficiently

The facility was great however the AC did not cool well in this unit. It would not get below 72 degrees and it was even warmer in the master bedroom. This hot momma needs AC at night to sleep and I’m willing to pay for it! If I would have known they do not allow you to lower the temperature in this condo I would have never rented it.

Week at the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was a fire alarm test done on the most rainy day and everyone had to leave their rooms. An elderly couple said there was one the weekend before as well. Let control also came while we were there as well as maintenance twice. Nobody knocked to come in they put in the door code and walked right in. Not professional at all. They also had a crew re doing the door trim so we heard hammering and loud noises starting at 7:00 am every morning. Not the most relaxing stay.

The room was clean. Elevator right across the hall and trash chute next to elevator which made it very handy.

Regency Isle hits the sweet spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay at Regency Isle. Condo 507 was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Pros: spacious curved balcony, condo was steps away from the elevators, which were fast and smooth, covered parking for our vehicle, multiple rinsing/shower stations along the boardwalk, short walk to the beach, the beautiful manicured green space and pavilion with grills and picnic tables, and plenty of space around the outdoor pool. Cons: difficult to find adequate places to hang damp towels to dry, internet was sporadic, deck furniture was sturdy, but unwieldy and the Adirondack chairs were so uncomfortable they could not be used. The heater in the indoor pool and jacuzzi must have been broken. The pool was too cold to be usable and the jacuzzi was unpleasantly lukewarm.All in all, we were very impressed with the facilities and look forward to returning again...soon!

Regency Isle Stay #507

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was extremely clean. Muchly appreciated. For the cost of renting the condo, I was disappointed to be charged for parking, not additional parking, but $56 approximately for parking. Have not come across that before renting a condo. I don’t agree with passing on HOA charges to the customer.Otherwise, I would highly recommend renting this unit.

Unfortunly, it is very common in this area that Home Owner Associations charge for parking. We do apologize, but that is the rule for staying on property.
